Alina (1/5): ABSOLUTE DISASTER — NIGHTMARE PROPERTY AND TOTAL DISRESPECT This was the most disgusting and unprofessional stay I have - None ABSOLUTE DISASTER — NIGHTMARE PROPERTY AND TOTAL DISRESPECT This was the most disgusting and unprofessional stay I have ever experienced. Upon arrival, the apartment was completely filthy, covered in thick dust, human hair, and visible grime. The space desperately needed a proper wet cleaning. The amount of dust was so severe that I started sneezing immediately. When I contacted the property provider to report this and demanded a recleaning, they flatly refused to send anyone. Their only response was a useless apology, stating they would just tell their cleaners to do a better job next time for future guests. For my stay, they told me to simply use the vacuum cleaner already located in the apartment. To make matters worse, this vacuum cleaner was completely broken and useless. They failed to provide even the most basic functional cleaning tools to resolve the issue. Due to these unhygienic conditions and the host's complete refusal to provide a clean room or help me, I was forced to check out immediately and find alternative accommodation. The provider then completely refused to issue a refund, stealing my money for a service they failed to deliver. Avoid this place at all costs. They provide zero customer service, leave you in an allergy-inducing environment, and refuse to return your money.
