• Kek (1/5): Booking.com have ruin my holiday - I made the booking throught booking.com. Upon making payment i contacted the propoerty agent. Property agent told me that their system does not have my booking and ask me to ask for refund from Booking.com. I tried contacting booking.com customer service through the app for 3days but to no avail and was keep being redirected to contact the property agent on any issue. In the end after 4days i have yet to been contacted by anyone from booking.com on my refund case and i'm not even sure if anyone is attending to my case or even worse, if i'm able to get my money back that was wrongfully being deduct by them

Dirty and hazardous unit to stay with family with broken tiles, dirty pillow case, blood stained bedsheet, dirty laundry on the washing machine, broken sofa 3. Property Owner did not want to return my deposit despite i did not damage any of his property. Fortunately, Booking Dot Com take the obligation in resolving this issue for me. 4. open air car park is inconvenience

Poor customer services. 3 nights we stay here the door can’t lock. I’ve contact with customer services via WhatsApp but no response. I have called too but no answer. Luckily the grill fence can be locked using the lock handle. We check out on 11/1/25, until now 15/1/25, they not yet refund my deposit rm200.

• Atikah (1/5): Bad - The service was very bad this time. The first time I went there, I was given a house for tower B. After getting the key I entered the house, it smelled like a cat and there were cat hairs on the sofa and the floor of the stairs. I immediately called the living hub company and they ordered I went to the tower A house. After going to get the key and I entered the house there were used towels placed on the bed and the pillows were not arranged neatly. The same as in the upper room. At the same time the toilet was very dirty and I saw feces left without being cleaned. I called living hub and they took me to another house again. Then after I checked out they didn't want to give my deposit back because I gave blood on the blanket. I was very surprised and they didn't want to return the deposit me. I also include video and photo evidence that I did not do that. The picture of the blanket that was sent to me via whatsapp is very different from the design of the blanket and the sheet. I have strong evidence. Every day I ask to return my deposit but various reasons were given. On the 10th day they returned the deposit. I am very disappointed this time with the service provided. The aircond - remote wasnt working that we had to manually turn the switch on using the button on the ac itself. to climb the stairs to on the aircond was a hassle 2. Wifi - poor connection 3. Bathroom - top bathroom was designed to be see through ? & no way to cover those see through glasses . Zero privacy & not suitable for groups ❌ (prolly ONLY suitable for couples) - bottom bathroom , smelled like cockroach that we cant stay in it for long (felt like puking) & really saw a few during the night. 4. Deposit Rm200 I had to keep chasing/messaging them multiple times & took days to get my deposit refunded ? Zero for their professionalism

Cutleries and cups have oil stains and have not been washed properly. Towels and pillows have a bad smell..just wondering if the pillow covers and sheets have been changed before us. Toilet and bathroom on the 1st floor are see-through with glass walls and as such no privacy when using the toilet and showering.

They don’t provide basic needs (toilet paper, working shower, - The contact provided helped we turn on the AC. - one of the door didn’t close - larvae of insects all over the wall (!) - shower head broken , only a pipe to use - wtf - no toilet paper - no soap - no drinking water - black hairs all over the apartment - self check-in - this is a residential building where they rent 1 apartment, not a condo run by a company - location is shady, got a guy trying to pick me up downstairs when I arrived at 11pm

• Jagtish (10/5): Convenient and comfortable stay at Old Klang Road - Location : Scott Garden's location on Old Klang Road offers good connectivity to various parts of Kuala Lumpur. One of the advantages of choosing SOHO Scott Garden is its accessibility to nearby attractions and amenities. Guests can easily explore popular destinations in Kuala Lumpur, such as Mid Valley Megamall, The Gardens Mall, and various dining and entertainment op Accommodation : The duplex loft offered 2 floors with the living room and kitchen at lower loft and the bedroom at the upper loft. The unit was fully furnished with basic amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for guests like air conditioning, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, washing machine, iron, iron board and essentials such as towels and toiletries. Amenities : There was also access to the swimming pool and gymnasium. These amenities add value to the stay experience, allowing guests to relax and enjoy their stay to the fullest. Parking : Free parking was allotted during the entire stay. The parking unit easily accessible. The suite offer a convenient and comfortable option for travelers looking to explore Kuala Lumpur while enjoying the amenities of a modern urban residential complex. There was a weird smell in the toilet upstairs each time after usage. It think it was due to the ventilation issue. The Wifi wasn't working. Overall, these are just some minor things that can be easily overlooked.

The location is above a big supermarket, near the train and conveniently close to shopping malls, bars and restaurants. The security are very nice and helpful too. Overall, I could see myself living here long term. Gym needs work.. If you don't plan to use it often, then this place is perfect.
