Имахме възможност всички да бъдем заедно и да си изкараме чудесно. Домакините бяха изключително мили и любезни, отговаряха на всеки наш въпрос своевременно и ни дадоха много полезна информация за града. В мястото на настаняване всичко ни хареса. Единствено булевардът е по-шумен през нощта, но това не зависи от домакините.

Am avut tot ce este nevoie prosoape , aparat de cafea cu capsule la dispozitie. Baile sunt curate si sunt dotate cu sampon ,gel de dus ,sapun etc. Locatia buna ,aproape de gara cu intrare din bulevard. Personalul a comunicat cu noi foarte promt. Totul a fost ok.

Preluare-predare chei cu usurinta. Intrare in bloc securizata. Multumim din suflet pentru ospitalitate si ajutor. Vom reveni cu drag. Nu exista lucruri negative.
• Signe (10/5): A great place for big groups of travelers who enjoy cooking and need access to public transportation - We were a group of teachers and students visiting a school in Naples, and we really enjoyed our stay at La casa dell'arte. The location was perfect for us (metro and Garibaldi central train station just 10 min away, our destination school not far as well). There are supermarkets in a walking distance (Coop and Dodeca), as well as many fruit and vegetable stands, seafood stands with very fresh and tasty produce which you can store and cook in the apartment as the kitchen is well stocked with cooking appliances, pots, pans, dishes etc. The beds are many and comfy and everything is very clean and fresh. We walked around a lot, so we slept vey well and the liveliness of the street outside didn't bother us and none of us needed ear plugs, but that could be an issue for troubled sleepers. The owners Francesca and Antonio are welcoming and we felt taken care of as we needed trash bins (the trash is sorted in the apartment by the way) emptied before the end of our stay. They also provided suggestions for shops, restaurants and attractions. Great price/performance altogether. Would recommend to any big group of travelers. Thank you very much! This is not owners responsibility, rather an issue of general city maintenance services, but the visitors should pay attention to the sidewalk outside when walking not to step in some waste. But this is a very minor thing you can easily work around.

Am fost primiti de gazda inainte de ora stabilita pentru check-in, cu cafea si multe informatii utile despre transportul local si punctele de atractie. Camerele curate, bucataria mare iar amplasarea buna. -

The central location, coffee cafes & rest - Perfect size for our group - being able to spread out in individual bedrooms. Clean, restaurants nearby. Central location was ideal but did not venture out late at night.

Grocery store and good restaurant down the street. Secure building with elevator. Perfect accommodation for 5 ladies visiting Pompei and the Amalfi Coast. The building is on a busy, noisy street. Bring your earplugs!

• Lucille (10/5): Great property for large families - It was close to the train station but we did not use it much. We used taxi most times because we ended up doing at the water for restaurants and the beach club. The beds were nice. The pillows were great! The neighborhood was not the best.

All had a good nights sleep. Bedrooms perfect and comfortable. Kitchen had all you needed whether you made food there or bought in! Tv in all rooms and great air conditioning.. not far from main station and airport. Metro easy to use and easy commute to port for ferries to Capri etc.. Great deli accross the road and nearby restaurants. Any help I needed or advice was a message away. And replied very quickly. Thank you so much for a wonderfull stay and memories! Grazie!! Nothing really.. happy with the stay!

El departamento es bello, impecablemente limpio y lleno de pequeños detalles que le dan esa calidez y buen gusto que muestran cuánto le importa a Francesca que sus huespedes se sientan cómodos y felices. • Quard (8/5): Bel appartement, bien situé mais rue bruyante. - L’appartement est grand, bien équipé, 2 salles de bains. L’immeuble est sécurisé. Il est proche de la gare. Idéal pour prendre le métro. Le quartier est très bruyant et sale.

• Henrietta (9/5): Superb - The house was spatious and clean, there was plenty of information in a packet that the host had put together on aspects of the house and about the city, very useful! We visited in the summer heat of July and the AC was working great, the fridge and freezers were working well and the house was nicely decorated and modern. With two bathrooms, all needs (company of 6) were met. We used the well-equipped kitchen to cook meals and did not miss anything, there was plenty of coffee pods too! The temperature of water in the shower/bath was very unstable going from ice cold to scolding hot and then abck to ice cold even without moving any adjustments - showers had to be taken very quickly and it was a little difficult for the youngest person in our company (10 years old). The area around the building was filled with litter and did not feel very comfortable, but it was close to several grocery stores and the city center (walking distance), and the central station was also in walkable proximity.

Host there to welcome us and helped with our bags. Hosts very responsive to any questions. Although close to the train station and approx 15 minute walk to the old town the street/ area is a bit run down with rubbish on the streets and dog poo etc (although this is obviously nothing to do with the hosts!)

The location is about 11 minutes from the Napoli train central so it's convenient for us to travel by metro abd train every where despite the trashy streets. Trash is everywhere on the streets

There are a couple of supermarkets around so it's easy to go by and get what you need. The host was very helpful and communicative, check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth The area is not the greatest. We didn't feel in danger, but there's quite a lot of trash around and it's a bit noisy even late in the evening

We were 9 people (2 families with 5 kids in total) and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and spend time together in the kitchen/lounge area. The only downfall is that it's a bit noisy at night. The kids slept right through it all, but the adults were up a bit more with lots of loud traffic and people walking around outside. Honestly though, we probably would've been awake anyway due to the jetlag

Host very responsive over WhatsApp (helped me figure out laundry machine settings). Was allowed to check in early and leave luggage for an extra few hours after check-out. Can't imagine there being a better 5-bedroom place with better value in the area. Kind of sketchy part of the city, but easy walk to central train station. The mattress wasn't very comfortable in one of the rooms (not sure about the others). Doing dishes for a large group was difficult, as the kitchen sink is very small and the water randomly oscillates between hot and cold.

We could park the rental car directly in front of the door free of charge. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen/dining area where a sofa can be converted into a bed. It is important to note there are not 5 bedrooms. The apartment is clean and well-maintained. It is close to public transport links and there are areas nearby where you can go for drinks/food. Francesca sent us recommendations for places to visit daily and was always available to contact throughout our stay. All was great.
