• David Josias (7/5): - Me gustó la ubicación, la limpieza, es súper iluminado. No me gustó las sábanas muy deterioradas, si bien nos las cambiaron. Pero eran muy nylon, generando mucho calor. La cama no es cómoda. Y el aire acondicionado no lo pude hacer funcionar por ende sufrí muchísimo calor. Había algunas cucarachas.

• Arnaldo (5/5): Aceptable pero mejorable - La ubicación. El desayuno no está en las condiciones del loft No está preparado para recibir personas adultas, al no contar con mesa y sillas, con mesada muy alta y banquetas incómodas, pero esto puede ser una apreciación personal. En un período de 8 noches no hubo cambio de toallas y toallones de baño, una prestación básica en cualquier alojamiento turístico.

• Danilo Miguel (10/5): - La ubicación, el diseño del departamento, la comodidad, los electrodomésticos. Todo muy bien! Podrían mejorar un poco el sistema de la ducha, pero realmente no tiene nada malo.
• Eleni (6/5): Τέλεια τοποθεσία - Παρά πολύ καλή τοποθεσία 2 λεπτά από την παραλία , 2 λεπτά από σούπερ μάρκετ, άνετο χώρο για να σε παραλαμβάνει uber/taxi. 1ος όροφος , έχει και σκάλες και ασανσέρ. Τέλος έχει πόρτα ασφαλείας που σου ανοίγει και κλείνει θυρωρός στην είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας. Υπερβολικά θορυβώδης και αργά τη νύχτα αλλά και πολύ νωρίς το πρωί , δεν κοιμήθηκα καμιά μέρα καλά . Επίσης μπαίνει φως από τα παράθυρα γιατί οι κουρτίνες δεν κρύβουν εντελώς το φως. Επιπλέον το κρεβάτι είναι λίγο σκληρό . Τέλος δεν έχει κάποιο σαπούνι ούτε για τα χέρια (βέβαια το γράφει στις παροχές ότι δεν παρέχεται) οπότε φροντίστε να έχετε . Εν ολίγοις αν έχετε πρόβλημα ύπνου λόγο θορύβων ή φώτων δεν το προτείνω. Αν όχι η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική.

Tivemos um probleminha com a luz mas o Domênico resolveu prontamente me colocando em um outro apartamento, também maravilhoso, super limpo, organizado, localização perfeita. Nada a reclamar! Somente elogios! Super recomendo!

• Bagnato (10/5): Excelente! - Todo muy lindo, el departamento es cómodo y está en una zona muy buena, tiene restaurantes abajo así que no hay que ir muy lejos para almorzar o cenar y tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar. El anfitrión resolvió todas las dudas que tuvimos. Muy recomendable!
• Alessandra (6/5): Localização ótima - Localização, a uma quadra da praia. Portaria 24h Tinha somente um elevador, que suportava, no máximo, 4 pessoas, para um edifício de nove andares. Os vizinhos me informaram que era por economia…. O apartamento era muito barulhento a noite, era difícil dormir até o bar que fica embaixo fechar.

• Simon (9/5): Superb - Very well located, the owner was very nice and helpful with everything Very little things. There is only strong light from the ceiling so not good for reading in bed. The street noise is a bit loud but you have that everywhere in Rio I guess
