Our room Superior Family Bunk was a great size for 3 girlies.. though top bunk would suit children more for comfort. The room had everything we could need, very well equipped and spacious. The seating area was great after a long day on our feet! I would stay book this accusation again and other &Here locations!! Staff were super friendly and helpful.

However there was a bar but never saw anyone working there. It would have been nice to be able to have a drink but we appreciated the vending machines with alcohol.

Also, they help us with organizing the transportation of our luggages to Tokyo. Our rooms were spacious with bunk beds. The hotel is newer so the beds were comfortable. Very clean!!

De locatie an sich was fijn, omdat je dichtbij station Namba bent. Alleen was het elke keer een zoektocht vanuit dat station/winkelcentrum om het hotel te vinden. Dat vond ik erg frustrerend, zeker na een lange dag.

- Esther (10/5): - This property is new and very clean. The rooms are great and spacious. We stayed in a family bunk and plenty of room for 4. The various train stations are all within a short distance, closest entrance is 3-4 minutes. You are in the heart of food, shopping, just literally outside the hotel door but our rooms were quiet and I never had issues with outside noise. The coma would be that it’s not as insulated from hearing footsteps above you but never heard voices or any sounds from the neighbors. The other hotel we stayed at had washer/dryer in the room and that was very convenient. This has a facility in the lobby that is coin operated. Great place to stay, no hotel food options is hard if you want breakfast as most places nearby isn’t open until lunch. But 7-11 is a minute away and food at 7-11 is so much better than US.

- Don (10/5): Great service, location and space! - The location was superb. Just a short walk away from Namba Station. Also, there were tons of great food options within a 5-min radius of the hotel. The staff were really friendly and spoke excellent English. Special shout-out to Annis who always greeted us with a big smile. The room was huge for Japanese big city standards. Our only issue was that we should not have taken the room where the bunks were directly overhead because that meant that we would not be able to walk upright when we got out of bed in the morning. We will probably try one of their other room types next time.

I did not care to have the beds on the floor, but that was a minor thing. It was a very pleasant stay.

- Ching Ning (10/5): 住宿地點佳且舒適 - 很喜歡房間內的空間，四人房的空間蠻大的，小朋友特別喜歡上鋪自己的小世界，房內還有餐桌跟餐具，很適合帶小朋友出門在外用餐不便時，買東西在房間食用。 離難波站走路10分鐘內，很方便，附近餐廳也很多，黑門市場跟千日前道具屋筋也超近的。 樓頂的休憩空間很適合晚上吃點小點心喝點飲料啤酒欣賞夜景。 可惜這次只待一晚，推薦給家庭的旅客。
- Peter (10/5): Best stay of my life - Absolutely my best stay in Osaka ever. I have been to Osaka fice times and the staff, the rooms and the location was absolutely amazing. Large rooms compared to mlre business-like hotels in the area, the staff might be the best I ever met - warm, friendly, humble and so service minded. The short girl in a veil was absolutely the best. The night guy who was apologizing due to what he thought was lack of english knowledge were much better than he was aware of. When we had problems with our room keys and couldn’t fix it they upgrades us to a better room just like that. I have been to many different hotels in Japan but this is absolutely the best one. If I could get the same deal next trip I would stay here again. Absolutely amazing!

The room was generally very nice, although the lighting in the room was poor. Even with every possible light turned on, the room still was dimly lit. This is the only reason I am giving a 4 star rating instead of 5. Everything was awesome!

The only feedback I have is for the hotel to move the water and ice machine from the laundry room to an entirely different area on the property. It was disgustingly to fill our water and ice when lint from the laundry room is in flying around in the air when people are using the washer/dryer. Beside this, the hotel was excellent and staff was amazing.

- Robert (10/5): - Hotel &Here Osaka Namba - excellent hotel with huge bunk beds and great location, we had a nice kitchen, living area, large shower tub, and very clean. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond when we forgot our valuables in the safe. It’s about a 7 min walk from Namba station, easily accessible if you take the train to Namba station from KIX (Kansai) airport 7-11 is around the corner, Lawson’s and Family Mart a couple blocks away. There are lots of shops and eateries nearby in Namba City Mall, Namba Parks, and Carnival Walk. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Osaka.

De hotelkamers zijn ruim voor Japanse begrippen Wij hadden een 4 persoons standaard kamer met een keuken op de 14e verdieping. Mooi uitzicht vanuit het raam. Bedden waren comfortabel. Enig minpuntje is de opstelling van de bedden. Opstelling is japanse stijl. Stapelbed met 2x1 persoonsbedden en daaronder weer 2x1 persoonsbedden. Rechtop staan onder het stapelbed is niet mogelijk en maakt het moeilijk om de bedden eronder te bereiken. Zeker voor lange mensen. Dit hotel heeft ook opstellingen in westerse stijl met bedden op normale hoogte. Ondanks dit minpuntje is dit hotel een aanrader.
