• Daniel (4/5): The place is well equipped with Temu quality. I would not recommend. - Close to public transport, shops. Well equipped kitchen facilities, washing machine, big fridge. A bit confusion for check in. The building is not well vented it is smelly to walk from the lift to the apartment. Bathroom and toilet are not convenient to use, shelves are not well installed. The bedroom door handle came off when touched. Rubbish bin lid was broken. Can’t use balcony as dusty and loud noise from the train tracks.

Close to everything room was a bit under par with mold cracked walls ect no views other then a railway There was mold in the bathroom blinds wouldn’t go up and down as the cord was unattached dishwasher still had dishes in it when we arrived. Was right next to a railway with trains running constantly so was a bit noisy.

• Lamb (2/5): - Check in extremely complicated. Fortunately the students were very helpful. With no staff on sites check out took valuable time with early flight. Not able to follow email instructions Lumpy bed. Only one key for two adults was difficult to manage and had to cancel some arrangements

• Melissa (1/5): Do not consider this property - Location The apartment was disgusting. Water damaged kitchen, carpets smelled like wet dog, walls were in such a shocking state. The ac was so filthy and thick with dust that we were worried to use it in case it caught on fire. Extremely disappointing
• Natasha (6/5): Good for short stays - It was comfortable and clean. Free wifi and very close to the water. Walking distance to the shopping centre too. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly. There was a continuously random ringing sound coming from outside the front door so I had to wear ear plugs. One of the blinds where broken / the beeds to put it up and down where broken. The doors and walls were scuffed and need updated maintenance.

• Claire (9/5): A great place for a small getaway - Only a 5-10 minute walk to Southern cross station, its very clean and spacious and has multiple exits in the lobby to get to multiple main streets. Staff are incredibly hospitable and friendly and the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. While it wasnt feasable to use the pool during our booking, the 4th floor rooftop containing it and the gym was elegant and well maintained. Finding the building is a little tricky at first but you get used to the location fairly fast. The kitchen facilities are basic but useable, and youre only given one key set per group, so if you split up only one person can actually change floors via elevator with the key card. You do have to remember to lock your door behind you with a physical key.

• Paul (9/5): Great location, good size room, neat and tidy with a cool roof top pool and GYM. - Easy check-in, great location, enjoyed the view, good size room, good Kitchen, clean and tidy, great GYM and Pool on level 4. pool outdoors but nice and warm. Just a paint job as it a little warn but didn't affect my stay

• Rebecca (4/5): Great location for Marvel but needs massive amounts of TLC to be up to standard and new cleaners! - Location was excellent but that is all it had going for it unfortunately. Hosts were quick to respond to messages. Water leak behind kitchen bench resulting in Mould smell, leaky loud and dirty toilet, apartment not clean at all, bed had hairs in it, shower cavity leaking resulting in a continuous pool of water on the floor, bathroom shelf on an angle so our belongings just slid off, air con filthy and not useable, hair dryer smoked up when used, kitchen benches dirty, oven and splashback had food on them, the only tea bags were found in a box with dishwashing liquid, not enough towels provided for 4 nights (however owner did send more but was 2nd to last night stay). We don't think the place was even cleaned as the last persons shower products were left in shower cavity.
