• Cindy (7/5): - Layout and size was great. Was good to have 2 bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. Signage in the carpark would be good so you know what level we were on as had lots of trouble finding right car spot. Incredible amount of carpet fluff/dust behind beside tables. Brown Sheets were clean but had signs of stains which was off putting. Would benefit from white sheets that could be bleached. Bed was quite hard and would benefit from a topper. Tea and coffee facilities but no milk in fridge- would have been a nice touch. Blinds in bedroom was broken so could only use block out and not screen

• Upton (4/5): It's a shame the owner of the unit didn't check the cleaning. - Unit was nice but it wasn't clean I booked through Booking.com. I was given the wrong apartment building to go to and there wasn't anybody to help me. I ended up calling Booking.com to ask for help and they didn't know what I was talking about. They ended up getting the person who owned the unit to call me and he told me where to find the key and what building the unit was in. It took 1 1/2 hours from the time we arrived at the location to get into the unit. The unit was very nice but not clean. Both toilet seats were broken, all shelving was dusty including TV screen, cupboards in kitchen were dirty, kitchen bin had old food stuck to bottom and microwave needed cleaning. I would not recommend booking this apartment because of the state it was presented.

• H&b (9/5): Good location - Very close to Austin Hospital and Heidelberg Repad Hospital. Parking under apartments close to the lifts. Beds comfortable showers great. Would have been good to know location of key before arriving as across the road in street from apartment but easy to find. Front door rattles when windy needed to put something against it to stop rattling

• Rachel (5/5): Disappointed with the hassle of checking in, bedding and cleanliness - Really difficult to check in, the keys were left across the road from a 6 lane road. Only 2 pillows in each bedroom and they were very flat and uncomfortable, no blankets and it was cold, no heating air con in one of the bedrooms

• Raphael (8/5): A lovely and comfortable stay - Comfortable, clean apartment with good amenities. The host is very helpful, proactive and responsive. It is quite difficult inserting and taking out the key to the front door. The drying cycle of the washer/dryer is not working as the clothes are still dripping wet.
• Chloe (10/5): 100/10 - Location was great right in the middle of everywhere I had to go. Apartment was absolutely spotless and had great facilities including a full oven, stove top and a washer dryer. Host was amazing and went above and beyond to get me the keys at midnight after I missed my flight and had a very stressful day due to a truck crash exploding the highway and with one of my kids being sick as well. The place looked exactly like the pictures, check in and out was easy, it was quite, had a beautiful view and was absolutely spotless. The price was also great and very affordable compared to others in the same location. I'd definitely stay here again.
• Tammyn (7/5): City views in modern apartment living - Close to Austin Hospital and Specialists, secure building and parking, self-contained, modern and well presented- awesome view of city at night. The pillows were very soft and flat - pack your own if you prefer a larger, firmer pillow or more than one. Our child mentioned the bed in the second bedroom was very firm.
