• Jakub Z. (7/5): - Na 14 dní bylo v apartmánu prakticky vše. Obchod blízko, stejně tak hromadná doprava. Chyběl úložný prostor na oblečení. Hlasitější boiler, který se spouštěl v noci kvůli topení.

• Stefan (7/5): Schönes Design aber kalt mit Mängel bei der Sauberkeit - Einfache Self-Check-In Design der Wohnung, komfortables Bett Heizung war abgedreht und Wohnung hatte 12 Grad. Es dauerte Stunden die Wohnung auf ein erträgliches Niveau zu heizen. Mehr als 20 Grad waren auch bei voller Heizleistung nicht möglich. Man schläft so nahe an der Gastherme, dass man sie die ganze Nacht hört, wenn sie alle 2 Minuten zündet. War fast unmöglich so zu schlafen. Toilette konnte nicht beheizt werden und war extrem kalt. Im Schlafzimmer hingen Spinnweben von der Decke. Im Badezimmer Waschbecken waren noch eingetrocknete Seifen- oder Zahnpasta Reste nicht weggeputzt. Im Wohnzimmer waren die Sofakissen alle schmutzig und anscheinend schon lange nicht gewaschen worden.
• Šubara (5/5): - The location is good and the owner was more than helpful. Floors could have been cleaner and walls haven't been painted in a while. The couch has disgusting stains on it. Also, should have a closet. And it's WAY less specious that pictures suggest.

• 519 (9/5): 家的感觉 - 这套房子色调温馨，厨房干净和餐具齐全，各项设施好用。街区与室内安全与安静，符合我的需求。地理位置对年长者不算太便利，年轻人在五分钟左右到达43 路有轨电车站。附近有两个大型超市，购物方便，也有酒吧和餐馆。 客厅沙发上的靠垫需要更换或洗涤，估计有住客带来了汗味。我把它们放在阳台上晒了两天。

• Franziska (7/5): Passable Ferienwohnung - Eine schöne kleine Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus 30 min. mit den Öffis von der Innenstadt entfernt. Kleiner Balkon. Gut für zwei Personen. Ein sehr bequemes Bett. Es ist als Ferienwohnung ausgelegt, in der man doch mindestens Frühstück macht und vielleicht mal was kocht. Aber es gab keine Geschirrtücher in der Küchen, um das Geschirr abzutrockenen. Auf Nachfrage wurde das auch nicht reguliert. Es gab in der Wohnung einige sehr fragwürdig sicher aussehende Steckdosen und im Bad waren die Deckenlampen defekt. Es gab auch keine Garderobe oder Kleiderschrank, sodass man aus dem Koffer leben muss. Sauberkeit war nicht perfekt, aber okay. Auf dem Sofa waren Flecken.

• Mariami (7/5): Good - The location is good, in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment should be booked for a few days. The apartment was dusty. We asked for cleaning and they did it partially.

• İlkay (9/5): Superb - The bed was big enough, couch was comfortable and also can transform as an extra bed. Wifi connection was stable and you can watch something on YouTube or netflix on smart tv. There was almost every kitchenware. You can go Rathaus, Parliament, University and Museum region by walk. But it is a bit far from the St. Stephan Church round. You must get a train or another car to reach there. There was no much place for 2 person's staff in the room.
