• Dusica (9/5): Great location,clean place - Perfect location. You are 500m from Garibaldi train station and 1.5km from Central train station so you can find any solution to go through Milan and travel out of the city very easy. We went to a concert in Unipol arena and there is direct metro line 2 that made it also easy to go and get back late in the evening. If you want to go to city center you can catch metro,tram or bus and all options are within 500m reach from the building. Depending on the option you choose it will take 5 to 15min. Going to city center (Duomo) will take app.30min slow walk and you are going to enjoy it through Brera neighbourhood known for its crowded streets with stores,restaurants... (must visit is "Eataly") You are located in Isola neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants and people all ages going out in the evening..it is very live but it doesn't bother you since the appartment is not looking on the main street and at the same time there is a "party" next to you to have a good time with friends and to feel city vibe. In front of the building is Carefour express and 8min away (walking) is big Carefour that works 24h. Pizza Biva is in the building-you must try it! In case you need pharmacy,want to eat domestic gelato, MC Donald's or you need any other store everything is within few min walk. The place is very clean and host is very friendly speaking English very well. I understand that people are complaining about getting in as you have 3 doors (complex,building and appartment) but it really is not that hard. Bear in mind that you'll need internet connection to get in the first time as the instructions are shared via link and there are few steps to follow and code to obtain to get in before you get the key. Overall great exeprience and I would choose it again! You can hear neighbours like they are in the next room, but we were out of the appartment almost always and were only sleeping here, so it is really not something that bothered us. It depends on how someone else behaves.
• Μαρια (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment at a convenient location. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The apartment was not sound proof and the floors weren’t vacuumed well.
• Michał (8/5): Very good - A perfect location for exploring Milan. It’s surrounded by many great restaurants, close to major transport hubs (buses and the metro, as well as the railway). The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Our stay was really pleasant!
• Yavar (8/5): Very good - Does not have complete isolation from neighbours. Their talkins are sometimes. Bathroom needs small adjustments like tube change and adding soap shampoo holder in the bath. The socket of the house is hard to attach and detach even sometimes impossible.
• Marija (10/5): Stunning! - Location is amazing, 5 minutes walking from train and metro station. Apartment was clean, heating works well and everything is simple. Defintely recommended.
• Claudio (8/5): Very nice and professional host - The self checkin works very well and it is an amazing keyless system usuable by smqrtphone Problems with sofa and bed - both broke - however the host was very friendly and helped fast!

Also it was very difficult to get inside the building and room for the very first time and the host doesn’t provide much help on it as she picks the call and ask you to follow the steps and sometimes not pick your call
• Choe (1/5): Unreliable, worst experience ever. - The air conditioning did not work, and the couch was broken. The host then assured to get their staff to fix the situation but no one came. The place was hot and stuffy. When we asked again for help the host stopped responding altogether. We could not stay in this place and had to move out. The host also did not respond to Booking.com when we made a complaint and asked for assistance.
• Sinead (9/5): Lovely cute apartment in great location. Close to Metro and walking distance to centre - Location Overall Ambiance and decor of the apartment Kitchen socket not working so couldn’t use coffee machine kettle or microwave
• Chandrashekar (4/5): Disappointing - Flat is situated in a very nice building, very close to restaurants and bars & metro station. Very clean & good shower. There is no washing machine as advertised on booking.com but the management gave a 50€ cashback. Good response to messages by the property. I would stay here again only on winter. Major issue which spoiled our holiday was air conditioning which was set at 26 degrees & we were unable to control it. Appartment management did not do anything to fix it. Sofa was broken & collapsed when I was on it. Thankfully, I had no injuries. Minor issues: No Cork screw or bottle opener, many power plugs don't work due to which we were unable to use microwave or kettle or coffee machine. WONT RECOMMEND IT IN SUMMER SEASON DUE TO FAULTY AIR CONDITIONING
• Ivry (10/5): Absolutely loved it, great place! - Big room, very clean and furnished. We had everything we could possibly need. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and there was a lot of room. The area was great, very close to both buses and the metro lines. A lot of bars and good food around but without the noise, very quiet at night we had a lovely stay :) very recommend!! The only thing that we didn’t like was that there weren’t a charging port next to the beds. There were two in the rooms but not close to the bed. Not the worst just not as comfortable.

• Stefanos (6/5): Pleasant - the house was new in a nice area, beautiful and clean. but there was no good soundproofing and from 6 o'clock in the morning we were woken up by the noise from the other houses. also there was no communication with the owner who stopped answering us when I asked if the tap water was drinkable as she did not provide a single bottle of water. also when asked if there is sugar for the coffee they replied that it was probably over. finally there was an air conditioner and the room was cold but still they didn't give us any solution. shame about the house because it was really very beautiful.
• Vicky (10/5): Beautiful and convient apartment. Would highly recommend for a short stay in Milan. - Beautifully presented just as the pictures showed and super convenient for a short trip to Milan. Description said there was a washing machine and dishwasher, which there wasn’t but host kindly pointed us to a laundrette we could use.
