• Matrizi (7/5): - La struttura era molto bella, situata in un zona strategica per visitare le attrazioni essenziali di Venezia. Non lo consiglierei per 6 persone. A mio avviso è ideale per due coppie, dato che dispone di due camere con letti matrimoniali e due bagni (uno in stanza), ma non è adatto a gruppi più numerosi o a una famiglia con molti bambini. Il divano letto è molto scomodo e, nonostante fosse previsto che saremmo stati in 6, non era nemmeno dotato di una coperta: erano disponibili solo nelle due camere (e nessuno ha fatto niente). Un dettaglio che ha reso il soggiorno meno confortevole del previsto.
• Amy (10/5): - It was a very pleasant stay. .We were close to everything. After spending all day exploring the beautiful city, it was lovely to come back to the apartment. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. A lot of room to relax and regroup. The beds were very comfortable. The host was available if needed and responded quickly. I would stay here again.

• Aaron (10/5): Large space, very clean, bright yet quiet despite central location with all the amenities we could need. - Ideal location. Centrally located near a water taxi stop and the main bridge.
• carlo (9/5): Comfortable property close to attractions - The proximity to the train station and the attractions or plus for this property Feel like staff could’ve been a little friendlier and had more of a detailed explanation on how to use the water taxis in which pier and taxi to take. It is overwhelming when you arrive in Venice, especially when you’re anxious to get to your room.

• Pohani (6/5): JUST DONT - Just don't. It's not worth it. Go to a hotel with proper staff proper amenities who are responsive. Just don't stay here if you want comforts. Our point of contact person was lackluster and they take things personally if you want to address problems This would require the space of Leo tolstoys war and peace. • Tin (10/5): Great apartment in a an excellent location with too early of a check-out time. - The apartment is in a great location. The building is newly renovated and is very clean. You can see a view of the water but yet you're away from the noise. 10AM check out is too early. The facility does not allow you to store your luggage there and didn't provide any detailed info on where you can leave your luggage.

• Terry (9/5): Great place to stay, there are a lot of restaurants and things to do within walking distance - The location of the property was great. The place to get the key was close by. Parking was not free, and was a short walk to the property. You had to roll your bags a few blocks to get to the property. The manager provided a bottle of wine and a large bottle of water, which was nice. We also asked for additional fans, which were provided right away. We picked up the keys and went to the property and found it not ready. I called the property manager and he send someone over right away. We left our bags and returned after dinner and the property was clean. We were happy with the response, apparently their was a miss communication within the company. But the problem was corrected quickly. It is in a main square, so you are close to everything, but it is very noisy, so if you are a lite sleeper, it could be a problem.
