• David (5/5): No key in lockbox over the other side of town. Waited in 34 degree heat for half an hour before some - Great location for Fringe. Modern apartment, great facilities. Two bathrooms definately a great feature. Apartment was not cleaned very well, I won't go into details, but my daughter who has her own holiday cleaning service picked too many areas that needed attention. We had to pick up the key from a lockbox on the other side of town, and the key wasn't in there! We waited in 34 degree heat for someone to come and give us the key, then proceeded to ask us multiple questions before handing over the key WTF!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

• Robert (5/5): fridge, kettle not working - location, facilities good getting the key and returning it to the other side of town. power had been switched off to fridge kettle and toaster so unable to cater first night and breakfast. finally resolved the next day.

• Sandra (9/5): Was brilliant apartment and great location ( Fringe was on so was walking distance ) apartment had plenty room was overa - The location was brilliant.the space was great , facilities great .Had everything we needed. Our only issue was that there was no clothes hoist , only option for drying clothes was dryer , a clothes rack would have been great . Great security . Would stay here again when coming to Adelaide . 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms ,great spot . Other than no clothes hoist for drying clothes, I would say it needs a good clean . Was overall clean but showers need a good scrub. Maybe some dish clothes also .

• Stephanie (7/5): Convenient location, cleanliness not guaranteed. - The apartment was in a convenient location. The keys need to be collected from the back of a real estate on the opposite side of town. I arrived at 2:45 pm to collect them and they weren't in the lock box so I walked around to the estate agents and had to speak to the receptionist who located them for me. I requested a second set of keys as I was staying with my daughter and her boyfriend and we were planning on doing different activities. The receptionist called the property manager and advised that someone would message me to let me know when they would be put in the lockbox (meant to be the nest day). When we arrived the cleaner was just leaving - it was past the check in time of 3pm at this stage. The apartment was incredibly hot and the aircon in the main bedroom was not very strong, it took quite a while to cool this room down. The aircon remote for the loungeroom was glitchy and I suspect it needs new batteries. I went to take a shower and found the towel had stains on it. I checked all the other towels and they were all stained - some probably just needed to be bleached but two of them were dirty. The bedheads and couch were stained (and gross). The tables had burn marks on them and one of the dining chairs was in bad shape - the laminate was all cracked. The shower recess in the ensuite also has quite a strong dirty drain smell. I texted this to the property manager and still hadn't had a reply after 24 hours. I messaged again to say I was pretty unimpressed. The property manager called me the morning after that to explain that he'd been sick the previous day and that the extra key had been in the lockbox the entire time (no-one had informed us). He was very apologetic about the towels and explained that they are sent off for laundering, her offered to bring me fresh towels but I had already washed them by this stage and it was not necessary. He said he would arrange for the furniture to be steam cleaned.

There was li - Location There’s not sufficient manuals to instruct how to use the devices in the flat. Two of us caught a cold at the beginning of our stay when the air conditioner did not keep us warm for night time, though we managed to figure out how to start the “heat “ function from the third night onward…. We fell ill already
• Shwetha (4/5): Uncomfortable , poor service provided - The appartments main bedroom had a nice view and stay was peaceful Overall uncomfortable stay - First the check-in process was over complicated and I had to pick the keys from 2 km away office with no one to assist . The phone numbers provided do not work . It was very stressful to find the key and has never experienced such poor reception. Secondly the business took extra $300 deposit and provided almost no cleaning supplies for the kitchen , it was like they expect us to keep the apartment dirty for them to charge extra . I had to buy few supplies like cleaning spray , sponge to wipe the kitchen . No broom and the vacuum didn’t work . Thirdly , the room AC and fans were randomly stopping and switching on and not with the control of the remote . It was so hot in the Easter break and one of AC didn’t work at all . No parking provided by the stay but they expect us to pick and drop key 2 km away . Overly priced and not value for money .
• David (1/5): Bad - Good location. Manager allowed late check out They have a one key policy. It doesn’t work for most people and definitely not for us. The first day we had to take an Uber to meet my wife in the festival and then go back to the apartment. The second night my wife and daughter left earlier than me but I couldn’t stay much longer because I didn’t want to wake them up when I’m coming back. I asked the manager for a second key. He said that it’s weekend and the office is closed but he will try getting me “today or tomorrow”. After some pressure and phone calls to booking.com service he managed to get the key that evening. He said ha should get it by 6-6:30 and wanted to leave it in the lockbox where you pick up and drop off the key. I asked him to bring it to the apartment and save me a cab there and back (the lockbox is about 10m drive). He agreed, I didn’t wait in the apartment assuming that he can leave it inside and lock the door behind him and surely the manager will have his own key. He called me around 7 and got very upset that I’m not waiting for him in the apartment. He even refused to leave it in the lockbox giving me an excuse that suddenly the lockbox is used for another guests. In the end we had one key for the entire stay. I will never use this company or the agent who manages this apartment.

• Jonathan (8/5): Simple, clean, modern aparment in excellent location - Simple, clean, modern apartment with a great view to the Adelaide Hills. The AC works very well and it is nice to have two modern bathrooms in an apartment of this size. Excellent location. Very basic furniture and decoration - a bare minimum, but fine for a short stay. Attention to detail with apartment servicing was sub-par with annoying omissions (e.g. dishwashing cloths, detergent, conditioner etc).

• Fabsnake (9/5): Hassle free apartment stay in East End of Adelaide with very good fit out - - Location handy for East End and near parks. - Plenty of room for 2 singles sharing. - Internal facilities more than enough. - Bathrooms reasonable size, thanks - nice to have balcony of reasonable size - Unusual neighbours - Pole Dancing club and Salvation Army - but no issues with them, just unexpected! - 2nd set of keys & fob would've been good, I did ask but didn't pursue it and sounds like I could have had it. - Internet wifi access not so straightforward but eventually figured it out! - Separate recycling disposal a suggestion rather than single bin. - Picking up and dropping off keys at separate location a little inconvenient but worked out easily - choice of leaving keys in the apartment on leaving?
• Ken (8/5): Great location, clean and comfortable, good views of the surrounding mountains.. - Proximity to the centre of town and our designated meeting point. The security of the property. The comfort and the view was good. The pillows were too hard and we had to use the decorative pillows which hadnt been washed in a while.

Always appreciate when the kitchen basics are provided when travelling eg cooking oil salt pepper tea coffee Things that aren’t necessarily major however people should be aware of when booking Full cost is taken from you account when booking The key needs to be collected from the office at the other end of the city which is not easy or appropriate if you do not have your own transport ( The agent did however agree to meet me at the property) There is only one key . The apartment sleeps 4 and if you are all coming and going at different times that is challenging

• Anne (5/5): A DISAPPOINTMENT - The location was really good & the apartment size was good. Nitin the property manager was as helpful as he could be. The beds were so low it was like sleeping on a mattress on the floor - not ideal for women in their late 60s! Channels 9, 7 & SBS were unavailable on the TV The toilet rolls & tissues were of inferior quality There was a dishwasher, but no tablets

• Zorawar (10/5): Great 2 Bedroom space in the CBD - The apartment location was ideal - close to all shops and cafes. Nitin was excellent with communication and accommodating any requests we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the CBD The kitchen space felt a bit too small while cooking but not a deal breaker
