The kitchen was fully equipped, and both the rooms and bathroom had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Access to the apartment and the check-in process were very easy and convenient. The staff were truly wonderful, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. I will definitely book with them again when I return to Milan.
• Stephanie (10/5): Very comfortable apartment, everything you needed for a great stay in the wonderful city of Milan. - It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Very central, just a few minutes walk to the train station. Lots of shops nearby and several cafes and restaurants in the area. The apartment was warm and welcoming. Great shower, lots of towels and the kitchen had everything you needed to make your meals. There was also a lift and the apartment was secure and safe.

There are plenty of bars, cafés, and restaurants nearby, so you’ll always find somewhere great to eat or spend the evening. The apartment itself is very spacious, with more than enough room for a group of friends to stay comfortably. Highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!

• sally (10/5): A very enjoyable stay in a very comfortable apartment - Quiet 2nd floor apartment near to Central Station which is a very good location as it has trains, metro and shops. Very spacious and well equipped and lovely shower with-plenty of hot water. Very nice kitchen and sitting room. Comfy beds. It would suit 2 couples brilliantly. It has a very pleasant Italian feel to it. The rooms have high ceilings and one has a balcony. The front door, hall and lift are impressive. Not so easy to do the online ID check in but managed it in the end. On late arrival you have to arrange to meet someone to let you in and difficult to know exactly when you will arrive especially with flights, trains etc. No electric kettle

The air conditioning was not working properly, and since the weather in Milan was hot, we could not sleep well due to the high temperature. 2. The apartment has only one bathroom, which is not convenient for a family with several members, as we had to wait for each other, wasting a lot of time. 3. The apartment has many stored items; it would be better to remove them to create more space

• Alina (9/5): A Spacious Milan Stay That Feels Just Like Home in a Peaceful Neighborhood - We stayed in a large and comfortable apartment on Boscovich Street in Milan. It really felt like staying in someone’s home, with lots of personal touches—books, various items, and things stored in closets and around the apartment. It didn’t give the impression of a spotless, hotel-like space, but overall it was fine and had its own charm. The bathroom was beautiful and very clean. One of the bedrooms had a small balcony, which also had a few things stored there, similar to the rest of the apartment. There was a bit of confusion at the beginning, as we had to pick up the keys from a different location and didn’t know which floor the apartment was on—so we weren’t sure which door to enter. But it got sorted out quickly. The location was good and peaceful. We walked to the city center—it was about a 20-minute walk and a really nice one.

• Lina (7/5): Close to station, metro and restaurants - Location to station centrale, metro, and restaurants. The apartment was easy to get to on foot. Nice bathroom and shower. The kitchen had an old, used sponge. Very unhygienic - should been replaced b4 a new client accommodates the apartment. We reported that the front door handle broke off when we arrived but it didn't get fixed until the third day which was our last day. It was annoying because it was really tricky getting in and out without the handle. It could be quite serious in case of the need to evacuate, but luckily we didn't. I still feel that it should've been fixed immediately. It was also annoying that there was something blocking the power outlet and therefore I couldn't insert the cord to use the iron.

• Poi (9/5): Stayed 2 nights - Host - Wonderful and responsive. Our train was 76 minutes late. It reached Milan Central station after 1800 hours instead of 1653 hours but they waited for us and didn't charge us extra. In fact, they were very optimistic that we would arrive before 1830 when we updated them that our intercity train was delayed at around 5 pm. The instructions in the email was very clear so it was easy to walk to their office to collect keys once we're out of Milan Central station (it is the Milan Central station which was confusing to first timer). Returning of keys was easy too as we only need to place keys on table and send them the photos. They also responded promptly when we asked about the shower water temperature. Location - Very good as there are lots of eateries nearby to settle dinner and a mini mart to purchase some breakfast. Flat open air walk to and fro Milan Central station and metro (you have to go down the stairs for metro). It is also easy to take buses from and back to the apartment. Apartment - Largest apartment amongst all the accommodation we stayed for this Italy trip. Very spacious living room, bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Cleanliness is of acceptable level to us. We did find a used paper tissue on the shelf and an unknown pod on the floor when we walked in and dust flew out under some shelves. But we brought slippers so it didn't bother us. There are also appliances such as hairdryer, washing machine, big fridge. We tried but didn't understand how to use the microwave oven to heat up some bread so we didn't use in the end. Lots of hangers in wardrobe and there is a drying rack in the utility room. The only set of keys (main door and apartment door) amongst all the accommodation we stayed for this Italy trip which worked well throughout our stay. The shower water temperature when using the handheld showerhead fluctuated too quickly to have a nice shower. The handheld showerhead also feels like a jet spray for washing the walls of the bathroom. Less temperature fluctuation when using rainforest showerhead but not our preferred showerhead. Not enough hooks in bathroom to hang towels and clothes as the two round knobs on the wall were a bit on the high side for us (at 1.6m). Most lighting are yellow spotlights. I hope we did dispose the trash correctly as many bins in the courtyard didn't have labels.

• Svetoslava (9/5): Very nice apartment - We liked that we had 2 bedrooms, a very big space, it was very close to the station, a nice balcony and everything you need in the kitchen. Very close to supermarket. Easy to find and great communication with people handling the apartment. We could leave our luggage earlier and go around the city comfortably. The couch is not the most comfortable. The hot water in the shawer was coming and going in waves from hot to cold. Maybe we just didn't know how to manage it.

Very reasonable prices…Bldg had 3 person elevator …spacious large rooms, 3 AirCon unit. Perfect Lack of Toilet Paper, no paper towels ! Lighting in bath poor.

There are a few pretty good restaurants nearby as well as groceries stores. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is very spacious. Being located close to Milano Centrale most points of interest are are reachable by walking.

A lot of dust had gathered on set of drawers in back bedroom. As two of my family members staying had Asthma, this is not good.

• June (10/5): Elegant, comfortable apartment centrally located near the central train station of Milan, Italy. - The apartment was so light and airy, filled with original artwork. What a treat. Bedrooms were very comfortable. One had a balcony. The apartment was scrupulously clean with a good kitchen and pleasant living room area. The location was excellent for getting to the central train station in about 10 minutes. I also met up with a Viator daytrip to Venice near the train station. Very convenient. There were many outdoor cafe/restaurants very close to the apartment. The metro train entrance is also outside the central train station. Very convenient. I didn't like the tall hanging rack in the closet until I figured out that there was a thick handle that needed to be pulled down to lower the high rack down to shoulder height. I had not seen that before.

• Daniel (10/5): Excellent apartament in a great neighborhood. - The location was perfect in the neighborhood full of restaurants and close proximity to the train station. The apartment was very clean and the whole building was full of charm. The host should update some pictures and videos as they do not do justice to how nice the building and the apartment are. We had to pay extra for the keys delivered to the apartment as we arrived late. This should be free of charge, or the lockers should be changed to accept codes, rather than keys.
