• Gelson Luiz (7/5): Foi boa, poderia ter sido melhor. - O apartamento é grande, espaçoso. Para quem quiser utilizar a cozinha, tem tudo o que é preciso. As camas são confortáveis, os condicionadores todos funcionam muito bem, televisão também. A localização fica deslocada para o que tínhamos em mente. Os banheiros deixam a desejar. A limpeza é ruim. O nosso anfitrião não mostrou a cara. Já ficamos em outros locais onde os anfitriões são muito mais atenciosos. Em Sorento por exemplo, o tratamento foi muito diferente.

• Krzysztof (10/5): Bardzo polecam, fajny apartament dla grupy 6 osobowej (2 pary i 2 pojedyncze osoby). Fajny pomysł z barkiem w salonie. P - Bardzo przestronny, wygodny i dobrze wyposażony apartament. Piechotą do Watykanu ok. 10-15 min. W pobliżu sklepy i restauracje Jeden z pokoi (najmniejszy) był dosyć zimny, ponieważ nie posiadał klimatyzacji , a kaloryfery już o tej porze roku nie działały. Było to jednak przy temperaturze ok. 10 stopni w nocy na dworze do przeżycia :)

• Małgorzata (7/5): - Dobra lokalizacja mieszkania umożliwiała łatwą podróż po całym Rzymie. Samo mieszkanie komfortowe nawet przy większej ilości gości ze względu na dwie niezależne łazienki, cztery sypialnie oraz duży salon do wspólnego spędzania czasu. Zapewnione pościele oraz ręczniki świeże i czyste. Brakowało nam części niezbędnego wyposażenia - nie było czajnika elektrycznego, a kapsułkowy ekspres do kawy nie działał. Wodę trzeba było gotować w garnku lub mikrofali. Mieszkanie wymagałoby dodatkowego sprzątania, bo widać było pozostałości po wcześniejszych odwiedzających. Łazienki wymagają już remontu - plamy po zalaniach na suficie, uszkodzona kabina prysznicowa.
• Krystyna (7/5): Opinia - Duże sypialnie i wygodne łóżka, stosunkowo blisko sklep, przystanek autobusowy i metro Z osobą przekazującą obiekt trudno było porozumieć się zarówno w języku włoskim jak i angielskim, zestaw kosmetyków jaki miał się znajdować - bardzo skąpy (polecam zabranie mydła)

• Lucie (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very spacious. The grocery store was a 5-minute walk, and there was a coffee and sandwich shop just 4 minutes away. It took about 25 minutes to walk to the Vatican and 50 minutes to walk to the Trevi Fountain. We were a group of six adults and didn’t mind the longer walks. Actually, we loved our walks, especially after enjoying all the delicious food and drinks Rome had to offer. You can also take the bus if you prefer; the bus stop is 6 minutes away. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely book again.
• Sheilah (8/5): We enjoyed our stay here very much - Very spacious! Good value. Elevator. Great neighborhood. Good communication with Lorenzo. Difficult check in process. No clothes dryer. Very far from attractions therefore hard to get Uber rides. Loud street noises.
• Daniel (6/5): The owner should definitely take care of the issues mentioned above out of respect for the guests. - The apartment is indeed very spacious – large, bright rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a huge living room. It’s a great place for a larger group, where everyone can find their own space. We were warmly welcomed, and the man who handed us the keys provided all the necessary information. We also appreciated the coffee from the espresso machine – a lovely gesture! However, the apartment does need some renovation. The walls are stained in places, the curtains are dusty, and the most disappointing issue is the condition of the showers. One shower cabin was broken and, instead of being repaired, a curtain was hung – which felt rather unappealing. Both showers leak, and in one toilet we had to flush using a bucket. There are no bedside lamps in any of the bedrooms – just one lamp in the entire apartment, which has four bedrooms. Some duvets were stained, and a few pillows were so lumpy they couldn’t be used comfortably. Additionally, one of the balconies is being used as a storage area for random old items, which really takes away from the atmosphere. We also didn’t quite understand the “bar” setup with a collection of empty bottles – it felt unnecessary and a bit strange.

• Raisa (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious, location is very convenient, kitchen fully equipped with a brand new coffee machine, highly recommend! Host is responsive and gives lots of tips for a pleasant staying at his place and Rome ☺️

• Marci (9/5): Large apartment with good facilities. Really good value for a large group! The apartment building sits on a corner on a - Comfortable sleeping & bedding for our group of 5. Kitchen with refrigerator and appliances. Lorenzo was very responsive to questions & issues. Fuses tripped easily. Noisy street. Tough for taxis to find/stop.
• Pulkit (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious with all the necessary facilities needed for a stay with family. Lorenzo was helpful in providing all the support needed. Location with kids and luggage can be a bit inconvenient as the train station is 10 mins walk and taxis are not easy to get.
• Cosmin (7/5): Good value for money, clean. Close to a street and very noisy. Bring your own soap, shower gell. - Clean and spacios. Some good eating locations nearby. There was no soap when we arrived at the acomodation. Heavy checkin process, i need to manually input details of all the guests, and 3 pictures for each. Host didn't give proper instructions for checkin checkout on time

• Gillian (10/5): Great place for a group - Lots of space, large rooms with a balcony as a bonus to sit out on. Close to metro station for short ride into the city. Close to local bars, restaurants, supermarket. Access into the property caused us a few problems. It is all done on an app and we struggled at first to get a signal - so a very stressful time. I had the app on my phone but had no signal. Fortunately another of our party did so he had to then download the app - and we eventually gained access.

• Leoš (6/5): House in the City is very close to the city center, but next to a noisy road. - The distance from the city center. Enough space in the apartment, many rooms, 2 bathrooms. Communication with the owner. The process of getting keys - even though there is a dedicated person, sometimes it is difficult to be there in time when a plane or train is delayed. Maybe a possibility to get the keys from a box with PIN code would be an efficient solution. There is a big noice from the road just next to the building. The apartment wasn't cleaned when we arrived - the fault is probably on the third party cleaning company, not on the owner.
