• Karnik (10/5): Amazing cozy stay in a 500 year old Apartment - Cozy apartment in the heart of rome. The apartment is well furnished and has everything that you might need. Including basic cooking condiments The owner greeted us personally on the day of check in and gave us a tour. The patio area is the best part of the apartment. The both rooms (Living room & bedroom) have heaters. The washroom is perfect. Nearly everything is within walking distance. Bus & metro stops are within 200 meters and there are 2 supermarkets in the vicinity. The cherry on top is that its a part of a 500 year old building. Staying here means that you are not just visiting the eternal City but living in it as well. Honestly, Nothing

Przez myśl że przykrywamy się kołdrą bez poszewki po kimś i w zawilgoconym mieszkaniu było odrażające. Ciemno jak w suterenie. Niedobra kawa. Cena- za te udogodnienia nie polecam. Ciasno

La troisième personne dort dans la cuisine , la tête juste a côté de la tporte des toilettes ce qui n'est pas du tout pratique. Le lit d'appoint est très incomfortable.

• Lamberti (7/5): Soggiorno a Roma per 2 gg - Siamo stati per l'ultimo weekend di Novembre presso la struttura. La casa è strutturata su due piani, si entrà direttamente sulla camera da letto, mentre scendendo da una scala a chiocciola si passa alla cucina e al bagno. La posizione della casa è centrale tra Piazza di Spagna e Piazza del Popolo, ed è situata in una strada di Via del Corso. Gli host sono estremamente gentili e disponibili per ogni informazione da richiedere. La casa presentava un po' di polvere ed essendo un appartamento per due è molto piccola, anche se stando poco non è stato un grosso problema per noi. Presenta delle finestre che affacciano su un piccolo terrazzo ma essendo al piano terra non entra luce. Suggerimento per gli host: far trovare una bottiglia d'acqua in fresco per gli ospiti è un gesto molto gradito.
• Debby (10/5): Absolute aanrader! Als ik weer ga, ga ik weer hier kijken! - Het was perfect! Alles wat je nodig hebt was er. Het lag echt op een top locatie. Alles was goed te bereiken. De eigenaar was enorm behulpzaam en meedenkend. Chapeau!

Встречающий сотрудник был достаточно дружелюбен. Скорее особенность, которую нужно учитывать: ванная и туалет находятся на нижнем этаже, куда ведет узкая и крутая лестница.

• Nicolas (9/5): - La ubicación es perfecta, se puede ir caminando a los principales sitios a visitar en Roma. La cama es cómoda. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estadia. El anfitrión nos recibió con un buen vino de la zona y nos entregó toda la información requerida para nuestra estadía. Esta totalmente equipado con todo lo necesario. El patio interior te hace sentir realmente en Italia, con la arquitectura del edificio y la ornamentación. La escalera tipo caracol es un factor a considerar, personas sobre 1.80 pueden golpearse fácilmente en la cabeza. El ruido de las personas que van a los pisos superiores (el apartamento queda en un primer piso, entonces se escucha cuando alguien entra o sale).
• Kajsa (6/5): - Värden var superbra och trevlig och lätt att kommunicera med. Vi fick massa tips och den hjälpen vi behövde. Boendet låg väldigt centralt och det var ändå tyst trots mycket liv utanför 😊 Tyvärr var det inte alls städat. Toaletten var ren och även lakanen, men i övrigt var det dammigt och smutsigt på golv, väggar, lister. Sängen var även ganska hård. Så detta drog tyvärr ner boendet :(

• GokceEsra (10/5): Fell The True Soul of Rome! - We were very satisfied! The apartment is a classic historic Roman home with a stunning design and a charming garden, complete with a fountain. It lets you feel the true soul of Rome. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped, including a kitchen. The location is great – You can walk to the historical districts. The street is lively, full of shops of all kinds. And 7 -minute walk to the metro station. The neighborhood is safe, with markets, cafés, bars, shopping and an Italian restaurant nearby. The whole apartment, towels, bed linen, and kitchen were perfectly clean. The host Matteo was incredibly sweet, friendly, and supportive. We truly loved Rome and this apartment, and we would definitely choose it again. Thank you Thank you so much

• Lesya (10/5): Это вариант на случай, если за его преимущества вы готовы простить некоторые неудобства. Я была готова и в целом в восто - Я еще по фото влюбилась в этот дворик и он не подвел. На мой взгляд это уникальный опыт пожить в таком доме. Расположение идеальное, центр, но тихо. Все рядом. Апартамент оборудован всем необходимым, очень удобная постель. По приезду меня встретили, все показали, потом оперативно отвечали на возникающие вопросы. Для меня уникальность предложения компенсировала некоторые неудобства. Надо быть готовым к тому, что об лестницу вы пару раз в любом случае стукнетесь. Больно. Но не смертельно. Были нюансы по звуку. То кондиционер шумел, то соседи ночью на лестнице громко разговаривали. Уборка могла бы быть лучше. Были следы прошлых жильцов

Nigdy nie byliśmy w tak brudnym mieszkaniu - Mrówki w mieszkaniu - były we wszystkich naszych rzeczach i na łóżku. Chodziły też po ścianach - brak zasłonki w oknie naprzeciwko łóżka - strome schody, bardzo uciążliwe - włączenie i wyłączenie klimatyzacji wymagało kliknięcia na niej bezpośrednio na ścianie - na dole brak klimatyzacji - fatalna jakość wykończenia mieszkania - mieszkanie ciemne z dużą ilością progów - bardzo niekomfortowe warunki - mało gniazdek i półek - łazienka bardzo niewygodna i mała

• Lina (5/5): Excellent location but apartment is dated and dark - The location of the property is excellent, close to main shopping destinations and short walk away from metro. The property is very small (even smaller than it appears in the photos), very dated, very dark as the only window is looking out onto a closed terrace under a big tree, so not much natural light. Cleaning was just about passable. The bed was comfortable and clean, but the aircon unit in the bedroom was wasn’t working properly and the owner/manager couldn’t fix it. There’s a hot plate in the kitchen for a mocha pot but no space for any cooking or preparing a meal. Shower head wasn’t working properly and could be used only at certain angle without falling off. The steep stairs have been mentioned in the previous reviews, so we were aware however they can be really dangerous for anyone taller than 170cm!!

Close walk to the metro and Spanish steps The air conditioner did not work. When we asked the host for assistance, the response was to check the batteries. It wasn’t the batteries. No solution. We opened the windows at night but there are no screens. End of May wasn’t too hot yet but this wouldn’t be a good situation for summer Also, the neighbors are very loud. 130am someone was out on their balcony being extremely loud and they can see into the windows of the bedroom.

The kitchen has everything you need during a short trip. The heating worked excellent, we just needed a little warm boost for the cooler evenings at the end of February. I highly recommend this apartment, we’ll definately come back here next time!

• Zivile (9/5): Cosy place with beautiful terrace - It's an amazing location as it's close to all the main sights and nice restaurants—a very cosy and cute apartment. The hosts are amazing and left a nice bottle of wine! Wonderful outside terrace also For taller people, it might be hard to use stairs as it's a bit tricky. The place in general is clean and ready but it could use some deep cleaning of the dust on the bed headboard.

• Berk (10/5): just book this place, you wont regret - First we contacted with Emiliano, he was so helpful, when we arrived Cristiano welcomed us and he is really an awesome guy. He felt us like we are in our own home. He even sent us local guide and places worth to visit. He also answered our questions with pleasure during our stay. Many thanks Cristiano :) !! The house is at the hearth of Rome, many times better than a hotel room. Strongly reccomended. If you guys reading this comment stop thinking and book this place

• Susan (8/5): Terrific Location—Quirky and cute, but NOT for tall people. - The location was excellent, with major attractions and restaurants just steps away. Emiliano was lovely—he met us right on time, explained the apartment’s features, and provided a bottle of wine. Good coffee is also on hand. The outdoor space is a true delight. Water pressure was good, and heating was great too. The bed was firm but comfy. Storage is limited, but there is a small chest of drawers and a spot to hang clothes. The descriptions and photos are accurate, but the spiral stairs have to be experienced to be understood. They are tight and low with narrow treads. If you are over 6 feet (183 cm) it’s a disaster. I knocked my head on them nearly every time I went downstairs to the bathroom or kitchen, and then again on the way back up despite my contortions. With a cocktail or two it would have been truly dangerous. There is a safer outdoor staircase, but not practical in the rain or at night. If our stay were longer than the 5 days we were there I would have booked somewhere else and taken the monetary hit to avoid further contortion or injury. I share this not as a criticism of the space or description, but as an caution for any others from the USA, etc. who may view the website description with their own countries’ building and safety codes in the back of their minds. If you’re tall, save yourself the headache. (Literally)

The Location is Perfect, the price was amazing, the facilites around it and everything was within walking distance. There was only some construction happening at the neighbours but that started at 10.00 and finished at 16.00 so we almost didn't feel that.

Emiliiano organised our check out and transfer to the airport perfectly. Careful on the stairs when drunk.

Staircase is super fun but tricky for anyone with mobility issues. Kitchenette is tricky to use for more than simple dishes as limited space.

Kitchen fully equipped and with some urgent food like pasta and bread, coffee and tee also provided. we enjoyed having breakfast outside in a lovely small yard. The host is really great guy! Our flight was late for 3 hours and he agreed to wait for us for a really late check inn! We really appreciated that! And also he gave us some tips for the city.

The apartement is quiet, the bed very comfortable! The kitchen can be reached through a smal spiral staircase. With the superbe romantic terrace it is a really nice place for a short trip to Rome!

Apartment was just off the Via de Corso which is a bustling vibrant street full of fine shops, restaurants, etc, that runs straight up to the Senate building on one end and Piazza de Poppolo on the other; couldn't ask for a better location to explore all the highlights of Rome! There was a very nice courtyard with table and chairs to sit outside and smoke a cigar over a glass of wine and enjoy the weather. The place was divided into 2 sections connected with a tight metal spiral stair-case; the bathroom & kitchen downstairs and sleeping area upstairs with the main entrance to the outside. Going up and down the stair-case to shower and use the bath was inconvenient but not overly so...

Highly recommended. - Perfect location, all of Rome’s main attractions within 30 mins walking distance or Metro less than 10 mins walk gives easy access. My wife and I stayed here for 9 nights. Perfect place, all amenities, shops, cafes, bars, supermarkets and restaurants for every pocket right here. Very quiet at night time. Lovely outdoor courtyard space. Emiliano was a brilliant host, great communication, friendly and welcoming. He even provided a great range of grocery basics which was really helpful! We didn’t want to leave! Nothing

The apartment is located right near Piazza del Popolo and the Villa Borghese park, so it's very convenient to some amazing sights. The streets around the apartment are dedicated to pedestrian traffic so it's a great home base for getting out and exploring Rome.

Here you can watch the sky and just sit and drink prosecco or wine and enjoy the evening. The place is really quiet even though really central. • Victoria (10/5): The BEST stay of my life! - Everything has been perfect! The apartment is in the heart of Roma, perhaps in the most elegant area, between piazza di Spagna, Villa Borghese and Piazza del Popolo, with the Trevi Fountain just a few steps away. Emiliano greeted us with a smile and with an excellent bottle of Prosecco; the apartment is delicius, with attention to every detail. The court is very romantic with a beautiful statue of the nymph Egeria near the fountain and many plants, it seems to be in an ancient Greek-Roman garden! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, even spices, sugar, salt, coffee, tea, oil, there was also a tomato sauce with a packet of spaghetti, all offered by the house! What can I say..? it had never happened to me!!! Grazie mille Emiliano!
