• Jeffrey (1/5): Afschuwelijke ervaring - Niet boeken hier! De bovenbuurman heeft ons bedreigd en dit was duidelijk al bekend bij de verhuurder. Achteraf wil ze niks compenseren terwijl wij moesten verkassen omdat we ons niet veilig voelden. Midden in de nacht op de deur bonken, spugen, schelden… niet best. Zoek een ander appartement, want de verhuurder doet net alsof er niks aan de hand is.
• Franziska (4/5): Fragwürdig, ob diese Wohnung vermietet werden darf… - Relativ zentral - der Check-In war etwas verdächtig… wir mussten den Schlüssel aus einem Schloss in einer Hecke auf der anderen Straßenseite holen, damit die anderen Bewohner nicht sehen, dass wir Gäste sind. Wir sollten auch im Haus niemanden sagen, dass wir Touristen sind. Wir haben sehr daran gezweifelt, ob diese Wohnung für touristische Zwecke genutzt werden darf. Wir sollten auch nicht den Portier kontaktieren. - das Wasser in den Duschen ist sehr heiß und lässt sich teilweise gar nicht einstellen, es bleibt verbrühend heiß - der Nachbar oben drüber hat uns mehrfach belagert, das erste Mal nach 5 Minuten in der Wohnung und gesagt, dass er wüsste, dass die Vermietung illegal sei. Er hat gesagt sie Türen und Schränke wären so laut und wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt, weil wir auf Zehenspitzen durch die Wohnung sind, damit er nicht wieder vor der Tür steht. - die Heizung lässt sich nicht regulierend trotz mehrfachen Nachfragen bei der Vermietung. Die vorgeschlagenen Lösung war nur die Heizung auf 0 zu drehen, was wir natürlich schon gemacht hatten, und es war keine wirkliche Hilfe. Es war wie eine Sauna und wir konnten kaum schlafen - die Betten sind teilweise nur 120cm breit - die Ausstattung ist okay, aber runtergekommen

• Elodie (10/5): Super appartement près du métro. - La taille du logement, la disponibilité de notre intermédiaire, la facilite d'accès, le confort, les lits sont très confortables. C'est parfait pour un groupe de 6 personnes. Tout était nickel pour nous

• Asensos (5/5): - La ubicación, era muy cómoda y tenía todo lo necesario para la estadía. Lamentablemente, tuvimos en tres oportunidades situaciones con vecinos del edificio. Particularmente con un vecino que estaba en el piso de arriba quien se acercó de manera inapropiada una mañana a decir que estábamos ocasionando ruidos molestos por la noche. Lo cual eso no era cierto. Solo tomamos baños y cena como cualquier rutina en una familia. Con tono amenazante y con prepotencia dijo referirse a las cámaras y llamar a la policía. Al otro se disculpó. Luego volvió a dejarnos un mensaje por abajo de la puerta con el mismo pedido de silencio. La realidad es que esa situación a opacado mucho la estadía, sin sentirnos cómodos y tratando de no hacer un mínimo ruido porque temíamos a que el vecino regrese de mala manera. Me parece que está bueno saberlo a quienes vayan a alojarse en este lugar.
• Mohd Adzrul (9/5): Great place and would stay again in the future. - The property was clean, strategically located with public transportation just minutes away. It had everything we needed to make our stay very pleasant. Any problems we had was quickly answered and the instructions were easy to follow. The property had bit of wear and tear but had minimal impact on our stay and comfort.
• Paula (2/5): HORRIBLE. NO RESERVAR AQUÍ. - La ubicación. No sé por dónde empezar. Coincidimos en el edificio con un vecino que estuvo acosándonos una gran parte del viaje. Nos acosó fuera del edificio en la zona común, nos tocaba en la puerta arriba de forma agresiva, gritando. Salíamos y entrábamos con miedo. El propietario no hizo NADA. Nos dijo que tenía problemas mentales y que ya le habían denunciado antes, pero su solucion fue que lo evitásemos y no interactuásemos con él. Nos sentimos inseguros toda la estancia, además de tener miedo, ya que era recurrente varios días durante la estancia. Nefasta la solución al problema. No devolvían ni las llamadas cuando decían que iban a llamar y solicitamos un cambio y no quisieron cambiarnos. Además, no estaba demasiado limpio, era bastante antiguo y en fotos parece mejor que en la realidad. NO REPETIRÍA Y ACONSEJO NO RESERVAR. Además era muy sospechoso que nos pidieron que no interactuásemos con nadie en el edificio, nos pidieron ocultar que era un apartamento turístico y que bajo ninguna circunstancia hablásemos con seguridad del edificio. No tenemos necesidad de ocultarnos cuando hemos pagado mucho dinero por el apartamento y no hemos hecho nada ilegal. NEFASTO.
• Hala (9/5): Neat, comfortable and spacious. Excellent location. - Excellent apartment. Very spacious and very clean. It was nice to stay in a non-damp apartment in London where every room had a window. The apartment had everything ones need. Location very convenient, right next to bus stop and tube. Grocery and restaurants around. Extremely comfortable place, I would go back again. Nothing really.
• Jerry (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful place. Checking process was a bit involved. Could have used a guide for using the microwave. The water is the shower was really hot and a bit hard to adjust.

• Joanne (9/5): Great stay! - We were a family of 6 adults and the apartment was perfect for our needs for our week in London. Each couple was able to have their own room and the layout afforded privacy. The dining room table was large enough for all of us to eat together and for our nightly card games. The kitchen provided all the accouterments to cook if we wanted to. The apartment was so comfy my husband would have been willing to skip a tour or two! The location was excellent! On the same block as an underground station so very convenient to the touristy things we were interested in, and there were pubs, restaurants and groceries within walking distance. The host was communicative and provided detailed instructions for entry and operation of appliances. All of us enjoyed our stay. A great value for our budget! We found the hot water to be extremely hot, and had some difficulty regulating it in the master shower.

A Spacious flat (we couldn't believe our eyes we were in London), warm, welcoming, beautifully equipped, comfortable king-size beds, quiet.... A real delight. Eveyrthing at hand : 2 minute walk from the subway station, a convenient store nearby and 10 minutes from downtown London. A precious address we keep in mind for our next stay in London. Thank hyou very much ! Franck Not easy to find the keys when arriving at night with a box hidden under the bushes. But we quickly forget this inconvenience by opening the door
