- Vugar (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great stay! There is no direct contact with staff, but you receive very clear instructions to easily find the room. We were pleasantly surprised to find a hygienic shower in the bathroom — a rare and very nice detail. The bed is very comfortable. The air conditioner quickly warms up the room, which was important for us since we stayed in April when the nights were quite cold. The room has a small outdoor space with a table — perfect for a smoke or just getting some fresh air. The hotel team communicated with us through WhatsApp and was super responsive and helpful. The room is located on the 4th floor, and there is an elevator. There’s a restaurant and a shop right next to the building, and it's only 2 minutes to the metro and about 6–7 minutes to the Colosseum. Everything was great — thank you for everything!
