Guest Reviews
- Robert (10/5): Too short. - Off grid serenity, decor, air and vista. Tom was very helpful and kind Vehicle broke down on arrival. Unfortunate, but Tom couldn't have been more helpful. Even meeting the tow truck and driver for us. He offered to make sure we could get back, after hire company would not replace car in situ.
- Sahra (7/5): It’s amazing and full of good energy,, the sky during night was full af stars 🌟 - Nature look and had positive energy and feeling. Bathroom ,, it’s little hard for a family to use but for couples should be fine.
- Connor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vicky (5/5): It was a lovely house and great view, however some basic essentials like lights and cooking facilities can be improved t - It’s a nice house, plenty of space and lots of games for entertainment. Outdoor shower’s lights didn’t work, and no spare lights or touch provided.
Gas bottle ran out of gas, no spare bottles provided.
No phone reception for certain telephone provider.
No microwave and no firewoods for outdoor fire pit.
- Shannon (9/5): Loved the off grid experience and comfortable beds - Atmosphere and character Need an instruction book for shower
- Rosemay (9/5): Despite the heating part and kitchen equipment we really enjoyed our overnight stay under the stars with the alpacas to - Adorable little cob home set in a lovely location… so many little personal touches and outdoor fairy lights adding to the magical feel. The outdoor fire pit was a treat in winter. We arrived late for our check-in so the windows were open for our arrival which meant the heating escaped and it was a cold winter. We now know cob homes retain the heat from the day but not if the windows aren’t closed before sundown… so we didn’t get the indoor heating effect. Pots n pans could use an update.
- Jack (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect little getaway for anyone who wants to shut off the world and focus on themselves. Will definitely be coming back
- Sandra (8/5): Cob home - We loved the location and the beautifully built and decorated cottage. As we were an extended family group perhaps having the toilet out of the main bedroom would have worked better for us.
- Kenzo (9/5): Superb -
- Taliana (10/5): You will want to come back - Everything about this place was amazing. Beautiful location. Hosts were lovely. We had everything we needed. Just bring your own food and some warm clothes in winter and you're set. There are plenty of games for kids and adults to keep everyone entertained
- Lynley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wendy (10/5): Impeccable place to get away - Every thing Nil
- Donna (10/5): A very zen stay - The entire experience being at this very special place was unforgettable! It was so peaceful, the surroundings were gorgeous, the provisions were perfect, and being off-line was a gift. The books, games, and musical instruments were a plus. It was so tranquil I could have stayed forever! Couldn’t quite figure out how to get hot water to stay on in the shower
- Michelle (10/5): What a vibe! - A gorgeous eco home with everything you need and more. The vibe is beautiful. Stunning location and grounds. I loved every little special touch added to this home to create a sacred, peaceful space.
- Taffy (10/5): Exceptional - Such a beautiful, cute home. It was a real experience which I feel honoured to have experienced. Nothing
- Rebekah (9/5): Blissful escape - Was a beautiful place to stay, very relaxing and just the spot to unwind away from the hustle and bustle. This place is made to slow you down so you can take it all in. Loved the outdoor firepit, stocked with wood and the abundance of musical instruments and games was a beautiful touch and a great way to relax and hangout without the buzz of a tv. If you need a rest and recharge ,come here! Had a little trouble getting the outdoor shower hot water right.
