• carlota (7/5): Mejorable - La ubicación, cerca de metro y el estilo de la casa Había bastante suciedad , la calefacción iba a ratos, las almohadas incómodas y el colchón de arriba se iba de lado.

• Felix (8/5): - Schöne, für eine Familie ausreichend große Wohnung in angenehmer Wohngegend, sehr kurze Distanzen zu allem was man braucht - öffentlicher Nahverkehr, Lebensmittel, Gastronomie. Schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Die Betten sind recht schmal, was aber für Londoner Verhältnisse nicht ungewöhnlich ist.

• Gambino (8/5): - La posizione dell'alloggio, la pulizia e i servizi. Manca il climatizzatore, (in quei giorni c'erano 30 gradi). Abbiamo ricevuto una contestazione per l'utilizzo di un lenzuolo, nei letti c'era un lenzuolo a sacco con coperta, mi hanno chiesto 30 euro ma non ho corrisposto nulla in quanto la pretesa era esagerata.

• Wigenius (7/5): A sunny trip to London, but where is the terrace? - The apartment is close to the tube, nice small grocery store and restaurant around I still don't know where the terrace is. We asked for it and never got an answer from the landlord. As the weather was great, we would have apriceat to enjoy it. Ther was a window with more of a French balcony. The cleaning could have been better, lots of old half used stuff left in the bathroom, etc. A good kitchen but pore with cutlery as been mentioned buy others.

• Kevin (3/5): Total Disappointment Dot Com - Perfect location for my business trip Absolutely extortionate amount of money charged for a one night stay. Which I agreed with as it was a last minute booking. Didn’t have no check in instructions and when I rang the contact number, nobody answered…….Also when I left the proprietor had the cheek to try to charge me for a dirty pillow which was already soiled when I arrived. Not to mention a used towel which was hanging on the towel rail. I will avoid this place like the plague in future. Not good at all.

I forgot something in the apartment and the host made an effort to make sure it was put at the front door in an envelope for me to collect it a few days afterwards. Much appreciated. Quite anonymous, but this is what rental alartments are like.

• Anders (6/5): Good location but impersonal and with some lack of cleanliness. - Good location, close to the tube (district line and piccadilly line) and close to grocery store and restaurants. Quite at night, easy to sleep. Good kitchen (although short on some kitchen utensils and porcelain) Cleaning not satisfying, a slight smell of mould in the bathroom in combination with wall to wall carpets in most of the apartment makes it less appropriate for people with allergies. Double beds a bit narrow. Limited supply of cutlery and some kitchen utensils. Impersonal atmosphere.
• Nuur (8/5): Very good - The nearest underground : West Kensington about 5 min walking. And also got tesco express and other groceries store that sell halal meat nearby like 3 min walking. House is clean. Better to contact the owner before arriving regarding where to collect the house key. I need to video call owner abt this. The stairs is small so to carry luggage will be a bit difficult

• Greta (10/5): Wonderful flat in prime London location with a friendly host - The flat is fantastically located, with the nearest tube station just a couple of minutes away. Getting to central London was incredibly easy and quick. The surrounding area is brimming with shops, grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants. The flat was spotlessly clean and well-maintained upon our arrival. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient. As our flight arrived early in the morning, the host was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in ahead of schedule. We would definitely stay here again. While a TV might be a standard amenity, we found it unnecessary as London offers endless exploration opportunities. The flat's excellent Wi-Fi meant we could easily stream content on our phones or laptops whenever we wanted to relax.
• Kate (9/5): Lovely flat, wonderful location, and friendly host. We will be back. - The location was fabulous, and the communication with the host was excellent. Very smooth. There was no TV. However, we chatted with the host who said that they could bring in a TV on request. So, we will do that next time.
• Rohan (1/5): Unresponsive Host & Dirty Kitchen - Free parking on weekends Okay beds The host was very unresponsive. Did not provide check in details and ignored all messages and phone calls. Had to phone booking.com support for help and they managed to contact host. We stood outside in the hot sun, with our baggage, waiting to check in. When asked for some sort of compensation the host was aggressive and rude and threatened to kick us out of the apartment. Moreover the apartment is dirty, kitchen was filled with grime and fridge had old food and previous guests stuff. Do not stay is my recommendation!
• Jasmine (4/5): Not worth the money - Good location, easy walking distance to Hammersmith Apollo and nearby cafes The place wasn’t very clean, there were loads of bits and hairs over the sofa, used bars of soap in the bathroom and rubbish left on kitchen sides. The glassware in the kitchen was filthy and had to be washed before use. No tea or coffee provided, or any shower gel given. There was a TV stand with all the relevant wires but no TV which gave the living room a strange feel.

• Mark (10/5): Nice apartment at a fair price and in an excellent location to get around London. - A great stay at the property. The owners were very prompt to reply to any text messages. They are not on site so rapid communication is a must. Very easy to collect and return the keys. The apartment has everything you could need with the exception of a tv ( though we didn't visit London to sit in front of one). Everything was clean and tidy with 2 nice spacious bedrooms, Free wifi works well. Plenty shops in the vicinity and the tube station is about 1 minute away. Couldn't work out how to use the shower but plenty hot water to have a bath so no real issue. If we had been there for more than one night I would have asked how to switch to the shower and confident enough to assume the owners would have advised me what to do. Second floor apartment so people with mobility issues may have a problem with access. I really can't find fault with the apartment. No complaints at all. Better than expected
• Ake (10/5): Exceptional - The location was superb surrounding with a lot of supermarket, restaurants, phramacy and tube. We will be stay here again if we're back to London. Please keep in mind that it is on the Second floor. Better be careful of heavy luggages especially female visitor.
