Ze wachtte ons op en liet ons even op het dakterras om te genieten van het mooie uitzicht op de Acropolis 😊. We voelden ons zeer welkom in haar mooie appartement. De locatie is inderdaad, recht in het hart van de stad. Alle hoogtepunten zijn op wandelafstand te bereiken. Zo handig! Toppertje. We raden dit aan iedereen aan!

• Reema (10/5): מהמם מהמם ונחזור בהחלט ! 👍🏼 - המיקום מושלם! הדירה נמצאת בבניין ברחוב הארמו המפורסם, הכל קרוב, אנחנו משפחה של 5, כך שהמיקום שיחק תפקיד מדהים, הדירה נמצאת ממש קרוב לכיכר סינטגמה המרכזי וכל שאר האטרקציות ובתי הקפה והמסעדות ורופטופים שווים במיוחד. גם נמצאת קרוב במרחק הליכה של חמש דקות כמה מתחנת המטרו- זה יתרון ענק. פנים הדירה נעים מאוד, מטבח מאובזר עם הכל ! כן כן הכל! הרגשנו ממש בבית ! אפילו מגהץ וקרש גיהוץ היה (יצאנו בערב למסיבה וזה היה נדיר שיש את הכל בדירה בהישג יד) דורותיה המדהימה בעלת המקום היא פשוט נהדרת, חיכתה בסבלנות למרות שהתעכבנו מלא זמן כדי לקבל אותנו, עם עוגיות, ריבה, לחם טעים, חלב ויוגורט. יש במטבח גם קפה, סוכר, שוקולית, תיונים שווים, בקיצור יש הכל. גם מכשירי חשמל, מדיח, מכונת כביסה, מכונת קפה, מיקרוגל וקומקום. החדרים מרווחים ונוחים, יש מגבות לכל התקופה, יש טלוויזיה עם נטפליקס. נהננו מאוד מהמרפסת, מרפסת גדולה שניתן לצאת אליה מכל החדרים, ומשקיפה לאקרופוליס, נדיר בלילה, רגע לקפה וסיגריה, זה היה פשוט מושלם מושלם!!! האינטרנט טוב, הילדים התחברו לאורך השהיה שלנו וזה היה בסדר. הכל נפלא! בכניסה לבניין יש בית קפה מהמם וגם מאפיה, עם מאפים ועוגות נדירים, הבית ממוקם מול זארא ו-H&M מלא מלא בתי קפה ומסעדות שוות. זה קרוב לכל האזורים המגניבים במרחק הליכה של עשר דקות למונסטיראקי, פלאקה הציורית בדרך לאקרופוליס, פסירי ואל תפספסו את הקריסמס פקטורי אם אתם באים בתקופת החג, ליטל קוק, פייריטייל וכל השאר! זה היה פשוט תענוג לבלות באתונה הקסומה בחג עם כל המשפחה !! יש גישה לגג הבניין רק לבעלת המקום באדיבות נהדרת היא הזמינה אותה לגג בלילה הראשון וביקשתי שנעלה שוב במהלך היום אז קבעה איתנו שוב עלינו וצילמנו מהגג תמונות שנראות כמו כרטיס ברכה מאתונה הקסומה ! הכל היה מושלם !

• Blagojche (10/5): Beautiful location, excellent equipment of the apartment and the wonderful hostess Dorothea. - There are many bakeries and other shops near the apartment where you can buy something for breakfast. However, the owner of the apartment, Dorothea, left us a lot of products in the fridge, so we had breakfast for every day. Sorry, but I can't think of anything I didn't like. Maybe just the slow elevator.

• Azlizam (10/5): Chose Right, Loved It, Will Stay Again! - I loved the perfect location with easy access to anywhere, including the airport, the complete amenities, clean and comfortable apartment, a super kind host (Dorothea), balconies for every room, and a beautiful partial Acropolis view that she hadn’t even mentioned to promote the apartment - what a lovely surprise! What I didn’t like: nothing at all!

• Ming Wai (9/5): Great stay for family - Great location just a few mins walk from station and access to restaurants and shops. The house is spacious and clean. Dorothea is a super host she is just amazing and friendly, she greet us in person and explained everything clearly. She has prepared milk, yogurt, juice, cake and fruits for us, so thoughtful! And she showed us the roof top terrace with amazing city and Acropolis view! I would highly recommend this apartment.

• SHIHO (10/5): - メトロのSyntagma（シンタグマ）駅まで徒歩2.3分の距離なので、空港からのアクセスがとても良かったです。友達と4人で利用しましたが、トイレが2つあるので朝の準備などスムーズでした。清潔で広々としたリビングとパルテノン神殿が見えるバルコニー！基本的な調理道具や調味料は揃っているので、朝食など簡単可能です。また洗顔用のタオルなどタオルの種類も豊富でオーナーの心遣いを感じました。

• Limor (10/5): Wow, wow, wow!!! - Wow, wow, wow!!! Our third time in Athens — and this time, not a recommendation for a restaurant or a bar, but for an amazing apartment! I usually stay in hotels, but since we were four friends on this trip, we decided to try an apartment — and it was the best decision ever! We stayed at Dorothea’s apartment, and it was absolutely beautiful. Spacious, well-designed, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything spotlessly clean and comfortable. Most importantly — the location is perfect, right on Ermou Street, close to everything! Dorothea herself is an incredible host. She welcomed us in person, explained everything clearly, even bought us some basic groceries like bread, milk, yogurt, drinks, and fruit — such a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. I had read some reviews mentioning possible street noise due to the central location, but for us it was completely quiet! We also asked if we could drop off our luggage early and check out late — and since she didn’t have another booking that day, she kindly let us leave whenever we wanted. All in all — highly, highly recommended! If you’re looking for a place to stay in Athens, this apartment is truly perfect ❤️

She went out of her way to make our stay comfortable, providing us with fruit, juice, milk, biscuits and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The apartment is very centrally located, close to the metro and an easy walk to the Acropolis It was a bit noisy at night but it was the weekend:)

Mrs Dorothea the owner, a very kind lady, waited for us to show us all we need to know about the house and she prepared biscuits milk honey milk yogurt and juice for the kids in case they were hungry. Some noise at night as there are bars around but nothing to bother us or the kids to sleep.

• Viktoriya (10/5): Best place ever - I stayed at this apartment for 3 nights with my friends, there were 5 of us in total. We enjoyed our stay so much! Dorothea was super lovely and friendly, she helped us with a piece of advice on how to get to the apartment from the airport and on where to have the most delicious dinner ever in the area. The apartment had everything necessary for our short stay, but it also has everything you might need if you're staying for a longer time. The apartment was clean and nice, the beds and pillows were comfortable, there are 2 bathrooms which is really great when there's a group of people. Laundry machine was available. The location of the apartment is superb, just a minute from Syntagma square and maybe 15 minutes from the Acropolis. We are grateful for our experience!

It was super spacious, and the host Dorothea was very welcoming and accommodating! Greece went on strike the day we were supposed to arrive, so we had to rebuy tickets for the Acropolis which I think they should have refunded since it was out of our control.

GREETED WITH WINE AND GOODIES, AND THE VIEW OF THE ACROPOLIS WAS SO LOVELY AT NIGHT! APARTMENT WAS SO LOVELY AND LOOKED EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURES, BUT EVEN BETTER. PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR WHAT YOU GOT! WHEN I RETURN TO ATHENS, THIS WILL BE THE ONLY PLACE I'D CONSIDER. BRAVO TO THE OWNER FOR SUCH A FANTASTIC STAY. NOT ONE THING DID WE DISLIKE.
• Mangelillas (10/5): Perfect stay in the heart of the city with great views - Dorothea, our hostess, was incredibly helpful and nice. The apartment is located in the city center, 2 min to syntagma square, very close to monastiraki square, only 15min walking to the Acropolis. It was perfect for us, a group of 5 friends. It had everything we needed, close to everything, with many options for eating and having a drink around and an amazing view from the balcony. Also Dorothea was so kind to take us to the terrace the day we arrived. Only owners can use it but it was great to have the chance to get a glimpse of the view from there. She also left some coffee, milk, juice and bread and cookies for the breakfast. Our stay was wonderful and we could also leave the luggage in the apartment as she didn't have a booking on the day we were leaving. 100% recommended. We will stay there again if we ever come back. We can't mention anything. Everything was great and we can't complain.

The location was fantastic, 13 minute walk to the new Archeological museum which is a must to see. Close to plaka, Monasteraki, Parthenon, buses to airport, Pireaus & Athenian coast. Walking distance to monuments, we didn't have to use public transport. Fantastic hosts. Clean accommodation. In the kitchen, the hosts provided basic food, coffee and tea. We greatly appreciate it. Nothing. Everything was fine.

Restaurants, bakeries , cafe and more are just a few minutes walk away. The apartment is very spacious and cozy, big balcony with a view to the Acropolis, well equipped kitchen, two toilets. The owner is nice and welcoming.
