- jeffersonverde (1/5): Pesimo servicio al cliente. - Nada. Pesimo servicio! La comunicación es absolutamente deficiente con los encargados de este hospedaje no se puede confiar en ellos. Una semana antes de llegar confirme mi asistencia, y me llegó un mensaje automático, donde les hice algunas preguntas y NUNCA respondieron, el día de la llegada a la ciudad (venía de fuera del país) me vuelvo a poner en contacto con el hospedaje a ver si esta vez si respondían y tampoco, me pongo en contacto por otro metodo de comunicación y ahi me dan un número de WhatsApp donde me responden que hospedaje ya está reservado por otra persona porque yo no pagué, pero la reserva siempre estuvo activa y aprobada, y nunca me comunicaron eso, entonces tuve que llegar al país a buscar un nuevo hospedaje a último minuto por culpa de ellos, y su PESIMA EXCUSA es que otra persona ya envió la plata primero que yo, mientras que en Booking la reserva siempre estuvo aprobada para mí, no se puede confiar en ellos para nada. Pésimo su servicio al cliente.
