• Sherry (9/5): We had a great time staying in your beautiful apt—thank you. - Loved the apartment despite not having WiFi. Great a/c for the heat. Antonio head gri only and met us early. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evenings when it was cooler to enjoy the views of the Colosseum and people watch. No WiFi but it wasn’t terrible.

• Sue (10/5): Amazing views over Ancient Rome - The view from the windows and balcony is AMAZING!! The colosseum, the Roman forum - 5 stories up in the midst of Ancient Rome on your doorstep. We loved our stay here and walked everywhere. The apartment is tired but still very comfortable and spacious. Would most definitely recommend and stay again.
• Christopher (10/5): Overall we were happy with our stay there. - Beautiful view of the Roman Forum. Nice terrace. The building is located on an ambulance route to the hospital. The bedroom is adequately sound proofed but the living room is not. Nothing the property can do about this just realize if the sound of sirens bothers you probably not a suitable location for you.

• Alexandra (10/5): Perfect stay - The view is everything! The location is very central, right next to Colonna Traiana, you can easily access il Foro Romona and Colosseo from here. Staying up at night and just watching the view from the terrace was on another level of beauty. Check-in was without a fuss and the host communicated the instructions clearly and responded quickly. There is a city tax that must be paid in cash.
• Ivy (8/5): Wonderful location/view but air conditioner makes loud noises all night long. - Great for sleeping up to 4. There is a door separating the bedroom from living room, which is great. I absolutely loved our location and view overlooking ruins (Roman Forum is nearby). It's within 15 min walk from the Colloseum, Pallatine Hill, Roman Forum. Within 10 min walk from Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps (and train to Vatican). Within 4 min walk from Piazza Venezia. The air conditioning unit made loud noises (like mini jackhammer) every couple of minutes all night long, making it very difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep. Bathroom had a bit of a smell to it. Kitchen cabinets and bathroom can benefit from renovation. We don't have access to contact the owner or anyone that can answer questions the way the owners of our other apt in Rome and in Positano were extremely hospitable, responsive and helpful.
• Jiří (4/5): Flat standard not worthy the price. Only good think is the view. - Flat has amazing views from very nice terace. Communication with managing agency easy and quick, keys handover posible even late at night. Flat standard and equipment doesn´t look like in the pictures at all. You can see reality in my photos. Flat lacks basic maintanence. Mold in the bathroom, mold around the windows in living room and in the kitchen on the whole ceiling. Layer of dust on the kitchen so thick you can draw pictures. Drain pipes from bathroom smell across all apartment like if there was a dead animal. Walls, doors and furniture all full of scratches and dirty spots. Sofa broaken. Bed is far from comfortable. Spring matraces makes creaky sound everytime you move. Tiles in bathroom and kitchen with holes and dirt. Joints between tiles are mising or are black from the dirt. From two pairs of keys given to us one pair didn´t have functional key from the door downstairs so we got stucked on the street in the middle of the night with the managing person not responding the phone. Hopefully one neighbour let us inside. There was one coffee capsula and one roll of toilet paper for 3 nights. This is not standard you should get for the price. You pay only for the view - the rest is used, old appartment smelling bad.
