• Erkan (1/5): - Ingenting This was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. The apartment at 2 Via Bari, Milano was in very poor condition: Loose electrical sockets (dangerous) Broken sofa bed that could not be used for 2 people as advertised Loose faucets and shower rods Dirty curtains and broken blinds in the bathroom Construction materials and tiles left on the balcony And worst of all: cockroaches in the bathroom, which increased during my stay I reported these issues already on day 2, sent photos and videos, and begged both the host and Booking.com for help. Instead of helping, the property dismissed the problems, denied receiving my emails (even though I have proof), and refused to take responsibility. I paid almost 700 EUR + city tax (around 10,000 SEK in total) for this stay, but what I got was far from what was promised. The host lied to me directly and refused to address the issues. Booking.com only offered a small credit, which is unacceptable considering the circumstances. Future guests should be warned: this property is not as advertised, and customer support did not assist me when I needed help most.

• Viktoriia (9/5): Overall the apartment is good, comfortable, spacious and in a good quiet location. The owners of the apartment promptly - The apartment is the same as in the photo. Everything was great with the check-in, everything was clear. All the appliances work. The bathroom curtain was uncomfortable, there were times when water would spill onto the floor. There were problems with the sofa, but the apartment owners quickly fixed it, which was a real pleasure.

• Kristiina (7/5): Okay for few days - Spacious rooms, clean. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Easy access to Milan center. Parking spots available. It was cold in kitchen and bathroom
• Anisa (9/5): 9 - The property was in a good location from where you easily access all the places in Milano. You were able to park your car too.The beds were comfortable and the apartment was warm. The only i thing i will suggest is to put some slippers maybe two pair of them. Because we didn't found any of them. ☹️
• Damian (7/5): Quite okay for the price, good location and parking next to the building, bakery downstairs but kitchen and bathroom cou - The beds were quite comfortable, kitchen is a bit small and the bathroom is not really comfortable to wash as you have a shower cabin with curtain in the middle of bathroom so all the water comes out to the floor and stays there. Noted up.

• Haziq (8/5): Comfortable,convinient and easy - The property is well decorated and beautiful. It is near a busstop so getting there is easy and getting to the attractions in Milan is convenient. Would totally recommend it to others It is a bit difficult to check in and enter the main gate as we would have to call a number to do so and we’re not familiar with it

• Vicky (8/5): Very good - Safe and clean place near a bus station and close to Metro. There was no air conditioning in the house and during hot days tou can't sleep....The house is near a busy road so it was noisy with the open windows

• Viktor (8/5): Very good - The apartment is located near public bus stop, travel to the city centre takes about 30 minutes by bus and metro. There several supermarkets nearby. The apartment is quite big to accommodate 4 people. Almost everything is available to cook food. There was not hair dryer in the apartment. Shower is small. Toilet flush tap is not fixed.
• Weronika (10/5): Great apartment for a good price - The rooms are big, there are huge wardrobes in both rooms, the kitchen is well supplied, the bathroom is also big with plenty of space near the sink. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is very clean. The building has a great location and there is always a place to park a car outside. It is located next to a busy road so you can hear cars etc through the windows
• Louiza (7/5): I liked the design of the apartment, location was not far from central the only thing that was not pleasurable is the ch - The Apartment is clean just like shown in the picture. Not worth the price its well equipped but will not recommend for someone who’s visiting that do not know anyone in Italy It was cold . The weather was rainy and coming home no heat
