Not much room in the room for suitcases & to get in & out of the bed. No hot water in the hand basin. Luckily we were only on first floor, but steps are a bit of a workout.
• James (8/5): - Excellent location to the Chinatown walking street, shops, restaurants, etc. Had to climb three flights of stairs to get to my room 302. My bed was located in the loft. Not very convenient for a man of 78 years of age.

However, the best part was the communication with Jamie, Mary, and Belle via WhatsApp. They repeatedly reached out in a friendly manner to ask if everything was in order. Every request was fulfilled immediately. Many a business hotel could take a leaf out of their book.

Wasn’t a fan of the whole app thing and using phone to unlock the door, seemed like an unnecessary gimmick and a bit of a palaver to set it all up. Also I’m not sure if it’s mentioned in the ad and I missed it but they take a pretty substantial deposit (more than I paid for the 2 night stay) from your card before you can check in.
• Lisa (9/5): Great location - The location was perfect ! Very close to the metro and restaurant in Chinatown. The room was modern and very comfortable. The check-in was a bit complicated since there is nobody at the reception. You need to have an app and the have a digital key. For me it didn’t work right away and was a bit long to find a solution.

• Roy (10/5): Second visit — and Jamie, Mary & Belle made it just as good as the first - Came back for my second stay at Heritage Collection on Pagoda, and honestly it confirms this place is doing things right. Yes, the room is compact — but that's Singapore for you, and they make excellent use of the space. Everything was spotless, which matters more to me than square footage. A couple of things stood out again: the WiFi is genuinely solid (not the "hotel WiFi" that crawls at peak hours), and the digital concierge — shoutout to Jamie, Mary & Belle — is very responsive. Location is a bonus too. A short walk to Chinatown MRT Exit A means you're well-connected to the rest of the city without the tourist markup on prices.

• Lenka (10/5): Excellent place if you want to enjoy Singapore. - Nice room, very clean with new facilities, Jamie, Mary, and Belle were amazing hosts, helping me during check-in, as well as checking my needs during stay. Location is excellent, you are simply in heart of Singapore, every close to train station as well as close to main spots to reach them by walking. I highly recommend this place. Everything was perfect!
• Stasja (10/5): Klein, aber fein mitten im Geschehen - Die Kommunikation und die automatisierten Prozesse vorab waren super. Obwohl ein kontaktloser Check-in angekündigt war, wurden wir sehr freundlich von Bell empfangen und eingewiesen. Das Loft war sehr sauber und hell. Das Apartmentkomplex liegt direkt in der Fußgängerzone von Chinatown. Sobald man aus der Tür geht, ist man mitten im Geschehen. Wir hatten das Glück ein sehr ruhiges Loft (301) zu haben und konnten sehr gut schlafen. Die Handtücher waren schneeweiß und flauschig, es gab viele Steckdosen und die Dusche war groß und hatte einen sehr guten Wasserdruck.

Bed is a little short when you are over 180cm, and the table at the end of the bed means your feet cant hang off. But apart from that, it was great!

Freundlich kompetent und professionell standen sie uns zur Seite in dem komplizierten Anmeldeprozess. Der Anmeldeprozess und die Registrierung sind für Ausländer eine digitale Katastrophe. Viel zu komplex und kompliziert. Ohne Marys Hilfe vor Ort in Singapur, würden wir heute noch vor der Tür stehen.

Mery Belle and Jamie from the concierge were very helpful before, during, and even after our stay. You have to download an app to access your room. It wasn’t working properly at check-in, but the concierge team did their best to resolve the issue quickly. You also have to pay a $200 deposit to receive your electronic key.

It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after a day out. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole process seamless. The host was responsive and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The location is excellent, with shops and restaurants right at your doorstep, yet the room itself was quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Die Unterkunft hatte alles was ich gebraucht habe und sogar eine Mikrowelle und einen Wasserkocher. Eigenes Bad, alles sauber, top. Allerdings für sehr große Personen bedingt geeignet. Für mich alleine war es ideal. Die Registrierung ist schon herausfordernd und nicht für jeden ohne weiteres machbar. Dann die Sache mit der Kaution. Allerdings wurde diese sofort erstattet bzw. nur vorgemerkt und nie richtig abgebucht.

The stairs up to the rooms are definitely steep so good to bear that in mind if you've large and heavy bags. Great room for solo trips but if you've two people with bags you'd need to be organised in terms of space.

Kun avain ei toiminut niin muutamassa minuutissa minulle soitettiin ja ohjeistettiin laittamaan muiden laitteiden hyväksyntä päälle apista. Kaikki luvat kannattaa siis appia ladattaessa hyväksyä. Myös matkalaukkujen säilytys onnistui check Outin jälkeen. Sänky hieman lyhyt parvella pitkälle henkilölle. Parvella myös hieman kuuma jos halusi ottaa hurisevan ilmastointilaitteiden yöksi pois.

• Thièry (10/5): - Nous avons été upgradé au Heritage collection on Smith, qui se situe également à Chinatown et a l'avantage d'avoir une fenêtre et la possibilité d'utiliser gratuitement la machine à laver et le séchoir. Le logement est relativement petit mais très fonctionnel et super bien placé. Bien que l'on soit au cœur de Chinatown, c'est très calme (très bonne isolation phonique) et les hôtes sont très disponibles et réactifs par whatsapp. Bon rapport qualité/prix pour Singapour. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Zum Glück war gerade ein Mitarbeiter da, er hat uns dann eine Zimmerkarte gegeben die wir für unseren Aufenthalt genutzt haben. Unser Zimmer war sehr laut. Wahrscheinlich irgendein Gerät draußen von Morgens bis ca 22.40 Uhr. Ein dauerhaftes Brummen Täglich!

• Andrei Zgirvaci (9/5): Great stay in Chinatown! - Dolly was super helpful! Customer service was very responsive! Location was great. The apartment was very clean and comfortable! One big minus is that there is no elevator, so if you have big check-in luggages, you would have to climb all the stairs upstairs. There also were some internet issues caused by the provider, however they have managed to fix it the next day. Due to this, Dolly arranged us a complimentary Grab ride to the airport and late check-out which we were supper happy for.

• Rhiannon (8/5): - Right in the heart of chinatown, so easy to walk or catch the mrt to many places. Room was very quiet all things considered, but then again I had a windowless room which probably helped 5 days without a window is a little jarring but it's what I paid for. Unfortunately WiFi was down for a few days but issues and updates were communicated clearly and quickly.
• PeterKong921 (9/5): Nice hotel, good value and central location - Nice hotel and very good value. Located at a central location in Chinatown. The hotel manager Dolly is friendly and helped me to carry my luggage Steep stairs with no lift, may be a challenge if carrying heavy luggage.
• Wolfgang Ho (9/5): - Da wir kurzfristig darüber informiert wurden, dass im Erdgeschoß des Appartements noch Bauarbeiten im Gange sind und wir mit Baulärm während des Tages rechnen mussten, baten wir um eine Lösung und es wurde uns kurzerhand in eine größere und sehr ruhige Unterkunft in einer Parallelstraße (Smith Street) in Chinatown angeboten. Diese war sehr schlicht, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung lag im 4. Stock und das Hinaufschleppen der Koffer war recht mühsam.

• Terry (10/5): Although Pagoda street can be Noisy my room was sound proof - For some reason I couldn't Download the Check in APP but very soon Mary was on Hand to sort out my problem and i was able to enter the property and start my Holiday. A big Thank you to Mary and Dolly, Both of which I met we always there to make sure every thing was OK. Thank you once again for everything that made my stay really GREAT I will certainly recommend this hotel to anyone intending to visit Singapore NOTHING - Every thing was fine was looked after very well and was confident that any problems that may arise would be quickly resolved to my satisfaction and I will certainly stay with you again when I visit Singapore
• Anastasiia (9/5): - Good place. Clean, in the heart of city center. The electronic key doesn't work good. But managers Dolly, Mary and Xia was in connect and very fast help! So it was solved quickly
• Le (7/5): My stay was good. I'd stay here again. - It's in an excellent location, close to an MRT and at the heart of China town. It is a standard room, but it has a microwave and dishes. The room is very small, and the blanket is quite thick and heavy. I felt very hot sleeping at night under the blanket even the AC was running at 20 degrees Celsius.
• Alfredo (9/5): - Staff (Xian, Dolly and Mary) were really supportive and attentive. Fully available during the whole booking, even if the check in/out is totally digital. Narrow room and too many steps/stairs. Noise insulation in the room was not good

• Camille (9/5): Great position, clean space and perfect for short stay in Singapore - We spent 3 nights at Heritage Collection on Pagoda. The communication with the staff was extremely easy (through Whatsapp), and they were available at anytime! The room was less small than expected, and the location just perfect to discover the city. After the check-out, we could even leave our luggages (free of charge) at the location to pick them up later. Dolly was particulary helpful :) (If you are taller than 1.80m the bed might feel a bit too short)

• Rasa (10/5): Great place to stay in China Town - Great location in China Town, everything was clean, soundproof walls and windows. We enjoyed here all week long during Lunar New Year and the apartment felt like small quite island near bustling street. Special thanks for our hosts Xia, Mary & Dolly- thank you so much! Nothing.

• Alvin Hadi (10/5): exceeded my expectations for such a steal of a price. - i love the bed, the comfort, the room, the quietness. i love how it is right next to the mrt. i love how helpful the digital concierge, Xia, in replying my messages very fast. very convenient. the room has everything from microwave to a sink and some dishwashing soap.
