- BourneNerja (6/5): Disappointing stay - Location Cooking facilities Not being able to communicate with a person, only AI which kept replying didn't understand the question. Parking was garage with height restriction so had to use on street. Access to bathroom through a bedroom. Other bedroom had no storage other than a cupboard too narrow for hangers. Access to laundry facilities through shared passage with dog faeces and rubbish. Supposed to be exclusive use but someone else's washing in dryer. Had to ask for a plug for the bath
