• Mohammad (10/5): Spectacular apartment with good location and nice view - Everything was perfect the location, the apartment , the owners and the view from the window and the most important thing it was super clean , it’s have everything you need in your stay
• Oleksandr (10/5): - The apartment is very spacious and cozy. It's in perfect condition, and the appliances are of very high quality. The subway is a two-minute walk away, which is very convenient. Hofer and Aldi supermarkets are also nearby. The location of the keys was slightly different from what was indicated in the instructions, but we quickly found them. It was also unclear how we were supposed to get into the building, so we ended up following our neighbors in.
• Kristina (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswert - Sehr gute Lage, schöne Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Wir hatten erst Probleme beim Check in ins Gebäude zu kommen, aber worden dann zum Glück vom Nachbar reingelassen und hatten dann keine Probleme mehr!
• Айгерим (10/5): Despite some inconveniences during check in, our stay was amazing! - Spacious apartment with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are great. Location is next to the metro station and close to the train station which is very convenient. Despite some inconveniences during check in, our stay was perfect. Upon the arrival I couldn’t reach out to the host to receive the check in instructions, because they respond very late. Eventually I had to wait outside to enter the apartment, because keys were given manually. This happened, because I didn’t fill out their form in advance. I couldn’t find the kettle in the apartment, apparently it’s not there.
• Sebastian (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist total gemütlich, sehr sauber und super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts für einen längeren Aufenthalt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Bett war super bequem. Es gab sogar ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett. Ich habe in den zwei Wochen meines Aufenthalts absolut nichts vermisst und mich wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anbindung an die Metro ist ebenfalls top, man fällt quasi aus der Tür direkt in den Fahrstuhl und steht am Gleis der U1. Zudem sind zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Preis/Leistung ist für Wien eigentlich unschlagbar! Ich habe in den zwei Wochen meines Aufenthalts absolut nichts wahrgenommen, was mir negativ in Erinnerung geblieben ist.
• Bernhard (3/5): - Der Türöffnungs-Mechanismus hat nicht funktioniert, ich konnte die Unterkunft nicht betreten. Telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar, zu keiner Zeit. Das wird auch von den Betreibern so kummuniziert, als wäre das völlig normal. Mir wurde angeboten daß jemand einen Ersatzschlüssel bringt, und zwar in 2 Stunden!! bei 36 Grad im Schatten!, und das in Wien. Die Anreise des Schlüsselinhabers erfolgt vielleicht von Graz oder Salzburg aus, ich weiss es nicht. Also über das Appartement kann ich nichts sagen, war nicht drinnen. Refundierung, auch nur eines Teilbetrages gibt es keine. Auch dazu schweigen die Unterkunftsbetreiber. Das jedenfalls funktioniert.
