• Noraisha (5/5): its ok - I stayed at this hotel because I was attending a concert at Zepp Kuala Lumpur, and the location was honestly perfect. It’s right next to the venue and also very close to LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre, so there are plenty of high-end cafés and restaurants around. There’s also a food shop at the hotel next door. While cleanliness could be improved, the food itself was really good—the chef clearly knows what he’s doing. What really stood out to me was the reception team. They were extremely helpful with everything I needed, and I truly appreciate their service. The lobby also had a very pleasant fragrance, which made the place feel welcoming and thoughtfully maintained, even though it’s a simple hotel. I also liked that they prepared a sejadah for guests—it was a nice and thoughtful touch. However, I think they may have forgotten to include a kiblat direction sticker, which would have been helpful. Overall, a convenient stay with great service and thoughtful details. The room ventilation could be improved. Since there’s no window, it felt quite stuffy at times, especially when we first entered. The air conditioning was slow to cool down the room, so it was warm initially, although it did get better after a while. Cleanliness is an area that needs attention. There was noticeable dust above the bed, which wasn’t pleasant. I also encountered a cockroach, likely coming from the nearby kitchen area, which was quite off-putting. The room door was another issue—it didn’t close properly unless you pushed it hard, which was inconvenient.

• fatfat (1/5): - La chambre était pas propre, il y avais des tâches de saleté sur les mur, mes serviettes non pas été changer et il n'y avait pas de fenêtre et la clim ne fonctionnait pas trop et mon lit n'a même pas été fait heureusement j'avais réservé que pour 3 jours. Ont ma même demander de payer 50Rm si je paye part carte

• Angelina (10/5): Best Budget Hotel Near To Lalapor - Location, room size, amenities, cleanliness and good housekeeping. Maybe next time add a nice partition (for privacy) and qr pay for the massage chair at the lobby.

• Isacar (6/5): It worth it after all. Stay if you don't have expectations. - I liked the location and the easy I could find it. The air conditionar was great and the bathroom were beyond my expectations. The staff was also awesome and always attentive in case I needed something else. During the time I was sleeping someone from housekeeping open my door twice. (I know I should've locked it but I forgot since I was so tired.) However, there were some stuff in the room that were incomplete. I booked I room with windows but the one I was given didn't have none.

• Andre (7/5): Budget option not far from Bukit Bintang - - Helpful hotel staff - Tasty affordable restaurant next to reception - Acceptable price/quality ratio - Clean room - Room is small and without window, but that was expected - Thin walls, it can get noisy from corridor and other rooms - Hot water was not working in my room - Position is not bad (very next to Lalaport mall) but you need to walk a bit to get to Bukit Bintang and metro stations

The room feels like an earthquake when the person next door flushes the toilet or takes a shower, the sound was so loud that we both froze til we realised what had happened. We woke up in the middle of the night sweating as AC was turned off automatically. Everything is bad. Bathroom is so small, you have to wet the toilet to take a shower. AC is not cold. Wall is too thin bathroom door doesnt shut well there is a queen mattress blocking the window in the hallway.

• Alethea Ancelin (6/5): Decent stay - Got early check-in at 10:30am, really appreciate the lady at reception for that 🙏 Swing bar door lock was damaged — metal rod missing. Shower was leaking on and off after use, even up to an hour later. Reception called saying next door complained we were loud, but we had literally just come back after a long day out. Honestly spoiled the mood since we were already tired.

• Annabelle (9/5): Great Hotel - Budget hotel, great location, 10-15min walk to the busy Jalan Alor. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great, something for everyone to like. The entitlement and rudeness of tourists toward the staff. As an ex hospitality worker, I can't stand it.
