- J.M. (8/5): Great location, comfortable rooms - Comfortable and reasonably clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very nice firm mattresses. Street car stop is a block away (noise is audible in front bedroom & takes some getting used to, though). Screen door is the wrong size & comes off the track easily. Closing mechanisms on windows in front room were detached & windows had to be closed from outside. Pillows are literally falling apart & should be replaced.
