• Klaus (9/5): Comfy and super clean - Exceptionally clean. Comfy sofas and bed. Good kitchen. Very spacious. We appreciated the treats and coffee facilities. Very friendly host. The beaches are within easy walking distance. The balcony doesn't receive much sun (which may be good in summer, though).
• Eneasz (10/5): Will be back! - Beautifully appointed house which was perfect for our families needs. Close to the beach and MTB trails. Beautiful beach views while sitting on the deck and relaxing. The perfect spot and wonderful hosts.

Later the Hostess came over to say hello and had some chocolates as a present. We also got some tips for best restaurants in town. Nothing

• David (10/5): Excellent, a place that feels like home. - Such a beautiful well kept gem. Spotlessly cleaned, comfortable with an amazing view of Denham’s beach. A quick walk down to access the beach. Check in was seamless with snacks and beverages on arrival, exactly what was needed after a 6 hour drive. We were kindly offered a later check out. Mirella and Michael were fantastic hosts and we cannot wait to come back.

• ANNE (9/5): Very relaxing 3day stay with family. - Spacious, quiet, comfortable cottage with ocean views & easy walk to the beach. Welcoming hosts who went out of their way to make us feel at home. No problems. May not be suitable for someone with mobility issues as there is a steep driveway & some steps outside.

We loved the thoughtful touch of snacks on arrival, which made us feel instantly welcome. The host Mirella and Michael were friendly and easy to communicate with. This is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and recharge. Absolutely recommend and would love to stay again.

The house itself is so beautiful with an amazing view and decor. We loved our time here and felt so at home!

• Fiona (10/5): This property exceeded my expectations which was a lovely and rare surprise! - This little house is filled with light. It has been tastefully renovated and fitted out. It has lovely views from the front deck and living room. It is in a very quiet street. I hosted a family lunch during my stay and found everything I needed in the kitchen. It really is a delightful property.
• Dinah (10/5): Paradise at the beach - Beautiful, cozy yet spacious, exceptionally clean property. The location was so gorgeous with the sea view and the amazing birds! Mirella was an amazing host who gave us some lovely hints and tips about things to do (including spots to view the whales). Loved it all!

• Paul (10/5): Beautiful, quiet, immaculate cottage with stunning views and close to the beach. - We loved everything about 3 Beaches Cottage. It's in a fantastic location with ocean views from the large comfortable rear deck. The Cottage is on a quiet street and it's an easy walk to Denhams Beach. The Cottage itself is immaculate, by far the cleanest and most well presented of the many AirBnBs we've stayed in over the years. Mirella and Michael are the loveliest hosts and have gone above and beyond to provide every little thing to ensure a very comfortable and wonderful stay. All the inclusions are high quality and well maintained and we really appreciated the wine and nibbles on arrival. Nothing.

Reasonably central so you can drive to the various trailheads of the Mogo MTB trails, cafe and shops 2 mins down the road.

House inside is bigger than it looks in the photos. Snacks and wine and beer provided on arrival which was lovely surprise. Towels were the best I have ever tried! The owners went the extra mile to make the place comfortable and lovely. Could sit out on the balcony and watch the sky and beach view change colour through the day. Nothing. We were with our two adult daughters catching up and it was a beautiful place to do that. so many beaches around.

• Renate (10/5): - A beautiful holiday home that appears recently renovated. Everything was very fresh and clean and oh so stylish. Absolutely everything one could need was provided. The bed was super comfortable and the shower pressure good. The cottage is located at surf beach which is a bit of a drive from Batemans Bay but quite doable. And there is a supermarket and some eating options nearby with the beach very close. Our hosts were welcoming and helpful.

• Paul (9/5): The views out on the balcony are just amazing - Communication was amazing and when we advised we would be arriving early evening, Michael and Mirella had unlocked the house and put the heater on for us. They had also left a lovely platter as a welcome.

Clear written instructions on use of appliances. Welcomed by lovely bottles of wine and beer and snacks on arrival. Aircon/heating. Could be improved by having a larger turning circle for the car (at bottom of steep, narrow drive) and some information in the info folder on the walking track to the beach (it might have been there but I couldn’t see it).
• Eike (10/5): Best spot for a beach holiday - The cottage was all new, very tastefully renovated and sits in a beautiful spot not far away from the beach. We had everything we needed for our long weekend escape. We loved sitting on the balcony which has a view to the ocean and our kids enjoyed playing in the little garden area. The owners are a wonderful couple and were very helpful. It was super easy to communicate with them even before we arrived. -

The street was quiet and a cul de sac so there was no through traffic. The hosts generously supplied some snacks and refreshments on arrival which was appreciated!

It has been newly renovated, is spotlessly clean and the owners are great communicators. They even left us a beautiful 'welcome pack' wine, beer and snacks. Much appreciated, we cannot fault our stay. Nothing, it was perfect :)
• Annabel (10/5): Stunning coastal cottage! - 3 Beaches Cottage is just beautiful! Mirella and Michael have done a fabulous job on the property the attention to detail in terms of interior design and decoration is just stunning! It has an elegant but relaxed coastal vibe. The view is beautiful overlooking Denhams Beach and along the coastline to Wimbi beach, sitting out on the balcony and reading a book in the evening sun was one of my favourite parts! The property is close to a little cafe and IGA, chemist and awesome pizza place not to.mention lots of lovely beaches for swimming /kayaking etc. Mirella and Michael very kindly left us some welcome cheese and crackers, wine, beer and chocolates - it was such a nice touch and much appreciated after a long drive!. Michael showed us in to the property but the key was also available in the lock box. I would 110% stay here again, I was just sorry we didnt have more time for more swims!! Thanks again Michael and Mirella for having us to stay we had a really lovely time and missing that view already!! Nothing! It was exactly what we were looking for if not better!
