Guest Reviews
- Sarah (8/5): A handy base for the Aviva and central Dublin with facilities, transport and restaurants close by. - The location was good. Supermarket and pharmacy next door, loads of bars and restaurants, a 20 minute walk into Merrion Square. The kitchen supplies and pans underwhelming, we had to go out and re buy.
The Google arrival and banging of their 50 employee bike lock up door from 8am not really relaxing. The mattress on the second bed uncomfortable and no luggage rack or chair in bedrooms.
- Bernie (5/5): - Apartment was comfortable but a bit grubby. Needs some maintenance and a deep clean.
- ioanna (5/5): -
- Noreen (5/5): - NO WI FI, NO TV, (working)all advertised with the Apartment,
Both were important to our stay, and no explanation.
Messy blinds in main bedroom
Both toilet seats are loose, wine glass cracked,
- Wolfe (10/5): - Very nice place. Clean and comfortable.

- Peter (8/5): Very good - It is a decent apartment in a good location, next to Google office. Walking distance to Trinity College / Temple Bar. Apartment has all necessary items, including dishwasher, washing machine, ironing etc. The house was very quiet. Pick-up and return of keys is some 900m away, which is somewhat uncomfortable with luggage.
Apartment needs some minor maintenance - in the kitchen some light bulbs were dead, also it was very difficult to regulate water temperature when taking shower.
Currently there are construction works going on next to Google office, so there was some noise starting from morning, even on Saturday.
- Michael (8/5): Location, host excellent, advice on car parking would be welcome - The location was excellent, we cooked ourselves There was a smell in the corridor, and the water pump seemed to constantly turn on and off and was a bit noisy!
- Harjinder (8/5): Very good -
- Anastasia (7/5): Great few days down for the RDS, only issue was pick and drop of keys - owners need to think of a more convenient way fo - Good location, very secure and very nice and clean Picking up and dropping off keys is extremely inconvenient. We spent an hour sitting in Dublin traffic trying to collect keys from a hostel and had to drop them back again at 10am on the dot to the same place. The apartment could benefit from a storage box where customers could just get the key from. If we didn’t have a car the pick and drop off would have been extremely dissatisfying.
- Troján (2/5): Never again - The owner was not available by phone. It took us more than an hour to find the flat. The key hardly opened the door. The heating was not operational. It was cold in the flat. There was no warm water. We had to boil water to clean ourselfes. The cleaning of the flat was bad. I recommend to avoid this flat.
- Liane (9/5): Very cozy appartment - Very cozy, with all the utensils necessy to our stay. The heating system is very efficient. We were never cold during our stay. Everything was ok
- Lukas (7/5): Good - Nice apartment with a big and comfortable living room- kitchen combination
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of the only accessible from a bedroom. All of them had a good and comfortable size.
Just around the corner are a supermarket and a really good ramen restaurant It was loud!
The apartment is in an area with a lot of noises and the windows are not soundproof.
In the apartment the water pump was constantly pumping (every 1-10 minutes for some seconds) and you could hear it all around.
The doors need as well new lubrication, to be quieter.
- James (10/5): Exceptional - Great apparment great location safe and secure really felt comfortable staying here plenty of good places to eat nearby and getting about plenty of options Real sence of being safe no hassel in the area
- Armando (4/5): Disappointing -
