Considerations was made for my check out. They listen and always want to help to make your stay worth it. The sea view is amazing. Will definitely be back.
- Jaar (10/5): Verblijf en prijs kwaliteit verhouding is prima. Echter Durres en Golem is voor de helft een bouwput waar Costa del sol - Ligging perfect tov strand. Zicht op zee, mits je op verdieping 4 of 5 zit, anders kijk je tegen voorliggend appartementsgebouw aan. Host hiel hier rekening mee en gaf ons appartement op 4e verdieping

- REDA.M.M (9/5): Heel fijn en prettig - De gastvrijheid van het personeel was top. Kevin was erg betrokken; zelfs op zijn verjaardag nam hij de tijd om al al onze vragen te beantwoorden. Toen bleek dat de door ons geboekte kamer wat aan de kleine kant was, regelde hij binnen no-time een appartement met een heerlijke jacuzzi voor ons. Wat werkzaamheiden in de buurt

The room was very comfortable, nice sea view and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our time at the beach, the sea and good restaurant / bakery all within walking distance.

- Jessica (10/5): Our stay at Sea La Vie was simply perfect. We originally planned to stay just for the weekend, but we were so comfortabl - We truly enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything felt fresh and modern. The property is newly built, and it really shows – everything was exceptionally clean, with brand-new furniture and a sleek, contemporary design. Security was clearly a priority, which gave us great peace of mind. The hotel has cameras around the property, a secure pin code system for entry, and key cards for accessing the rooms – very convenient and safe. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the private balcony. It was the perfect spot to relax in the evenings – we loved sitting outside and soaking in the view. It really added a special touch to the experience. The staff were truly wonderful — so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They responded immediately to anything we needed and made sure we felt taken care of throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality really made a difference and added to the whole experience. There was truly nothing we didn’t like about the property. Everything was thoughtfully designed and well maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The rooms, although a bit small, had everything you need and was very tidy Gozem beach is currently being developed as a bustling holiday location, so there are quite some construction works going around. But once those are finished, this location will give you front row seats.

- Dominik (10/5): Godny polecenia - Wszystkie zdjęcia i opis w pełni zgodne z rzeczywistością. Super kontakt z właścicielem. Lokalizacja przy samej plaży, w pobliżu sklepy, restauracje, piekarnia, wypożyczalnia samochodów i inne. Obiekt nowy, zadbany i bardzo czysty. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany, a ręczniki wymieniane na świeże i pachnące. WiFi działało szybko i sprawnie. Klimatyzacja również działała bez zarzutów. Telewizor posiadał smart tv, dzięki czemu można korzystać, np. z Netflix czy YouTube. Miejsca parkingowe pod samym obiektem, za zamykaną bramą wjazdową. Nie mam żadnych uwag co do obiektu.

- rocco angelo (9/5): struttura nuova - la struttura e le stanza sono nuove è tutto pulitissimo e ordinato .la stanza è ampia con un arredamento semplice ma moderno, c'è un bel bagno , nel mio caso un balcone con tavolino e sedie parzialmente vista mare, zanzariere alle finestre , macchina del caffè a cialde e un frigorifero grande , la stanza mi ha veramente soddisfatto . la spiaggia è a circa 150 metri gentilissimi il ragazzo alla reception e la signora delle pulizie. purtroppo non consiglierei la cittadina in generale , c'è un lungomare carino con ristorantini e bancarelle , ma il mare è pessimo , ci sono rifiuti ovunque e cano randagi .

Bei der Lage sehr wichtig. Schönes großes modernes Zimmer und bequemes Bett. Balkon war leider hinterrücks raus. Kein Frühstück, dafür Kaffeeautomat auf dem Zimmer. ein paar kleine Dinge müssten repariert werden Namensschild am Haus oder an der Straße wäre gut
- Adam Mazouzi (10/5): Le vrai goût des vacances! - Nous avons pris la suite jacuzzi C'était vraiment impeccable Le gérant ( merci Kevin) répondait rapidement sur WhatsApp et a été de très bon conseil sur les restaurants à essayer La femme de ménage passait tout les jours et s'appliquait vraiment dans son travail La chambre était spacieuse et disposait de pas mal de rangement et d'une télé android Le jacuzzi fonctionnait à merveille La terrasse était équipée d'une table et 2 chaises et d'un petit étendoir bien pratique pour les retours de plage. Les toilettes étaient équipées d'une douchette ( le bonheur rare!) Un pur délice! J'ai beau chercher, je ne trouve rien à redire!

L'emplacement est vraiment excellent, en face de la plage avec plusieurs restaurants et centres commerciaux à proximité. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le Responsable de l'hôtel. En fait j'ai programmé un sortie sur un site et je n'ai pas eu de retour. Il a intervenu comme il faut et m'a transmis les informations que je voulais. Aussi la femme de ménage est excellente. Elle fait son travail comme il faut.

Better to go before dark. 8 Minutes of walking. 3) "D'Amour" ice cream and bar - good ice cream in a glass cup (3 portions) (300 Lek = 3€, possible to pay in euro cash) 4) There is a giant beach road towards the Durres city (walking zone, car free) full of restaurants, bars, ice cream, popcorn and loud music everywhere that ends at midnight, no typical dance clubs though. Typical ice cream costs 1€. Typical drink such as mojito 7€. All bars I have visited accepted euro cash. - Some weird cable is unexpectedly hung next to the bed, it looks similar to an ethernet cable but it is not ethernet, I dont know what it is for but it looks bad, it should be removed from the wall - The clothes hanger in the balcony is worn out and should be replaced - The TV could include Netflix or Max (it is there, just not logged in) - We asked for a second bed blanket because it is uncomfortable to use a single one for 2 people at night. We were given the 2nd one, however it was different from the original. It would be better to have a dedicated, original, blanket for each person. - The cleaning lady cleans the room at times of the day when we needed to use the room, it should be announced up front at which hour the room is going to be cleaned - The hotel could have some big sign with its name at the front of the building to be better recognizable among other buildings - Some rooms have good sea view, our room had it too but it was kinda limited due to another building in front of the hotel Disadvantages nearby: - Garbage even in tourist roads - Jellyfish (or something) in the sea water was so annoying, it bites like once each 10 minutes, temporary pain fades away after like half an hour mostly. Some days were OK though - Not easy to find a working exchange office nearby, however most businesses accept euro cash so not a big problem
- Caterina (10/5): Eccezionale! - La posizione della struttura è ottima. A pochi metri è tutto disponibile: spiaggia (basta attraversare la strada), locali, bar, supermercati e tabacchi. Poco distante anche la farmacia. Kevin, l'host, molto gentile e sempre disponibile e cordiale. La camera ha superato le nostre aspettative, pulita e bella! Vasca idromassaggio meravigliosa! Puoi farti un bagno rilassante guardando il tramonto sul mare. Le pulizie delle camere hanno orari strani, a volte la stanza era pronta alle 13, a volte alle 15 ancora non era stata rifatta. A volte siamo dovuti uscire mentre ci stavamo riposando dopo pranzo, per permettere la pulizia.

- Elton (9/5): Hier fühlt man sich als Gast sehr geschätzt. Außergewöhnlich freundlich und nett. Sehr empfehlenswert. - Es war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sauber und man hat die frischen Bettwäsche gespürt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfreich. Herzlichen Dank besonders an Kevin 😊. Der Manager hat sich Mühe gegeben und alles getan, damit wir uns wohl fühlen könnten. Die Frühstücksmöglichkeiten waren begrenzt. Sonst nix anders.

Apparently it is also a partially private space, a woman yelled at me before the owner came to my rescue. The POS to pay by card "did not work" . I had to withdraw cash: with bank commission and exchange rate, it was like a +25% on the total cost of the night.

Le camere erano pulitissime. La posizione della struttura è ottima ed è attaccato al mare. Tutto è vicino, mare, locali e ristoranti, supermercati. Se siete a Golem, non potete non soggiornare qui!

- Anant (10/5): - The location was great, close to the sea. The apartment was very clean and beautiful - high standard. The host helped us in every possible way, speaking good English. The cleaning lady was also helpful and kind, doing her job very well. Air conditioning, wifi, fridge, hair dryer.... All the nessessery things. Food we had in the restaurants close to the apartment - very tasty!! We can recommend the place to all travellers - families, friends, pairs. All was good.
