• Gene (5/5): Owner wasn't going to return the deposit - Place was nice despite location Owners took almost a month and several phone calls and texts to return my deposit and it wasn't the full amount saying that my dog slept on the bed. If I hadn't called to ask I don't believe he had any intention of returning the deposit. I kept the place clean and tidy. Also the bathroom shower did not feel comfortable or private with a big window and no curtains. Although frosted window you can still see through them enough which I thought was weird not having any blinds. The bathroom also is facing directly towards the owners house which is the house next door in St Albans

• Kevin (8/5): Clean and comfortable. - I did not realise when booking that this was a private residence with a separate semi self contained accommodation. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I felt safe and secure, welcomed despite the early hour of the morning, and it was clean and comfortable. I have nothing to complain about.
• Ziad (10/5): Exceptional - The place was in a immaculate condition, Henry was so friendly & thoughtful & courteous & excellent service, I definitely will book again, for new travellers you won't be disappointed, you try it for yourself. There's was nothing that I didn't like. Great service
• Lentswe (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and had everything that I needed. Owners took me to the airport very early in the morning at 4am :)
• Elizabeth (10/5): Very good for what I needed for 1 night - I had the whole house to myself. Hosts were nice. Close to airport, train station and shops (with a car). It took about 40 mins by train into city. Clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed. Someone cooked food around 10pm with quite a strong smell
