• Jennifer (7/5): - Was nice and clean, very quiet The painted cement pathway down to the apartment was quite slippery when it was wet. The glass sliding door was hard to open and shut. The fan in the bedroom only had 2 speeds instead of the usual 3 - speed 1 and 3 worked, speed 2 was the same speed as speed 3

• dFENCE (8/5): Very reasonably priced and close to everything - Host was very accommodating and left goodies out for our arrival Just a few small things with the inside to be updated, like towel hooks in the bathroom, water pressure in the shower etc. No real big deal but there were 7 of us staying there so found it a little difficult to dry out the towels etc

• Kayleen (10/5): Excellent place to stay, I will be using it again when I visit the area in the future - Breakfast provided by self. Unit was very good, sizeable and well set up. Very nice location, nice to sit out at the pool and look at views. Met the owner as they live upstairs, very friendly! It was all satisfactory, didn’t need anything else.

• Jesse Lee (10/5): Cosy home away from home, exceptionally clean and well maintained, with beautiful views. - Clean, modern but comfortable furniture. Beds were comfortable. Exceptionally happy with this property. Pool was clean and very relaxing. Kitchen was stocked with coffee and tea, and bikkies. Owners were very thoughtful, thorough and communicated very well with us. Water pressure in the shower was slightly lower but still very good and the shower was quite large, still amazing quality.

• Nadine (6/5): - Great location, property is underneath another house with private access. It needs some TLC with sliding door very hard to slide, and decking wood coming up in multiple spots. Bed very uncomfortable feeling all the springs in the mattress, water pressure in shower was terrible.

• Michelle (5/5): Location for theme parks good, but won't stay again. - Location Other residents upstairs. Property was unlocked upon arrival. Main door wouldn't lock, only screen door, which we realised upon leaving. Some windows wouldn't lock and beds to small. Shower pressure bad.

• Clara (1/5): there were cockroach corpse’s in the window tracks, the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks. went to go - view was nice it had a decent backyard and outdoor area. there were cockroach corpse’s in the window tracks, the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks. went to go sleep in one of the beds and noticed a random wet patch in it, went to go sleep in the other bed and noticed there were hairs from other people and what looked to be grass from peoples feet in it, it was like they just made the bed without stripping it properly and being sanitary for there guests. had to strip and remake the bed completely to be able to actually sleep in it. there were ants all over the walls in the bathroom and looked like poop or a booger smudged into the window frame in the bathroom. there was also a stale oreo on the carpet underneath the coffee table and a small child’s handprint on the tv. nothing looked like it had been wiped over there were dirty hand marks everywhere. i wouldn’t recommend this stay to anyone unless they cleaned the place up properly how they are supposed to especially since covid-19 and everything. made me feel dirty staying there.

• Anson (5/5): Average stay for 6 with good pool and a decent location - Of course the pool, not heated but worth the money and the location which is close to all main theme parks, harbour town and reasonably close to CBD and surfer's Less privacy as ?owner/renter lives upstairs who can see the pool. No basic amenities including dishwasher, washer/dryer, which made the stay a little tedious., not ideal if there's more than 4 people including kids as there is only one bedroom and a toilet/shower
• Taylor (2/5): Convinient location, over priced, unclean. - The pool area was nice but do not match the pictures completely The property was tidy, but was not clean. Towels, stained, pool not clean, aircon thick with dust, bathroom / screen covered in grime. It felt unhygienic to sum it up.
• Joan (7/5): It is a place I would possibly consider staying at again - The location was ideal and it had a reasonably maintained private section. Lovely views The pool wasn't clean and some of the plants along the path down to the unit were needing to be trimmed for safer access. The condiments ie tea, coffee and sugar were lacking. It needed a blind or something for the lounge room to reduce the intensity of the afternoon sun.

• Jason (3/5): For the amount of money that you pay to stay here, I would not recommend staying at this accommodation and would advise - The pool was nice That people live above the property and look over the pool area and that there is no privacy as mentioned in the advertisement of being the entire place is yours. The downstairs area where you enter smells like dogs dwell there. No pool towels available. No information about wifi connection. No safety hand rail on entrance to lower level of property, posing a significant risk. Main entrance sliding door is difficult to open and requires rectification. Property owner trying to charge $100 additional cleaning fee as my daughter had a bleeding nose during the night which ended up on the pillow case, sheets and mattress protector. No rubbish bin available. I also think you should mention that there is a camera that is facing the area between the pool and the dwelling as I was drying and dressing my children in this area when I noticed it.
• Ken (5/5): Convenient but run into the ground. - It was convenient to where we needed to be There is a steep concrete ramp from the road to the entrance to the property that has a substantial drop on one side with no guards or hand rails. Access to and egress from is made even more challenging with low hanging branches and big thistle weeds encroaching on the path. The yard was not mowed nor the pool clean. The main sliding door into the property has broken rollers which now requires considerable effort and force to slide open and shut. This was noted by a guest in May and it's now December and still in the same condition. The rolling blind in the lounge (the only form of window covering and privacy) is just the roll with no blind attached so no way to make the room private. The cleanliness of the whole property was left wanting, it's like a cursory job was done but not to any detail at all, for instance the mirror in the bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned between about 4 guests stays. Whilst in the bathroom the towel rails have fallen down and all that is left to hang your towel on is the screw bracket the rail was once attached to. The ceramic soap dish in the shower was broken and left with sharp edges. Lastly onsite parking is advertised but it is in fact on-street parking with your car parked outside the property boundary on the public roadway. The property has a real general air of being run down. We expected more for the price we paid.

• Geoff (10/5): We had a lovely relaxing time - We loved the apartment, it was was immaculately presented, spacious and the view was stunning. The area was also very quiet during the day and evening and was extremely close to the theme parks. The pool was lovely and looked amazing at night shining bright with neon lights. Our stay was very relaxing overall and Anna was a great host.
