The space was cozy but sufficient for a 2 night stay with the sofa bed and actual bed for 2 guests. The area was a bit busier with construction and there were multiple lockboxes near this one so it took a moment to navigate the right lockbox.

- michael (9/5): - We liked the location. It had a Safeway supermarket the next block. It had good lighting. it had a separate laundry room. Ref had water dispenser and ice maker. The space was well lit and clean. The building felt safe with all the safety features. Instructions for entering the bldg upon check-in was clear. The tub was very slippery. We also saw this in 1 one the reviews and thought something was done about it since its a very easy fix. Host did not do anything even after we complained. We had to buy our own rubber mat for the tub to avoid an accident. When we arrived, the host did not provide a new sponge for dish washing. Instead we had a used one that looked really bad already. We stayed for 4 nights and we were given only 3 pods for the dishwasher. Since they had only 4 plates, we had to run the dish washer often and ended up hand washing since we did not have enough dishwashing pods. All these are easy fix if the host was just more responsive to reviews. It would also help if the host can provide a stool or chair by the foyer so it wud be easier to put on our shoes.

The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable I have slept on. It is a pity to have such a beautiful apartment with the highest quality equipment but a low quality sofa bed.
If this is resolved, it will be a 10 out of 10.

The condo was very clean and a reserved parking space is a huge bonus in this trendy area. Lots of restaurant options and walking distance to downtown or rail transit.

- G! (10/5): Exceptional - The unit is clean with complete amenities including washer and dryer. It is very accessible to town with a CT train stop near it. There is a Safeway nearby where can you buy food you can cook. There are are a lot of shops nearby if you opt to eat out. It is very secure as well and you have access to the rooftop where you have a stunning view of the downtown skyscrapers. Will definitely stay again.
- Ed (8/5): We requested an earlier check-in, and that was made possible. Thank you. - It was OK. It was very, very cold. So it took a few minutes to get the lockbox open. Too cold, would have been better if the key could have been handed over on arrival. The unit does not have river views, it's on the third floor. While occupants have access to the Penthouse level, that's a place to walk your dog, but not stop to admire the view in the middle of winter. And no hand towels.

It had a laundry which was fantastic half way through our trip.
For a family of 3, we had everything we needed! Very happy here.

From garage, we walked up stairs to find we weren’t able to open door, had to walk back down stairs to find elevator after going out back door too, which wasn’t very clear, not knowing the building.

- So (10/5): A very nice apartment in a convenient and vibrant neighhood. - The location is perfect, really. Five minutes to downtown. Pretty central, takes less than 30 minutes to go anywhere. It's a vibrant and colorful neighbourhood. Lots of boutique restaurants of a big variety. Steps to C-train station though we didn't use it. Apartment is equipped with almost everything we need. Nice to have a washer and dryer, even an iron. We had breakfast every morning at the apartment. Love the air conditioning. The shower is a bit slow.
- Simon (9/5): Comfortable well equipped condo in a great location - Comfortable & well equipped apartment for our 2 person stay for 2 nights ; great location in Kensington area, with shops / restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk & Sunnyside train station 2 minutes walk away for trains to Downtown (10 minute journey). The view from the balcony is over a service road & has a rather large vibrant mural on the opposite building which wasn’t to our taste ! That said, we would definitely recommend the apartment

Also very quiet in the apartment although close to everything, Lots of eating places in the neighbourhood and a great rooftop terrace with barbecues and a beautiful view of Calgary. Full kitchen if you want to cook. Liked it all

The village of Kensington (Sunnyside) is right on your doorstep with loads of bars and restaurants.
The apartment itself is well stocked with all the items you need for cooking at home and though cost is perfect for singles or a couple.
Communication with the host was great and always prompt. The main complaint was the fact the apartment had not been cleaned on arrival. This was just an oversight and a cleaner was sent within 45 mins to clean the place.
