• francesco (10/5): - Staff gentilissimo, pulizia dell’appartamento , posizione tranquilla e ben collegata. Ottima per rilassarsi con la famiglia e visitare Roma.
• Linda (10/5): Beautiful apartment for families - The place was spacious, cleaned and fully equipped with everything we need. It’s located more suburban area but the subway is walking distance so it’s convenient to travel around the host was responsive and friendly we definitely would recommend this house for family and will book again if we come back to Rome, Gracie Chao! The surrounding areas did not have a lot of restaurants and supermarkets to get food& supplies

• tiberi (9/5): vicino al centro, ma distante dai rumori. soggiorno tranquillo e rilassante. - posizione molto comoda e tranquilla e molto silenziosa, ti senti subito a casa. Dotata di ogni comfort. la struttura era molto pulita. Proprietari molto accoglienti manca il condizionatore nella camera matrimoniale. tenendo le porte aperte, si riescono a sfruttare gli altri 2 clima della sala e dell'altra camera per far arrivare un po di fresco

• Ulrike (10/5): Eine perfekte Unterkunft für eine Familie - Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Giuseppe ist ein toller Gastgeber, der sehr flexibel auf unsere Bedürfnisse reagiert hat und immer ansprechbar war. Wir haben problemlos einen Parkplatz vor der Tür gefunden.

• Storozhuk (9/5): Superb - The flat was very clean and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host kindly arranged a late-night check-in with no extra fee. Just a heads-up: you'll need cash for the city tax as it's not included in the booking. The only downside was the low hot water pressure

• Mustafa (1/5): Bad - The rooms were poorly furnished with very old equipment. The room was dirty in general. The apartment owner was not nice at all, he rushed us to check out of the apartment by standing right in front of the door for 5 min. delay. For the city tax we want to pay to him with cash, but since he has no change we had to paid 0.45 euro less. (We paid 11.55 instead of 12.00 euro because he couldn’t make change for 20 euro) And for that amount he had written us messages to complain and send a request from Booking to make that payment for 45 cents. We think that it’s like a joke, overall not a nice place to stay at all.
• Aakash (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice hospitality. Airport pickup and late check-in is offered at a small additional cost, but worth it if you are arriving late. The host is really responsive and helpful for tips to explore Rome. All well .
• Mikhail (10/5): Exceptional - Firstly, accommodation has a perfect location near train station, and you can be in the center of Rome just in 30 minutes. Also, there is a big grocery store nearby. The accommodation themselve was clean and had comfy beds.

• Erin (9/5): Apartment was very nice, we were only there for a short stay as we had to catch an early flight. - We used this as our last night in Rome. Closer to the airport for us to return the car. We believed there would be off road parking, but the street parking turned out to be safe and it was a good last night in Italy.

The presentation of the property, the furniture, plenty of positive small details that made a difference! The location was great, we were a very short walk from the train station, local shops including restaurants, bakery and a cafe. The owners of the property were amazing and lovely people and were just so helpful and couldn't do enough for us! Giuseppe and Grazia, thanks a million! I wouldn't change anything, my family and I loved our stay there and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to anyone! :-)

• Yu-wei (10/5): Exceptional - Giuseppe is a very friendly and enthusiastic landlord. We had a wonderful stay here. You can feel that the owner takes great care of the apartment, providing many things like tea, seasonings, and even garlic and onions. The apartment is located in a quiet, lovely, and safe neighborhood, and you can park your car for free on the street outside the apartment. In addition, the restaurants recommended by the landlord are also very delicious.

• Matt (10/5): A great option away from the chaos of Rome centre! - Giusepe was a great host, he met us at the apartment when we arrived and gave us some really useful information. The apartment is really nice, the rooms are huge, there is a kitchen with everything you need and the bathroom is also great! I highly recommend this stay! We didn't know there was a train station close, as it doesn't appear as an option on google maps, so getting there was way more difficult than it needed to be, but once Giusepe told us about it, it changed the transport into town dramatically. You just need to plan the trips as the train line ends early at night, and it is fairly infrequent

• Robert (10/5): Exceptional - Great host, very clean and great conditions. If you don’t have a car you have five minutes to walk to the station where you can take the metropolitan train to colloseo and city center. I totally recommand this place for a great experience in Rome!
