• Francesca Pia (10/5): Posizione super e ottimi servizi - Ho apprezzato tantissimo la posizione ottima dell'hotel, ideale per girare la città. Un plauso speciale va alla pulizia: ci tengo a sottolineare che mi hanno cambiato gli asciugamani ogni singolo giorno. Oggi quasi nessuna struttura lo fa più, quindi è stata una cura non scontata che ho gradito molto. Avendo l'aereo la sera, ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli in struttura dopo il check-out, un servizio comodissimo. Ci tornerei sicuramente! L'unica pecca della struttura sono le pareti un po' sottili: sfortunatamente una notte abbiamo sentito un ospite russare per tutta la notte dall'altra stanza.

• Jo (9/5): Modern hotel in centrum Sofia - Zeer mooi hotel in centrum Sofia, dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden. Enige minpunt: er was geen parking beschikbaar. Wij hadden geen ontbijt inbegrepen maar je kan vanuit het hotel direct naar de ontbijt- en lunchzaak naast de deur, heel handig. Mooie, moderne kamer en badkamer en zeer geluidsdicht. Een aanrader!

• Tsveta (9/5): Страхотен хотел с пренебрежими минуси. - Стаята е голяма, чисто е. Разположението е прекрасно. Нефункционално разпределение на стаята. Голяма стая, а няма къде да седнеш удобно, освен леглото. Това може и да е професионално изкривяване от моя страна... Предполагам, че поради краткия престой, банята не беше идеално изчистена, а именно имаше леки отлагания по фугите и ъглите, което прави лошо впечатление. За да ползваш тоалетната, отваряш вратата на банята. А вратата на банята/тоалетната е просто едно плъзгащо се стъкло, което не предполага никаква шумоизолация. Всичко е 10/10, освен чистотата 8/10.

• Oliwier (2/5): Staff need to be trained on customer service. - Modern It was about 30 degrees in my room and my ac didn’t work. Multiple staff members outright lying to my face about turning on the ac in my room, I went down 5 different times over the course of 2 days and still nothing. They said ac was centrally controlled and that they wouldn’t turn it on. Absolutely terrible customer service.

• Maciej (9/5): Przyjemny hotel w centrum Sofii - Duży, czysty i wygodny pokój. Wygodne łóżko. Dobra lokalizacja - blisko centrum miasta. Miła obsługa. Szkoda, że siłownia jest otwarta tylko od 8 do 20 - ze względu na napięty grafik nie mogłem skorzystać. Śniadanie można zjeść tylko w kawiarni obok od 8:00, czyli też nie zawsze mogłem skorzystać.

• Ronen (7/5): - מיקום מעולה. קרוב מאוד למרכז. נקי ומסודר. מקלחת ושרותים מאוד נוחים. הגענו מוקדם, כמה שעות לפני שעת הצ'ק אין ותוך כחצי שעה אירגנו לנו את החדר. חדר קטן יחסית, אין ארוחת בוקר. יש בסביבה הקרובה מאוד רק בית קפה אחד (ממש צמוד ללובי הכניסה) אבל הוא מוגבל בתפריט וקצת יקר.

• Cinzia (8/5): - Hotel in posizione centrale, a circa 200 mt dalla stazione metro Serdika e al Boulevard VITOSHA, non era un problema raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione. Nonostante ciò, abbiamo preferito muoverci talvolta in taxi, dietro consiglio lo chiamavamo dall'hotel perchè più sicuro ed economico. L'hotel ha stanze veramente molto grandi (608), silenziose, pulite e funzionali. La reception ha compreso e risposto alle nostre poche richieste in maniera completa. Siamo stati 6 notti e ci siamo sentiti tranquilli e sicuri, la zona seria e fornita di bar, panificio, pizzeria, gelateria, si trova di tutto nei pressi. Qualche volta abbiamo pranzato/cenato da HAPPY a 200 mt dall'hotel. La camera era fornita di macchinetta per il caffè espresso e di un bollitore, ma la fornitura delle cialde e bustine per il tè era solo per il primo giorno, 2 cialde 2 tè, poi basta. A mia richiesta non mi è stato fornito altro. Non mi è mai successo una cosa del genere, sarei dovuto andare al supermercato e comprare zucchero e altro, ma abbiamo lasciato stare.
