• Keith (9/5): Stylish, comfortable, and well located - The property was really stylish, comfortable, lots of personal touches and plenty of space and comfort. Quality fittings. Nice balcony with a pleasant view. Handy for the station (District Line, before it forks) and for shops. All the kitchen equipment we needed (note: the fitted oven can also microwave). Velux windows with great views and light but full blackout as well. Huge TV. Nice sofas. None!
• Iza (8/5): - Très bel appartement, calme, très bien situé, très agréable. Il faisait 10 degrés quand nous sommes arrivés et l'appartement a mis 24 h pour être bien chaud. Il faudrait penser à mettre le chauffage 24 h avant l’arrivée des hôtes. Nous avons dû relaver les casseroles et les poêles. Ce serait bien de mettre un adaptateur pour les prises pour tous les hôtes qui ne viennent pas du Royaume Uni. Pensez à déboucher régulièrement le lavabo de la salle de bain.

• Francesca (8/5): - The apartment itself is very nice, clean and well located, close to the tube station on the District Line and to a bus stop. The area is very residential, quiet and safe. I'm very upset about the communication and a reimbursement I am due. Despite the description of the apartment indicates that there is a hairdryer, the first night I had to wash my hair and I realized there wasn't one (the hairdryer's box was empty and there was no hairdryer in all the apartment), so I spent all the night with wet hair and I informed the apartment through the booking messages. They replied me the day after, saying someone must have taken it and that they could order a new one for the day after or I could buy a new one and they would reimburse me. I replied that it was fine for me if they could order a new one for the day after. They never replied to this message and the day after I informed that I was still waiting and then, as I had to wash my hair again, I had to go to buy a new one before the shops closing time. I informed them about it and I asked how I could send the receipt for the refund, they didn't even apologize about the fact they never ordered it and they just gave me a mail, so I sent the receipt. They replied to my mail saying they were going to refund soon. Three days after I sent another mail asking when they would reimburse me and they never replied. Yesterday I had to contact the booking assistance asking for a solution. Today the booking assistance replied that they have processed the refund and it will appear on the credit card in 7-12 days. Honestly, about 3 weeks to have a refund for something which was missing in the apartment? And I had to send two mails and to contact the booking assistance for it? And to conclude, I asked for a late check out, they confirmed me that we could do the check out a 1 pm (I have all the conversation in the booking messages), the last day the cleaning lady rang the door bell at 11 am. She wasn't even been informed so the poor lady had to wait for 2 hours to come in because of course we weren't ready to leave.

• Dominique (9/5): Séjour très agréable - Le confort avec eau bien chaude et bon chauffage, la luminosité les équipements et l’espace , bien desservi par les transports Pas de fourchettes dans le tiroir à couverts. Et la route très bruyante et les escaliers très étroits avec les valises
• Mika (10/5): Great place, would go again. - Well stocked kitchen, comfy big bed, washing machine and washing line (lots of places don't seem to have both). There was a friendly neighbour cat, who tried to sneak in at one point, very cute. Lots of sky lights and windows, most windows opened which was a great way to get a cross breeze. Bus stop right outside and another one round the corner which gets you to the closest train lines easily. Quiet area (aside from the pub next door on one of the nights we were there, but still was pretty quiet) Would highly recommend. The washing machine looked to have not been cleaned in awhile, little bit of black mold we had to clean off, wasn't a big issue but just something to be aware of. The shower head was massive which makes it hard to wash your hair without needing to turn to water off, or if you are trying not to wash your hair it's hard to not get it wet. Was a slight smell when we got there, a damp smell, but after airing the place for a bit the smell didn't return. Just a heads up about the stairs too, wasn't an issue for us, but if you've got heavy suitcases, you have to go up two small flights of stairs.
• Antonella (10/5): Very comfortable stay. Felt really at home. - We liked everything about the apartment. Very well equipped and clean. Location worked perfect for us wanting to be in the vicinity of Turnham Green. It is a bit far from the main London sites but the bus stops are just round the corner and the underground train is within a few minutes walk too. Very close to grocer stores. Host was very responsive and we really appreciated the fact we were allowed to check in slightly earlier. Will be back.
• Arthur (10/5): Lovely flat, would book again! Pay attention to house rules before booking - Kitchen accessories, Furniture, decoration were all really high end and nice. You are able to feel at a home I don't like the idea of allocating 300 GBP for over 14 days to a company. This was pre-agreed, but still it could be handled better. My suggestion would be a credit card 'Pre-Authorisation' instead of Billing and Refunding.
• Benjamin (10/5): Idéal pour un weekend à 2 - Appartement propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé, et bien situé. L'accès au centre de Londres est assez facile avec les transports. Nous n'avons pas rencontré le propriétaire, mais il répond très rapidement aux questions. Rien de négatif à signaler.

• Susanne (8/5): Hübsche kleine Wohnung, in der man sich sehr wohl fühlen kann. Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist mit einem Fußmarsch von ci - Das Apartment war gemütlich und komfortabel ausgestattet. Es ist eine hübsche Dachgeschosswohnung, wird im Sommer jedoch sehr heiß. Dort ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, so dass nachts nur eine Abkühlung durch Lüften möglich ist. Die Wohnung wurde zu heiß an sonnigen und warmen Tagen.
• Jo (9/5): Lovely loft apartment - Excellent location, well kitted kitchen, very comfortable bed, and surprisingly quiet considering the location. Nice pub on the corner, and the Artisan Coffee past the tube station about 5-10 mins was lovely. Buses out front and round the corner, tube station 5 mins. Great to have a washing machine for a longer stay too! Could be quite hot during summer (skylights), but opening rear balcony door helped with airflow, and two fans provided.
