• Leda (7/5): Appartamento spazioso e ben posizionato, con qualche dettaglio da migliorare. - L’appartamento è spazioso e si trova in una zona davvero comoda, ideale per muoversi. Essendo al pianterreno si percepisce l’umidità e la pulizia potrebbe essere più accurata. Mancavano alcune dotazioni base come canovaccio, panno pelle, asciugamani per il bidet, detersivo per i piatti e lavatrice. I flaconi di sapone, bagnoschiuma e shampoo erano mezzi vuoti e sarebbe stato un bel gesto trovare una bottiglietta d’acqua in frigo all’arrivo.
• Nieves (9/5): Todo perfecto - Todo en perfecto estado , solo faltaba una tostadora pero es algo sin importancia, todo limpio y sin faltar un detalle. Me ha encantado Nada, solo un poco lejos del centro pero ya lo sabíamos cuando realice la reserva

• Jedelop (8/5): - Barrio tranquilo con buena ubicación para ir al centro de Milan, cerca del metro y tren, en la zona hay varios restaurantes para comer y cenar.
• Antonis (9/5): Superb - The apartment was spacious, recently renovated, and featured a modern design. Everything was very clean, and the overall atmosphere was fresh and inviting. The hostess was extremely helpful. The only area for improvement would be the quality of the bed, as it was slightly uneven and affected sleeping comfort. Addressing this would make the stay perfect.
• Emerald (7/5): Great location, but poor maintenance and management made the stay frustrating. - The location is great, making it easy to explore Milan. - The €25 city tax must be paid in cash, which wasn’t clearly communicated during booking. - The toilet sink stopper doesn’t work, making it inconvenient. - The shower and sink water temperature fluctuates between scalding hot and freezing cold. - The sofa isn’t assembled properly, with cushions that slide down, making it unusable. - Thin walls—I could hear the upstairs neighbours at 2 AM. - The layout is not user-friendly, with only one socket by the bed, forcing a choice between a bedside lamp or charging a phone. - The check-in/check-out agency is unresponsive—I never got a reply to my WhatsApp inquiry about provided amenities.
• Enver (10/5): Exceptional - It was our first experience in appartment staying and we were lucky. Location one of the best in Milano, very clean and nice surrounding not far away from Garibaldi, Milano Centrale and Piazza Gue Aulenti. There are many cafes, restaurants, bars and pattisseries not far from here. Just one street up there are two Carrefour shops. It is noisy around but while you inside you do not hear anything, really very calm and clean appartment house. It was easy to get a key and all the neccessary information from the management company. Thanks to Chiara for personal help. The appartment itself was big enough for us of 3 but it could be comfortable for 4 persons also. Warm, clean, with enough equipped kitchen, clean towels, dish washing machine, washing machine, ironing equippement what can be better and more. It was one more great stay in Milano. • Geno (10/5): The best time to Milano - Hello, I really enjoyed the welcome of Chiara ,she was very kind, I liked that it was warm in the apartment, I really liked the neighborhood, the apartment is ok, quality furniture, I slept very well, the neighbors were very calm. I would gladly come back!

• Tasos (8/5): Very good - Close to the train and metro. Easy commutes. Next to restaurants, cafes, bars. next to a square for a walk. The residential complex is very nice. Classic. check out at 10.00 in the morning is a serious problem.

• Iana (8/5): Nice stay in Milan - Nice design Cooking facilities - there are stove with oven and microwave Clean Good water pressure and always hot water Good heating in all rooms (it was cold and rainy in Milan during our stay) Big TV screen with Netflix and YouTube Stable WiFi Great location: close to metro, bus and train stations and of course the park with Bosco Verticale just 5 mins walk Coffee machine with some coffee capsules Very bad soundproofing. Bedroom’s window faces the street and during whole night you can hear music from the bars nearby, or drunk people loudly shouting, so it’s really very noisy and difficult to sleep (apartment is on the ground floor). Lack of basic home/kitchen supplies: there were no dishwashing soap, sponge, plastic wrap, just 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 weeks for 2 guests (which is obviously not enough), no olive oil (but vinegar), no sugar - so all these things we had to buy ourselves. Hope this feedback is helpful.
