• milan (9/5): - prišli sme len prespať. na apartmán sme sa dostali po polnoci. takže sme sa iba umyli a pohodlne vyspali, čo presne splnilo účel našej cesty. Tým pádom spokojnosť s ubytovaním. Bohužial sme si nemohli vychutnať atmosféru Chinatown. Ale to me si dopriali na našom nasledujúcom výlete. Takže tu by som chcel vyzdvihnúť vynikajúcu lokalitu ubytovania kvôli food tourism, v takom prípade je lokalita 10 z 10.

• Xiuli (1/5): I chose this homestay for a high score, but it was the worst I have ever stayed in. For privacy, there is no way to open - The location is convenient, parking is nearby The coffee machine was dirty and the floor was so dirty that I couldn't live here with peace of mind.
• Riccardo (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno, comodo e piacevole — lo consiglierei senza dubbio. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci. - L’appartamento era pulito, ben organizzato ed esattamente come descritto. La posizione è molto comoda, permettendo di muoversi facilmente a Milano. Il check-in è stato semplice e la comunicazione con l’host chiara ed efficiente. Nel complesso, l’ambiente risultava confortevole e ben curato, perfetto per un breve soggiorno. Nulla di rilevante da segnalare. Tutto era in linea con le aspettative per un soggiorno breve.

Дуже шумно, було чути здавалось все що відбувається за дверима, спати було майже неможливо, багаторазово прокидалися вночі. Житло знаходиться в китайському кварталі. Ще було багато штучних квітів та вазонів зі штучними квітами, як на мене взагалі краще ніякі квіти ніж штучні.

• Cri (9/5): Soggiorno piacevole e ottima posizione - Ho passato un weekend in Chinatown e ho soggiornato in questo appartamento: posizione perfetta, centralissimo e comodo per muoversi a piedi. L’alloggio era pulito, ordinato e molto accogliente, ideale per un breve soggiorno in città. Un grazie speciale a Monica, l’host, gentilissima fin dal primo contatto e super disponibile — ci ha anche permesso un check-out leggermente prolungato senza alcun problema. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, esperienza positiva!

• Alexandru (9/5): Great location, big rooms, strongly recommend - Located in Chinatown, easy access to restaurants, train stations, public transport. Big rooms, spacious living room, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Easy check-in, no keys to worry about. Small garden outside, just nearby the apartment. Cute rgb lights on shower. A pair of slippers would be very helpful - we forgot to bring one.

The apartment was very clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. You can truly feel the attention and care in every detail — from the decor to the amenities. The hosts were very welcoming, making the whole experience even more special.
• Agarwal (9/5): Pricey but comfy - The apartment was decent sized, and is more useful for longer stays (we were there for only a night). The apartment was well lit, clean, decently equipped kitchen with a medium sized cupboard. All the necessary information was very elaborately and nicely written, including information for getting around the Chinatown area. The owners came to let us in the apartment quite on time. We paid 90 euros excluding the city tax for a night, which is a bit high. But I suppose that's Milan. The floor was very cold. So please pack slippers if you detest walking in outside shoes. Personally, I like my mattresses firmer than were present in the apartment. It was firm enough to not cause an issue for me but unfortunately I had injured my back earlier that day so I was scared it might worsen it. Luckily that didn't happen.

They had the place spotless and equipped with all the major utensils a - The location is close to every station, tram, supermarket, pharmacy and landmark. It was very clean, and was equipped with everything you could have needed from coffee and little snacks to dishes and utensils. There was nothing we didn’t like. The place was great!
• Sas (9/5): Apartment in Milano's Chinese district - It's really comfy and tidy apartment. Just a corner from the restaurants. Tram station is near. Easy to get in and hosts were very kind and helpful. Actually there's nothing wrong with the apartment.

• Alioscha (7/5): + Clean and large Flat - Excessively noisy area, impossible to sleep - This is an incredibly smart apartment! A fully digitized, ultra-safe, large, and clean apartment! The location is super noisy! We didn't sleep at all: People were screaming all night long in the area which I found extremely annoying. Without considering that a guy parked the car exactly in front of the apartment's door.

• Stella (5/5): Passable - Location is good, it's un china town and you can easily access metro station. Property was big and comfortable. Hot water was not enough to take a shower (we were 2 people) and each time one of the two of us was taking a shower without hot water. Also the biggest disadvantage of the property is the heating system. On the first night, we couldn't manage to keep the heating system in a temperature near 25 degrees, heating was starting working and after a minute was turning off.It was too cold during the night.The next morning we texted the owner and they came to fix it and brought us a small heating machine. But during the night again the heating system stopped working and you used the machine they brought to us.It seems that they added a time on the heating.In general, even though property is new and nice, getting cold during the night was the biggest disadvantage.
• Lucija (9/5): Superb - Very clean apartment, great location so you can also walk to the city centre if you have time; it has everything you need and is also nicely decorated:) also very much underestimated are matraces which are great here, so you will also get some good sleep The only thing: heating is quite loud and you can't regulate the sleeping room temperature separately. This makes it a bit difficult for the night.

• John (6/5): The apartment had modern kitchen/bath appliances, but the location and noise were sub-par. - Access to public transport (tram, Metro) were excellent. The full kitchen/bath facilities were all new and modern. However, the hand-off for door codes was really not good, and the outside noise was powerful -- preventing a good night's sleep. The outside noise was loud -- especially during garbage collection but also just traffic noise. Additional sound insulation would be helpful. The hand-off of codes to operate the front door was very awkward. There were no instructions for operating the kitchen stove.
• Okada (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was very kind and helpful with a smile, and when I requested an early check-in, they hurriedly prepared the room. The room is cute and stylish. And it seem to have been cleaned properly , so it was very well kept clean. Air fresheners were placed here and there, and the attention to detail was wonderful. Hand soap, cotton pads for women, candy, tea, and water were also available. The towels were fluffy and smelled like fabric softener. The air conditioner worked well, I was able to watch YouTube and other internet TV, and the internet was perfect without any interruptions. The temperature of the shower’s hot water was a little unstable.
• Carlo (7/5): Good - Beside Chinatown, shops and near town centre. The property was clean and built to a high standard. There’s a good dining/seating area that you can watch TV. There’s a kitchen that you can use, a nice toilet and a separate bedroom. Would be good if we can adjust the air-condition manually by ourselves. It was set to 23 degrees room temp and it was too hot outside and was hot during the night. Would be good if the owner could speak english as I have to utilise google translate to interpret our conversation. We have to send documents/passport on the day for them to send the door code.

• Keith (9/5): Perfect accommodation and an easy location to explore from - This is a newly refurbished modern apartment and the facilities and quality of craftsmanship of the fixtures and fittings is to a very high standard. It was comfortable with everything you might expect plus added attention to details such as a Nespresso type coffee machine with enough pods for coffees all day. There was snacks to eat, sweets in a bowl, toothpaste in bathroom, everything you need to enjoy the space. Highly recommend this apartment. The owner met us when we were about to leave and he was friendly and informative. The one thing I would say is that the pictures on line do not do the accommodation justice. Transport into the city centre is really easy using the trams with stops about 2 minutes away This is in China Town which in itself is not a problem at all but unlike other places we had stayed in Italy it didn't have the special Italian feel. A short tram ride and you could get that Italian vibe so it is not a thing to diminish the experience, and the choice of Chinese restaurants was really good, we had a lovely hot pot at The Little Lamb only about 5 minutes walk away. There was nothing that we didn't like just that missing vibe of cafes with coffee on the sidewalk

The street’s a little noisy at night and right outside, but I’m a light sleeper, so wouldn’t be a worry for anyone who’s not, and earplugs solved the problem. I’d definitely stay again. Just the noise.
