• Jana (8/5): - Celkové uspořádání a zařízení bytu. Celkové vybavení bytu včetně kuchyně a prostorná koupelna. Klidná lokalita. Blízkost stanice metra i obchodů. Dostatek osušek i ručníků. Nefunkční PIN ke vchodovým dveřím, ale bylo štěstí, že někdo vycházel z domu, a tak jsem se dostali dovnitř. Pak už ve schránce u bytu PIN správný a měli jsem klíč, kterým jsem otevírali i hlavní vchod. Hlučnější větrák v koupelně. Chybějící mýdlo na toaletě a v koupelně rozbitý dávkovač mýdla.

• Stefania (8/5): Nicely decorated and comfortable apartment. Location is not central but very well located with public transport nearby. - It was very spacious and has everything for a comfortable stay The sofa bed in the bedroom is not a proper bed. The apartment is only for 4 people.

• Robert (10/5): - The apartment is in a newer and modern building. It is nicely decorated and of sufficient size for a family with three small children. It has all the necessary devices and equipment. The location is excellent because a bus passes by the building, and the U4 and U6 metro stations are nearby. The surroundings are quiet both day and night, and there are many shops, restaurants and bakeries nearby. If I had to choose again, I would gladly choose this apartment.
• Sabina (10/5): - O espaço é excelente. Somos 5 e foi optimo. Melhor do que estavamos a espera. Muito confortável , limpo, sempre quentinho, a agua com excelente pressão. A localizacao 5 estrelas, muito perto de duas estações de metro e com um super mercado a poucos passos. Nao ha nenhuma crítica negativa. Foi tudo top.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de metro y autobús y a pocas paradas de los lugares de interés. Apartamento cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Supermercado y restaurantes de comida para llevar muy cerca. N/A

• Bucovei (8/5): - Apartament ok, decent dpdv facilitati si destul de bine amplasat. Cartier linistit cu tot ce iti trebuie pe langa tine. Gazda ar trebui sa verifice daca apartamentul este ok inainte sa vina urmatorii oaspeti. Cum ar fi: daca se aprind toate becurile sau daca centrala functioneaza si nu intra in mod stand-by si fara sa ai posibilitatea sa faci nimic, tu ca si "chirias".

• Adriana (7/5): - L'appartamento è molto accogliente . Noi abbiamo soggiornato in 5 , ma l'appartamento secondo me è massimo per 4 persone, il 5 letto era spugna di 10 centimetri a terra. Molto scomodo

• Claudiu (9/5): I recomand this property for a leisure in vienna - Everything was ok It located at 5 minutes near metro station, you have a lot of opportunities for public transportation The flat it’s new, equipped with everything for family - 2 adults and 3 children The living sofa was a little bit uncomfortable, but not so inconvenient. And the sofa from the bedroom must be replaced with a higher one, because looks like you are sleeping on the floor.

• Denitsa (9/5): Great place, I would rent it again. - Great location, close to two metro lines and multiple shops, supermarkets, fast food and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed for a stay with kids.

• Marco (10/5): - Tutto perfetto! Struttura nuovissima. Dotata di tutti i comfort. A pochi passi dalla metro. Zona tranquilla. Top!!!
• TINGTING (7/5): - 房屋很干净，地理位置也非常便利！ 冰箱没有清理干净，还有上一个客人剩下的半瓶牛奶，半盒冰淇淋。沙发床很不舒服，不是平板的。
• David (8/5): Almost perfect, but missed the mark in a simple way - The apartment is modern-looking, with lots of counter-top space for cooking, and an updated stove, oven, and laundry facilities. There is an air conditioner, Euro-style windows and doors (they either open or, if you turn the handle more, crack open the other way). It's a place that I could imagine a single person or couple living in quite comfortably! There is no shower door or curtain, so every time you shower, water splashes out onto the floor and walls. I informed the owners in August 2025, so let's see how long it takes to get this fixed. This is just asking for a mold problem!

• Lilia (10/5): A cosy spacious flat within easy reach of public transport - The apartment is light and spacious, and located in a nice modern building. It has a bathtub, so you can have a bath and relax after walking around the city. We found all the necessary equipment and dishware. A tram stop and a metro station are within a couple of minutes' walking, which was really convenient.

• Barbara (9/5): Appartamento comodo e ben attrezzato, in posizione strategica. - Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole in questo appartamento; la struttura è ben curata, dotata di tutti i servizi necessari per sentirsi a proprio agio: cucina attrezzata, ambienti puliti e ben arredati, letti comodi (compreso il divano letto molto spazioso) e connessione Wi-Fi stabile. Un altro grande vantaggio è la tranquillità: nonostante la posizione comoda, l’appartamento è silenzioso, perfetto per riposare dopo una giornata in giro per la città. La posizione è davvero strategica, ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici e vicina alle principali attrazioni di Vienna. In pochi minuti si può raggiungere la stazione della metropolitana e diversi supermercati molto ben forniti. Consigliatissimo! Unica pecca, metteri dei lampadari un pò più alti...ci si sbatte la testa!

• Manuela-melania (10/5): Our stay at MEVERLING Lemon 4 was exceptionally comfortable, stylish, and perfect for a family city - We stayed at MEVERLING Lemon 4 in Vienna as a family with two children, and we were truly delighted with our choice. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos – beautifully decorated, spacious, and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, and even a washing machine, which was very useful during our stay. The location is great, with easy access to public transportation and a nice view of the city from the terrace. The apartment had thoughtful touches like streaming services, quality towels and linens, and a very comfortable seating area for relaxing after a day in the city. Everything matched the description perfectly. The only minor inconvenience we encountered was a slight smell coming from the bathroom at times. However, once we aired out the space, it disappeared quickly. There was also some noise during the day from a nearby construction site, mostly from a bulldozer/excavator. This didn’t affect our sleep but was noticeable during the daytime. Other than that, everything was excellent and we would definitely return!
• Yashar (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was okay, but we were disturbed multiple times by the fire alarms. Even one woke us up at 7 am. Writing to the landlord didn't help.
