• Wing Kei (9/5): Good location and very convenient. - Close to Niagara Falls. The parking is just opposite the property. The location is close to restaurants and chain food. Very convenient.
• Lesley (9/5): very pleased with the location, cleanliness, beds, kitchen equipment and cost. - Nice quiet area but really near the Falls . Condo was clean and modern with everything we needed. Great shower pressure too would have liked an end table in bedrooms and a lamp in the living room since the center lights were very bright. Lock box akward to use

• AdamLiam (10/5): Lovely lovely Niagara Falls - We felt like home. The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need: a washing machine, a tumble dryer and all the kitchen appliances. We wish we'd booked for longer! The floors could be a bit cleaner

Ne pas avoir de service en français, je trouve ça ordinaire car il y'a beaucoup de touristes français. Ça devrait se faire dans les 2 langues. Aussi les accessoires de cuisines seraient à améliorer.

• Virginia (8/5): Good stay - The location was great. We really enjoyed having 2 bedrooms. The lock box was really hard to get the key out of and the upstairs neighbour was loud and woke the kids up. The main living room/kitchen area was smaller than expected and the kitchen table took up too much space. We stayed with our 1 & 3 yr old and it was a bit cramped at times. The blinds in both bedrooms didn't do a good job of keeping the rooms dark.

• Ron (9/5): The ideal place to visit Niagra Falls....would stay again. - Ideal location to shopping and Niagara Falls (10 mins by car). Excellent facilities including laundry, A/C, kitchen, internet etc.... Stair case is rather long when trying to bring your luggage up.

• Omid (10/5): Clean apartment with comfortable beds - The apartment was big enough and clean. It was nice that it had a separate door. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen utensils are complete. We really liked it. The location was great. There was no shampoo in the bathroom.
• Pedro (1/5): Bad - We arrived at the apartment on NYE to find out the reservation had been canceled. It was a completely terrible experience with the host and with Booking.com. I tried to contact Booking.com to find a solution by text message on the App and by phone without any response. instead of the two-bedroom apartment we had paid for, we had to book a last-minute overpriced hotel room
• Anahita (6/5): Average! - The location was almost close to the fall and the grocery store was nearby. Instructions for the arrival were good. We recently stayed at this property and were a bit disappointed. It was an apartment rather than a hotel. A major issue was the number of stairs—there are so many steps, making it unsuitable for seniors or anyone with mobility challenges. This crucial detail was not mentioned in the property information. Additionally, basic amenities were missing, such as shampoo, soap, toothpaste, and a hair dryer. The cleanliness was also below standard; the pillowcase and bedsheet in the second bedroom had visible stains, which was unacceptable. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations, and the lack of transparency in the listing is a concern.
• Rebecca (8/5): Will come back again. Just wondering if there is a three bedroom? - It was clean, and very homey. We liked that there was two bathrooms. The chair in the main bedroom was broken, so we couldn’t use it and there was a lady in the place right below us that was video taping my boyfriend when he was outside. Made him feel uncomfortable.

• Ross (6/5): Good place but disappointed with ac - Good location clean A/c did not work, messaged owner and he said to check breaker when we got back to unit Checked breaker nothing was blown but did let me think I could change temp at 3 in morning Temp stayed at 80 degrees all night very uncomfortable for your sleep. Since the temp was going to be over 25 degrees c all weekend they a/c should have been checked before we got there.
• Donald (8/5): Good property with some minor inconveniences - Easy check-in with lock box code. Good location. Property met our expectations and was very clean & comfortable. Plenty of space for the 3 of us, with location being close to downtown Niagara but far enough away from all the tourists & noise. Washing machine & dryer were very beneficial to have. No instructions at all on how to use any of the appliances or what to do on check-out. Steep flight of stairs to room that was not in the description. Nothing supplied - had to have all our own toiletries, etc.
• Helen (7/5): Clean and modern OK for a short stay. More like 10 min drive to the falls - Had everything we needed in a modern property. The washer drier was really good. Air con fan was noisy, the leg on one of the chairs was loose and couldn’t be used, areas of decoration need attention ie different coloured wall in the lounge space, the window blind in one bedroom wouldn’t raise, we ran out of toilet roll within a couple of hours , no replacements available. The apparent is more like a 10 minute drive to the falls, as we didn’t have a hire car there were added taxi fees

I was asked to check in after 5:30 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m. because the property was not ready. When we arrived at 5:30 p.m. they were still cleaning.

However, one of the legs of the chair in the leaving room is broken and it could be dangerous for people seating there. The lock it’s tricky. The property says is for 5 adults, and there is no way that a 5th adult could sleep in the futon bed.

• Annette (7/5): It was a beautiful property, but was misled with sleeping options and the stairs. - Check-In was great. Apartment was beautiful, but did not work for our trip. -Apartment was on the top floor and you had to access by a long flight of stairs. It was very difficult with the age of one of our guest. They were limited on how many times they could leave the home due to this. -The listing had that it had 2-Queen beds and a futon. In fact, it had 1-Queen & 1-Full and a blow-up air mattress that would not stay inflated. The small sofa was (beautiful) but designed with high sides so you could not sleep on it. One of our adult guest (we only had 4) had to sleep on the floor. -We feel like the listing should have indicated that stairs were required, and we were misled regarding sleeping options. -Was told that toiletries were provided. Had to go purchase soap and washcloths.

• Denna (1/5): Horrible - Nothing The unit was cold with a window opened. Bed sheets were not in good shape and there was 4 strands of long dark hair. The walls were all scratched up. Unit was not at all what was expected. The word luxury should not be used to describe.
