joseph (9/5): - Nice place in a good location. Attentive staff. Value for money in comparison to many places in Cartagena. Recommend. Its a small thing. But a small coffee machine. When you offer a kitchenette, you got to have a coffee machine, especially in Colombia.... But thats definitely not a deal breaker.

Excelente ubicación volveremos Todo estuvo bien pero lo único que no me gustó es que cobran por dejar maletas guardadas mientras tú me esperas que lo alojen en la habitación. El precio debería estar incluido dentro del paquete de servicio del servicio.

Gregory (6/5): Skip unless you need something on a budget. - I'd love to give this place a better rating. The staff was friendly but I just can't. Overall, it was affordable and *near* the center. That's the positive. It does have a balcony with a nice seating area and city view. There is no safe in the room. And there is a window that goes to the hall that does not lock. Allowing anyone access to your room. I reported this, and they looked at it. Their response was not to worry because they had security cameras. The shower had no hot water and would turn on by itself at strange times. The room looks a LOT nicer in photos. The kitchen is useless, and all the items to cook with are junk. There is a desk for sitting at but it's small and has a horrible cheap plastic chair. The pool is soo small it should be called a kids pool, it's also walled off. The photos make it look bigger, but it's not something anyone who is traveling would use.

We had no idea they even had a rooftop and the views of the marina and old town were incredible. Absolutely nothing. It was perfect!
