- Hary (10/5): Location👌 - The location of this hotel is excellent. It is very close to Interlaken West station, making it very convenient for transportation. It is also near Migros, so it’s easy to buy food and daily necessities. Highly recommended!

مطبخ كامل متكامل يوجد تحت الشقة محطة بترول coop وكانوا أصحاب الدراجات النارية يتجمعون تحت مما تسبب لنا ببعض الاصوات المزعجة

- Sujay (1/5): Unpleasant and frightening! - While the property provided all the facilities it has promised on bookings.com. It came with bugs all over the kitchen,bedrooms and toilets. When we contacted the property manager Britta, she sent someone to clean the place. Little did we know they would be re appearing again.
A family of 4 every night we have slept on a double bed for the entire stay. Cos they refused to shift us to another apartment and mentioned bugs are a very common thing and they won’t harm us. And it’s in all the apartments. After 2 nights since we insisted the bed bugs keep re appearing. they changed the bed covers for what I still wonder !
Image those thing crawling on your bed and crawling into ur nose, ears while asleep !!
We could really like bookings.com to take this up and make sure necessary action is taken. And also like to discuss this situation further !

- Risdya (8/5): Great size of the unit, huge balcony. - - Great size of the unit, huge balcony with great view. Elevator in the building.
- Comfortable and clean, furniture is good quality and big size for family/group. - We checked in outside of office hours and had to pick up the keys from the main office which is 1 station away. No locked box at the property itself. When we explained prior arrival that we had 7 luggages and my parents are travelling with us, the staff suggested one of us to pick up the keys while everyone else and the luggages can go straight to the property. In addition, we were asked to come into the office the next day to present passport and pay city tax. Too much hassle and clearly the staff underestimates the situation. One of the agents ended up visiting our unit in the morning to sort out this process, which I believe should be a normal policy moving forward.
- Not the property's fault but during our stay Interlaken West station (the closest station to the unit) is under maintenance so we had to catch the bus to Interlaken Ost.
