• Paola (9/5): Ottimo alloggio - Appartamento con spazi ben gestiti. Doccia grande e bagno finestrato. Il wc è in locale separato spazioso e ben agibile. Sia la camera che la cucina soggiorno hanno delle enormi finestre che permettono l'illuminazione degli ambienti e l'areazione. L'alloggio è fornito di tutto quello che serve ( ad eccezione dei prodotti da bagno che sono insufficienti) ed è vicino alla metropolitana Anneessens dalla quale, con due fermate, si raggiunge la gare du midi (per raggiungere l'Areoporto di Bruxelles Zaventen o andare a Bruges). Vicino c'è una boulangerie/patisserie ed un piccolo supermercato ben fornito. Il centro e tutto quello che c'è da visitare è raggiungibile a piedi. La comunicazione con l'host è ottima e ci è stato gentilmente concesso il check-in anticipato alle 14.30 anziché alle 16.00. Tre minisize di prodotti da bagno e tre capsule per il caffè per 4 giorni di soggiorno non sono certo sufficienti e magari un asciugamano in più avrebbe fatto comodo. Comunque la Direzione, tramite messaggio, si rende disponibile per risolvere eventuali problemi ma è stato più veloce scendere al supermercato e comprare quello che ci serviva. Le finestre hanno solo delle tende oscuranti. La zona non è delle migliori ma non ho mai avuto la sensazione di pericolo.

• San (10/5): - El apartamento es amplio y cómodo. Los ambientes son agradables. La cocina bien equipada con electrodomésticos modernos samsung. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de la estación de premetro. Hay una plaza en la esquina que de noche no es muy linda pero no nos sentimos inseguros para nada. El baño era diminuto. La ducha con cortina, muy incómoda, debería ser una mampara. Le haría falta una repisa para poner el jabón, shampoo, etc. En la habitación le hace falta algo para poner las valijas. La calefacción de noche se apagaba automáticamente y hacía frío de madrugada (fuimos en febrero).

• Elena (7/5): - Le logement est fonctionnel est la literie est très confortable. L’emplacement est idéal, entre la gare de Bruxelles Midi et le centre historique. Les logements sont mal isolés entre eux, on a parfois du mal s’endormir. Les toilettes sont vraiment trop aixigues, difficile de fermer la porte pour des personnes qui mesurent plus de 1,70.

• Donna (3/5): Clean apartment - Plenty of room. Spacious. I thought insulation/ soundproofing was poor. You could hear footsteps of neighbours like they were in your apartment. Also as a single lady, I didn’t feel safe in that area at night.

El apartamento tenia todo lo imprescindible y el colchón comodo. Lo unico las almohadas eran incomodas para nuestro gusto (eran mas cojines blandos) y echamos de menos una tostadora.

• Toni (9/5): Very comfortable apartment close to everything you need. - The apartment was very comfortable and warm. We were in walking distance to both Brussels-Midi and Brussels Central station making it easy for day trips to Ghent, Bruges etc. excellent bakery around the corner and some great places for dinner approximately 5 minutes walk. Also about 10 to 15 minutes easy walk into the centre. Communication from the management was excellent. Loved our stay here. Arriving from Brussels-Midi station had us walking through an area that seemed like a slum area with some dodgy people around, however we always left the apartment in the opposite direction towards the city centre and it was fine. We didn’t have any issues and we used central station which was a much nicer walk.

• Yaelle (7/5): - L'entrée en autonomie avec les digicodes est très pratiques. Le logement était très propre et moderne et relativement bien équipé. La litterie ainsi que la douche était très agréable, et tout semblait plutôt neuf et en très bon état. J'ai malheureusement eu un gros problème avec le thermostat du logement: lorsque je suis arrivée le premier jour il faisait 26°C dans l'appartement ! Et il a fallu attendre plus de 10h pour que la température descende de quelques degrés (malgré les consignes pour gérer le thermostat, qui était finalement très peu efficace). Lorsque j'ai appelé le service du logement, on m'a dit qu'il était trop tard pour faire intervenir des équipes (19h) et qu'on ne pourrait m'envoyer un réparateur que le lendemain matin. Résultat, même si la température avait baissé le lendemain et qu'elle était devenue plus supportable, j'ai très mal dormi la première nuit car il faisait beaucoup trop chaud dans l'appartement. Aussi il aurait été appréciable que la cuisine soit un minimum équipée: il n'y avait ni sel, ni poivre ni huile d'olive, ce qui est généralement le minimum dans ce type de logement.

• Jessica (3/5): - The location is fine, very convenient to the train station and the grand place (15min walk) The door at the front was a bit difficult to get in, on the day of the arrival there were about 3 of us standing there trying to figure out how to get in. The elevator is also extremely small and if there’s a person that pushed the button for the elevator on a different floor you’re out of luck as you wouldn’t be able to get out of the elevator when it reaches the floor you wanted to go as the door would open a little then close right away before you can get out. I also had issues with the lock on my apartment door as it would randomly open by itself in the last couple of days of my stay even though I locked it in the app. (This also happened a few times while I was in the room) It’s honestly very unsettling feeling even though I didn’t leave any of my valuables in the room.

• Laura (9/5): Spacious apartment in a great location. - The location is great, with a boulangerie and grocery shop just around the corner. It was about a 5 minute walk to the metro station, 12 minutes to the historic town centre and 15 minutes to the train station. Our hosts checked up on us on day one, which we appreciated and they provided a "refresh" of the apartment mid way through our stay. The apartment is spacious and light filled. The toiletries were good and bottled water in the fridge was also appreciated. We really enjoyed our week at Sweett Bodegham and would definitely stay there again. It might look like a lot, but these are just some little things. The lift did not work a couple of times, which impacted all of our party to various extents. (All over 60 years old.) The main bedroom could have done with another wardrobe or shelves. The WC is a very tight fit for tall people (but I understand that this is probably a renovation in an older building) and a hand towel ring/rail wouldn't go astray. And, while it was great to have a separate laundry room downstairs with a washer and dryer, the room was locked at night - which is when we were most likely to be free for that task.

Dairede yeniydi. Yataklar rahat. Terlik, sabun ve diğer detaylar düşünülmüş. Uzun bir yolculuğun ardından kapı şifresi kullanarak girdiğimiz daire karşısında şok olduk, bizden önce çıkan misafirlerin ardından odada temizlik, düzen vb. adına hiç birşey yapılmamış, öylece kalmış oda, yazışmalar sonucunda temizlik ekibinin gelemeyeceği söylendi ve bizi başka bir daireye aldılar. Ancak bu durum tatilimizin zamanından çaldı! İlk başta konum olarak çok güvenli görünmedi. Ancak daire içi güzel ve kullanışlı. Tuvalet inanılmaz küçük, kilolu kişiler sıkıntı yaşayabilir. Klimanın soğuk kısmı çalışmıyor.

• Kai Yan (8/5): A comfortable studio 15 minutes away from the station - A cosy studio with all the things we need for our stay. Hot shower, coffee machine, oven, nice fridge and freezer, comfortable bed are all there. The bedroom is a bit too small that the entrance to the toilet was a bit blocked and hard to get in. A sofa and a proper dining table would be better to use.

Dificuldade em utilizar o elevador que não funcionou nem à chegada nem na partida (acabamos por carregar as malas à entrada e à saída, sendo as escadas estreitas).

Ero in viaggio con mio marito, mia figlia e mia madre di 85 anni e ci hanno messo in due monolocali su piani diversi, inoltre l'ascensore funzionava male (può essere chiamato da altri piani mentre stai scendendo!!!! super pericoloso!) e mia madre doveva salire e scendere a piedi. suggerirei di mettere mensoline-appoggia sapone/shampoo nella doccia.

Inoltre,nonostante la posizione centrale l'appartamento è molto silenzioso. Arredato con tutto il necessario. Letti comodi e cucina attrezzata.

Lo único fue el espacio muy reducido del "inodoro" (retrete), confinado en un espacio demasiado pequeño e incómodo. Se ubica separado del resto del cuarto de lavatorio y ducha. El ascensor es solo para 2 personas (180 kg, dio problemas un par de veces.

Le problème de chauffage, vitre cassé appartement 22 et mal insonorisation car manque de joints sur la porte d'entrée ainsi que le bas de la porte. Obligé de mettre une serviette derrière car y'a un jour de plus d'un centimètre. Bien dommage car c'est neuf mais il manque encore quelques améliorations pour que ce soit níquel. Là nous sommes repartis malade.

• Andres (9/5): - The apartment was excellent. Super comfortable and clean. The communication was simple and on point via WhatsApp in my case. The location is great. You are only at a 15min walk from the Grand Place and you have a metro station at 100m. You also have a supermarket right around the corner. Unfortunately the bathroom had a sewage smell that invaded the living room.

• Bryan (1/5): Do not book! - The apartment was clean. Do not book these apartments. The only positive was it was clean. Negatives, the toilet room is tiny, not big enough for a grown adult to use unless you leave the door open! Second bed is small if you have 4 staying. No sofa or comfortable seating although it is an ‘apartment’. Local area is sketchy - lots of beggars and reports of theft. We asked to cancel our second nights stay and found alternative accommodation, we have been refused a refund, but we had no choice but to pay for accommodation elsewhere.

• jbt2001 (7/5): - Situado cerca de la Grand Place. A menos de 10 minutos. andando. Decoracion de las instalaciones. No tiene camaras de seguridad. El barrio parece inseguro. Le falta calidad a los apartamentos.

• Sónia Lapa (8/5): Experiência agradável - Limpeza e estado de conservação em geral Elevador muito pequeno. Falta de móveis para apoio de malas e arrumação.
