• Danielle (8/5): Great location for Macquarie Uni - Great location to Macquarie Uni we were moving our son on campus. Woolworths across the road (5 min walk). Macquarie centre close drive for shopping. Owner very responsive. Great space & layout for the 4 of us. Visitor parking was available for our daughter. Loved having 2 bathrooms. Can hear the traffic at night. Showers need deep clean, mould & hair in corners. Towels need replacing very thin.
• Wayne (9/5): Sporting travels - The location was excellent great cafe, restaurants and Woolworth within 5-10mins easy walk. Large clean apartment. No issues

• Katherine (6/5): Pleasant but there is room for improvement from the hosts. - The complex was secure and it was easy walking distance to the university where we were attending a conference. The set up of two rooms and two bathrooms was ideal for sharing the apartment. It had a fully equipped kitchen that was helpful. The keys were located in a key lock almost half a kilometer from the apartment. It was inconvenient and difficult with luggage to navigate. The instructions were a little unclear. Communication with the owner was also challenging - we didn't receive the pin until the exact time of entry and couldn't contact the owner when we experienced trouble. The "breakfast' consisted of 4 sachets of instant porridge, white chocolate mix (which was horrible), and soy milk (which neither of us drank). It is false advertising to state that it included breakfast. The unit needs a deep clean. There was a lot of fluff and dust literally hanging from the ensuite bathroom fan. The room has all the necessary furniture and crockery/cutlery.
• Kirsty (4/5): Not adorable - I would not advertise a free breakfast. Oat milk, muslibars and porridge sachets. The host didnt send the instructions attachment in the emails. This lead to confusion and delay in getting into the property. After a full day of driving this delay was not needed.

• Lee (1/5): The owners of this property need to understand that if this is the standard they accept, then it is significantly sub st - The location was great. 1. It was unclean. 2. The main bed had been made with used (not clean) sheets and pillowcase. 3. There was rubbish and used face washers in the bathroom (both bathrooms) drawers on the vanity. 4. A plastic bag full of used / dirty women’s clothes was in a cupboard in the kitchen. 5. There was a large number of long, black human hairs on the hard floors in the living room and kitchen. 6. Under the bed in the second bedroom was a used man’s sock. 7. Under the main bedroom bed, was a broken piece of glass approx 10cm in length. 8. Under the lounge was rubbish, used tissues, dust and dirt and a female makeup brush. 9. The handle on the en-suite bathroom door was broken. 10. The inside windows were filthy (dirt / marks on the inside) plus children’s hand prints all over. 10. No tissues provided. 11. No paper hand towels in the kitchen. 12. The directions provided from the owners re access to the property after picking up the key from a lock box, was incomplete and very confusing.
• May (9/5): Very good experience for us - I understand that the breakfast is only for one or two days’s stay and very basic, the location is very good for living in Macquarie Park A little bit noisy caused by the cars on the Epping road

• Lynton (7/5): Good - New, clean and secure. Location was reasonably convenient about 20 minute walk to nearest train To classify long life milk and muesli bars as “breakfast included” is a bit of a stretch
• Kenton (10/5): A true home away from home - Excellent in terms of comfort, cleanliness, space, and cooking facilities. Secure parking and convenient location near shopping centers and fuel stations. Nothing at all

• Daonum (2/5): Very poor - Not enough toilet tissue for 3 of us . The mattress and pillows are not comfortable. Very complicated to check in.
• Judy (10/5): Exceptional - Cleanliness, very spacious kitchen, living room and bedroom. Free parking, couple minutes away from Macquarie Shopping Centre and Woolworth across the road. Slightly far from main suburbs but luckily we hired a car so wasn’t such an issue (if you were to Uber - very expensive to go to city but had great public transportation). No fun facilities (ie. gym or pool).
