• Isabel de las Nieves (9/5): - La ubicación, las camas muy cómodas y amplio. El contacto con el anfitrión super rápido en respuesta. Que el dormitorio que da a la calle, hay mucho ruido para dormir.

La casa davvero pulita, nulla da eccepire. Purtroppo al casa non era confortevole: era fredda, il secondo giorno ciè stata fornita un copriletto addizionale. Mancava strofinaccio in cucina/scottex, insomma piccole attenzioni che fanno la differenza. Cosa peggiore al termine del soggiorno era richeisto buttare la spazzatura negli alloggi del palazzo.

Posizione eccellente a pochi minuti dal Pantheon,in una via sorvegliata da presidio militare fisso. Staff al di sopra di ogni aspettativa per gentilezza e pazienza. Un po‘rumorosa la strada.

Apartment was perfect for family of four. Communication with host was easy and clear. Nothing, I’d seen some complaints in earlier reviews about the shower door - and yes it was different to what we have at home but even my kids had no trouble using it.

• Alice (9/5): Appartamento confortevole nel cuore di Roma - Posizione ottima, molto vicino a piazza Navona. Appartamento molto grande e pulito, dotato di tutti i confort (cucina fornita, lavatrice, microonde). Host molto disponibile e cordiale. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. .

• marykmi (5/5): Чудова локація, але серйозні проблеми з комфортом та сервісом - Квартира розташована в самому центрі, що дуже зручно для прогулянок. Є дві окремі спальні та добре обладнана кухня. Постіль та рушники були чистими; нам їх поміняли ще раз, коли намагалися вирішити побутові проблеми. На жаль, перебування було незатишним. В одній зі спалень дуже шумно — відчуття, ніби спиш просто на вулиці. У другій кімнаті було темно, бо закриті ставні виходять у внутрішній дворик «вікна в вікна». У ванній кімнаті холодно, рушники постійно вогкі, а речі після дощу просушити ніде. Дуже маленька душова кабіна без полиці, щоб покласти шампунь. Опалення вимкнули, як тільки на вулиці стало «+», хоча в приміщенні було холодно. Також погано працював унітаз. Окремо про роботу менеджера: промовчу, ми просто не порозумілися. Склалося враження, що правило «клієнт завжди правий» — це не про нього. Він зрозуміє, про що мова. Підсумок: Місце для тих, кому важлива лише локація, а не комфортний сон чи сервіс.

• Arantxa (8/5): Bona situació! - Ben situat, fàcil accés. Vam tenir una incidència amb els llençols i tovalloles, no n’hi havia prou, el propietari no va poder-ho solucionar però ens va compensar per l’error. El wc no funcionava.

• Cristina (4/5): Todo iba bien... hasta que nos acusó de quedarnos unas toallas - El piso está situado muy cerca del Panteón, con servicios en la zona y en una calle tranquila. Las dos habitaciones son espaciosas y con aire acondicionado. El baño es grande y es suficiente para pasar allí unos días. La comunicación con el anfitrión antes y durante la estancia fue buena. La cocina tiene muy pocos utensilios para comer y beber, con los platos y vasos justos para un grupo. No tiene lavavajillas con lo que hay que fregar todo a mano. El último día, sin embargo, nos acusó de habernos quedado unas toallas de lavabo de la estancia, con lo que nos amargó el último día.

• Maciej (9/5): At a very heart of Rome! - A very central location, 5 minutes walk to Piazza Navona and Panteon. The apartament is huge. The apartament has two bedrooms, the first one is very quiet. But the second one is facing quite noisy street. Plastic windows gives surprisingly poor sound barrier - I really felt like widows were half-opened. And air conditioning in this bedroom is very noisy as well. Thus if a half of your group have a good sleep without need for air conditioning all-night long, you'll be fine!
• Joanna (10/5): - Wygoda zameldowania, bliskość atrakcji, sklepów, restauracji, przystanków- samo centrum. Przestronny apartament, czysto. Trochę za mało podstawowych naczyń, jak chociażby dodatkowe kubki, stara łazienka, która potrzebowałaby remontu.

• Annemarie (8/5): Very good - Beds were big and comfortable. Location excellent. Communication excellent. A good level of cleanliness. There was no body wash or hand wash at the sink as listed on the amenities. The shower tray and screen needs updating as there was a build up of dirt around the bottom, but the rest of the apartment was very clean. The apartment itself was very quiet, but the road noise from the front bedroom was high. That's only a problem if it it would disturb you and obviously a city centre location will come with some noise. Just something to be aware of.
• Anna (10/5): Highly recommend - amazing location, great host and lovely apartment - The location was wonderful, we had everything we needed within walking distance, including the sites (eg piazza Navona, the pantheon, trevi fountain and Spanish steps), good restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was perfect for us, it was large, clean and well equipped. The beds were really comfy as well. Cristian, the host was wonderful, he was very helpful, provided clear check in instructions and replied straight away. He kindly let us have a slightly later check out which we really appreciated. Nothing.
