- Luis (10/5): Volvería sin dudarlo - Es un hotel espectacular en todo sentido. Quiero resaltar la amabilidad del personal, fue excelente. La habitación es muy bonita, muy amplia y con una vista a la represa que lo vale. El parqueadero muy amplio y suficiente. El acceso es en una vía totalmente pavimentada, así que se puede llevar cualquier carro por bajo que sea. Las actividades de integración fueron muy entretenidas. Viajé con un grupo de amigos y pasamos muy bien. Volvería sin dudarlo. Absolutamente nada negativo para mencionar. Se han esforzado por crear un buen lugar.

Además las zonas húmedas abre muy tarde llegamos a las instacuones y el jacuzzi estaba lleno de gente de un evento y no pudimos disfrutar... asi que dijimos mañana lo hacemos y pregunte a que horas esta el jacuzzi listo y me dijeron a las 8:30 am ok dije ya que nos daría para disfrutar antes del check out que era a las 11am ...fuimos a las 9am y no estaba funcionando que empezaba a las 10am ... pero ya no daba tiempo ya que el check out era a las 11am ... y teníamos que entregar .... no pudimos disfrutar ...

- LAURIE (7/5): Hostel moderne et confortable si vous aimez la fête - La piscine, la vue, le lit confortable, la pression et l’eau chaude de la douche, la propreté, le personnel de la réception et du ménage sont adorables, la nourriture du restaurant, les activités proposées Le bruit à cause des fenêtres qui sont très mal insonorisées. On entend la musique comme si la fenêtre est ouverte. Le service est extrêmement long au restaurant. La seule fille qui travaille au restaurant est très désagréable et peu souriante. Elle est venue me réclamer de payer quand je partais alors que c’était déjà fait et ne s’est même pas excusée de son erreur. Elle n’a pas du tout le sens du servie contrairement à ses collègues masculins qui sont très sympa.

- Cotes (10/5): Ya quiero volver - Me encantó, inicialmente íbamos a quedarnos una noche y decidimos pagar una noche adicional, el lugar es demasiado bello, la vista espectacular, el agua del lago estaba deliciosa no era demasiado fría, el clima súper rico, la comida muy buena y la atención del personal excelente, puedes hacer distintas actividades acuáticas, nosotros hicimos paddle y el guía súper amable, nos orientó, nos ayudó bastante y Sofia de recepción también muy amable, también desde aquí pueden hacer tour a la piedra del Peñol, así que 10000/10

- Franky (7/5): Detalles a mejorar - Tiene una buena ubicación, vista al embalse. Un concepto diferente a otras hospedajes, la temática musical con Dj y con horario extendido le da un plus al lugar. Alquile la cabaña, considero que es un costo alto por noche, teniendo en cuenta el estado de la cabaña, filtraciones de agua (al llover) y humedad, pocos muebles en el primer piso y cortinas sucias. Adicionalmente sugeriría mejorar el desayuno incluido para las cabañas. Considerando que su precio es entre un 40% y 50% más alto que el de las habitaciones estándar, sería justo ofrecer un menú diferenciado acorde a esa categoría.
- Maria (8/5): Excellent place to hang out, chill and meet people with amazing views and amenities - The staff and the place are amazing, I enjoyed the hot tub with jacuzzi everyday and had a very complete breakfast and lunch. The whole place is super clean and tidy, the views are amazing, I ended up staying longer! :D The music was definitely too loud and almost nonstop. I asked the staff to make a bit quieter a few times (specially when it was only me there :O ) It would also be nice to be able to have hot water to drink and a fridge available, since the place is quite far away from shops and other restaurants.

- dbf0369f0e4a7384d9e415b2c2315c4b (3/5): - Very nice view of the lake. Has a pool on site. Staff were nice. The place is pretty basic, dressed up as being nicer than it is, meaning we were very let down by our stay. We stayed in a cabin. The lighting was terrible - very harsh white lights that we had to improvise coverings over. No bedside lights, only a battery operated candle without batteries (reception did provide batteries for one candle when asked but this didn't give useful light). The furniture is cheap, minimal and lacks basic comfort. The bed was hard. The fittings were quite poorly done - our rain shower was broken and so emitted a single stream of water, and there were multiple leaks coming through the cabin windows meaning it was raining inside when it rained. The jacuzzi bath was worn with a very bright security light above which made it lack appeal. There are nice facilities on site, like a shared jacuzzi and swimming pool, but the furniture and fittings throughout feel cheap. We got breakfast included, only later to find out this is a limited menu rather than the full menu (without vegan options), though this was not clear. They play loud, not great music including at breakfast which was a bit much. The juice and coffee were lacking. Restaurant food is nice but feels food and drink are overpriced. I very rarely complain about places and am very happy with basic, but here it really felt like we were mis-sold, including based on previous high reviews of the place. What we thought would be a nice relaxing stay by the lake, treating ourselves to a cabin with hot tub, unfortunately turned out to be an uncomfortable disappointment.

Deberían evaluar el horario en el que apagan la música, cierre del bar y la zona húmeda porque es a las 10:00pm y el lugar se presta para plan compartir con amigos con música y tragos. Debería por lo menos ser hasta las 12pm con un volumen moderado. También había un olor un poco desagradable por el lado del Jacuzy. La puerta del baño de la habitación (207) estaba un poco malita , había que hacer fuerza para abrir y cerrar y se rastrillaba fuerte contra el piso generando un sonido incómodo.

W pokoju było czysto, wszystko zgodne z opisem.Byliśmy tylko na jedną noc więc nie zdążyliśmy skorzystać z bardzo dużego wyboru atrakcji na terenie hostelu. Lokalizacja jest na uboczu ale bez problemu dojechaliśmy tam willys i z głównej drogi krótki spacer do hostelu.

La alimentación afectó totalmente la experiencia.

La comida estuvo deliciosa, y ni hablar del ambiente, ¡genial! Los cócteles también, riquísimos. De verdad que valió la pena la visita, ¡volvería sin pensarlo dos veces! Los chalets son hermosos, tienen un diseño supergenial. Pero para dormir hasta tarde se complican un poco. Entra muchísima luz por la mañana y se calienta bastante la habitación. Aun así, la experiencia general es muy agradable.

Lakeside swimming, pool & hot tub, a restaurant and co-working space….whats not to love? They should advertise that you can take a shuttle for free from Medellin to the hostel. I didn’t know until I was leaving (return shuttle is not free, but you could take free shuttle there and bus back).
