• Lea (4/5): Sehr enttäuschend, keine Empfehlung. - Es war alles sehr dreckig, wir hatten außerdem ein Babybett angefordert was nicht da war. Es war alles sehr lieblos und halbherzig eingerichtet. Ein Schalter im Bad war nicht verkleidet und in der Badewanne waren Tiere. Die Liste geht weiter. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

• Marianne (4/5): Überteuert, ungepflegt und lieblos – der Aufenthalt war insgesamt enttäuschend. - Die Lage und die Größe des Apartments gefielen mir in der Anzeige. Extrem lieblos geführt – minimale Investition, maximale Ausnutzung. Der erste Eindruck war schmuddelig: Betten schlampig gemacht, Bettwäsche ungebügelt, Handtücher nur notdürftig zusammengelegt. Kein Föhn vorhanden (erst nach Beschwerde gebracht, aber mit komplett defekten Aufsätzen). Die Dusche war verstopft, in der Kabine stand schon der Schrubber bereit – völlig unhygienisch. Dazu noch alte Gummimatten im Bad mit echtem „Fußpilz-Potential“. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr minimalistisch und für 6 Personen überhaupt nicht ausgelegt. Auf der Terrasse fehlen Lampen, stattdessen hängen lose Kabel herunter. Insgesamt wirkt das Ganze eher wie eine Baustelle, was sich auch im Zugang zum Gebäude zeigt. Für knapp €300 pro Nacht eine absolute Frechheit!
• Michele (8/5): Convenient apartment close to the center of Hofheim - Nice location, conveniently close to Frankfurt airport and the beautiful historic center of Hofheim It’s quite a neutral and business like decor. Probably more meant for business people than for families
• Travelzz (3/5): Despite potential, it's poorly maintained and not worth the price - Nice location, big space, friendly and responsive hosts who helped us whenever we needed. This is our second time staying here, as we visit family in Hofheim every year. Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment has noticeably deteriorated. Although the building is relatively new, it appears to have been constructed with low-quality materials and is already poorly maintained. Several window handles do not work, blinds malfunction, electrical switches are coming loose, and dirt and mould are starting to appear in corners. The kitchen is under-equipped for an apartment of this size, and the dining table has exposed metal parts that are dangerous, especially for children. The space is also poorly organised, with no proper storage for coats or shoes. The balcony is almost unusable, as the main door leading to it is jammed. The bathroom is also inconvenient, with no shower curtain and very weak, lukewarm water, which makes showering uncomfortable. It feels like the owners do not take proper care of the property. Information sheets about broken items are taped everywhere using brown packing tape, which looks unattractive, damages surfaces, and peels off paint. This apartment has potential, but without proper care, maintenance, and equipment, it is not worth the price. We will not be returning next year.
