• Hadeer (6/5): The owner is a joke - It was nice and everything The owner was rude I've never heard of a check in to start at 3pm.i got asked if wanna check in earlier it will be $20 an hour .while I stayed at work until 6:30pm and arrived just before 7pm and the cleaners where still there.and on the night before the check out they send a email asked if I stay past 10am it's a $20 an hour charge what a joke

• Malkyb (10/5): Fantastic place to stay! - Great location, perfect size. Great to be able to bring my dog. Suberb condition too. The grass has not been cut for quite a long time, but not a huge issue.

• Holz (10/5): Perfect pet friendly family friendly house 5 Gold Stars - Location location omg right in the centre of town once we arrived we didn’t drive the car once . Pet friendly was our biggest draw card and I was not disappointed from walking in to the lights being turned on floors heated and the aircon set at the perfect temperature I was so at home and comfortable. The house was perfectly presented fresh clean linen ample towels, smelt amazing (which sometimes isn’t the case even not being pet friendly) it was perfect . This will be the only place I will be staying in when visiting Bathurst from now on . Great communication from the host . The little touches that they have included to make your stay as smooth and pleasant as can be . This venue should have a perfect score rating it was nothing short of perfect.cant wait to return thanks for having us . Nothing everything was just perfect 5 GOLD STARS
• Danielle (10/5): Beautiful home in a great location. - We loved the location, spacious rooms, the comfy beds and lounge, Netflix access and the amenities. The communication with the owners was great and access to the property was easy. We arrived on a very cold day and we loved that the house was warmed up for us and the under floor heating was amazing. The house is beautifully presented and clean. Everything we needed was provided and I definitely stay there again. The location is perfect and considering you are close to busy streets and the shops it was very quiet. Nothing
• Valerie (8/5): A good stay for one night with two bedrooms - Very spacious and mostly very modern Two toilets was very handy. Handy location. Exceptionally comfortable beds. Lovely big bathroom snd shower that was not over a bath. The lounge suit was not at all comfortable and was so low and soft and very difficult for older people to get in and out of. The “dining room setting” was an outdoor wooden picnic table with bench seats , no chairs with backrests. The lights were finicky with dimmers that were difficult to operate and we could not turn off the lights when we left.

Location was super convenient to the showgrounds and shops. The beds were super comfy, the bathroom, kitchen and laundry were spotless and modern and well equipped. Attention to detail throughout was noted and very much appreciated. Parking in the Carport was a little bit tight for our big Ranger dual cab.

• Ron (8/5): Loved the facilities here. Excellent BnB to stay at and explore Bathurst and surrounds. - We loved the location as it was central to everything in Bathurst City. Really comfortable beds. Lots of room, great bathroom. Good lounge/dining area. Facilities were excellent and it was really pet friendly for our little dog as well. It was good to have a doggy door to the outside. Couldn’t make as good use of the backyard for our dog as we would have liked because the neighbours had large dogs which barked a lot each time she went outside.

Amazing location — Right in the middle of town, but whisper quiet The extra details were beautifully done (easy to access wifi, guest netflix account, board games in the cupboard, books to read) Nothing! Everything was top-notch, and we can't wait to stay again.

• Safal (10/5): we had great stay. it was only for night but we will come back again and it’s very comfortable stay and everything was p - location : middle of town, walking distance to all the cafe and eateries. luxurious: 7 start standard. selection of furniture and settings is excellent. very comfortable beds. clean : Brand new and very clean it is best bnb house in bathurst by far host hasn’t compromised in anything from TV, couch, kitchen stuffs all A class. Nice big Bath tub and very fancy showers. it has an outdoor area for which is bonus if you are traveling with fur babies.
