• Yucheng (8/5): Almost as good as we expected - The location is quite close to the main walking street and just walking for 3 mins there’s a pizza restaurant nearby. All electronics are functioning well, we had a nice trip there. It would be great if the curtains can block more sunlight (I am a light sleeper)

• Janine (9/5): - Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Es standen sogar frische Äpfel in der Küche! Die Option mit dem bezahlten Parkplatz ist super! Zu Fuß ist man in höchstens 10 Minuten in der Stadt! Der Hinterhof wirkt etwas rumpelig.

• Arslan (1/5): Cold Apartment, False Accusations, and Unprofessional Behavior - Noting Getting to the apartment was very difficult. It was almost impossible to find the exact address and access it by car. The apartment is located inside a courtyard — you have to enter from the main street into one yard, then go down and enter another inner yard. When we arrived, the apartment was cold. We tried to turn on the heating and opened all the radiators. After that, we left our belongings in the apartment and went into the city, because it was impossible to stay inside due to the cold. When we returned, there was already a note on the door claiming that there was a smell of marijuana in the apartment. We were shocked by this accusation, because none of us smoked anything at all. We were not even in the apartment — we had only left our belongings there and gone out. We were told that a complaint would be sent to Booking. It was later said that a cleaner had entered the apartment and supposedly smelled marijuana. I asked why a cleaner was entering the apartment to check it while we were not at home. There was no clear explanation. Later that night, we went to sleep. Outside, the temperature was around minus 8 to minus 9 degrees Celsius. In the morning, the temperature inside the apartment was only about 20 degrees Celsius. Everyone was coughing and had a sore throat. In winter, especially with such freezing temperatures outside, 20 degrees is not a comfortable or sufficient indoor temperature. I contacted the apartment owner and told him that the apartment was cold and that I could not properly increase the temperature. He claimed that nothing was blocked and that everything was working normally, even though the heating system was clearly controlled remotely and locked for us. After that, he changed the settings himself and then sent me a photo saying that everything was working fine and that there was no problem. Overall, the atmosphere in the apartment was extremely uncomfortable. It was very hard to stay there, and the entire situation felt unsettling.

• Marta (10/5): Apartamento recomendable para pasar varios días en Karlovy vary - Un apartamento cómodo y bien equipado. Estaba muy limpio. Calefacción perfecta. Muy cerca del centro (el paseo del Río). Solo un comentario, está en una zona alta por lo que hay que bajar una calle con cuesta para llegar al centro. Al lado del apartamento hay una pizzería estupenda, con el personal muy amable. Y justo en la esquina, un supermercado abierto todos los días.

• Jan (10/5): Erg mooi appartement. - Mooi ruim appartement. Van alles voorzien, schoon en erg netjes.

• Dmitriy (9/5): - Die Lage ist super. Zum Zentrum nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Da ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.
• M (8/5): Paar dagen Karsbad - Mooi nieuw appartement, met alles erop en eraan. Omgeving waarin het gebouw staat is niet de mooiste, maar dat is de buitenkant. En kleine tip voor de eigenaar: Wij miste één handdoek en het beddengoed van de vorige bezoekers zat nog in de was. Beide geen groot probleem. Parkeren is een ramp in Karlsbad, het is ons gelukt bij het appartement maar de extra service voor het huren van een parkeerplaats hadden wij misschien beter kunnen doen.

• Olena (10/5): - Прекрасное местоположение, в квартире чисто и уютно, хороший ремонт , есть всё необходимое для проживания. Бесплатный чай/кофе. Быстрый интернет. Были семьёй с детьми, остались очень довольны. Обязательно приедем ещё. Было немного сложно найти вход со двора, обошли дом кругом. Хотелось бы какую-то вывеску или указатель.

• Christina (8/5): Very good - The apartment was nice, spacious, well equipped and clean. Location was great, grocery store around the corner and 5-10 min walk downt to the colonnades. The main reason for choosing this apartment was the location and the possibility to park our car. I made the booking a day ahead and then the host said they could help us book a parking lot in a guarded parking garage för 7euro a day but on the day of arrival they said there were nothing left. This left us to search the town for a free parkingspace in the streets, something that turned out to be impossible. (It might had to do with the ongoing film festival but I'm not sure that was the reason.) One and a halv hours later we found a parking garage and had to pay 500 czech krona/24 h.

The entrance to the house and the passage there is very dark

• Konstantins (10/5): Exceptional - Brand new apartment in a very close proximity of the Carlsbad center. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Kitchen has all the thing necessary for cooking, there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Amazing value for money! Nothing
