- Phillip (1/5): Horrible. I do no recommend this location at all. Horrible customer service - Horrible accommodation!! The owners never communicated with the reception about my stay and they would not let me in!!! I waited from 11 am until 3:00pm!! And no help from the owners. I was never accommodated at the location due to the fact they had no system in place to check me in. The owners refuse to give a full refund for there lack of handling the situation properly! I had to book another accommodation!! They also do not speak any english! International travelers dont rent this accommodation unless you fluently speak Portuguese. This is an apartment style hotel with no real hotel reception ist to check you in. They have workes for the apartments that know nothing about your reservation - who is in charge or what room you are going to! They had no way of communicating with the owners to accomadate me!

- Tiago (6/5): Great location, but poorly kept and noisy apartment. - Great location. Nice concierge and staff, responsive host. Good size apartment. The apartment wasn't very clean, there were dead mosquitoes stuck to the wall next to the bed. Most of the furniture was broken or not working as it should, everything was super old and unkept (bathroom floor tiles were chipped and one can actually get cuts from them). The bed was hard, and one could feel the bed structure on their backs, it was very uncomfortable. Very very noisy with all the construction work happening all around, including inside the building in the floor, we could never keep the windows open. Old Air conditioners that were very noisy too, so closed wasn't great either.
